Wednesdays are my Americaland D&D days, so I can only do it if we finish before 7pm CST. But even then, doing two TTRPGs back-to-back might be pretty tiring for me, so I'm not sure I want to commit to that.
What is the min number of players you need to run Glitter Hearts? I could sit out this time, since I always get to play in your one-shots. Though I also wouldn't like to leave you without enough players to run the game.
(I'm normally not opposed to spooky, I'm just not in the mood for it right now, unless you need numbers.)
Anyway, you can consider my schedule open, aside from mornings in your time zone because those are often prohibitive for me. (Because of a bad sleep schedule, but shh, I can't do anything about that now.)

Would the 23 or 24th also work? The current date leaves us less than a week to prep (which could still potentially be fine, depending on how busy folks are before game) and puts me with 3 tabletops in 6 days, which might be too much of a good thing. I'll make it work either way, just wanted there to be another option if we'd rather take character and magic team building slower.
March is always a difficult month for me, but things are looking up in time for a space adventure. I have one open slot for Dust Bowl Galaxy! This space western uses mainly D6, but we'll be building our pirate ship with a playing card generator. Character building is done as a group, so let me know ASAP if you want to play! Game can be either this Wednesday (3/30) or Thursday (3/31) based on player availability.
Our goal is to enter the Festival and befriend the princess.
-Alto takes the lead first. They decide to make an impressive entrance by dancing their way in. They ask the others to follow their lead and instructs them in choreography, and so they dance in and nail it. They absolutely catch the attention of those around them and make a good first impression. We are now in the middle of the party.
-Mehlu greets people with high-fives, and is intrigued by the pastries for baking ideas. She grabs a cupcake!
-Zeng munches the cupcake that Mehlu got as humanly as possible. No one notices that he eats a bit of the wrapper.
-Dodo is really intrigued by the drinking glasses, and tries to slightly reposition the body so she can examine them in detail without being obvious.
-Alto thinks that hey, we should actually approach the princess! She's passing out flower garlands right now, so we're going to appraoch and see if we can catch her eye! Except we bump into things and we start contorting in very humanly concerning ways. Well this is awkward!
-Mehlu tries to talk to the crowd. "Hey, sorry, we're just really excited and trying to get a flower garland from the princess, if you don't mind. <3 " It's not convincing; people are convinced she threw her back out. People are trying to help her now. "Are you okay? I think there's medical help. We'll take you there!"
-Zeng looks for something to grab to either pretend to steady ourselves or lift something to prove we're healthy. He finds a goat to lift! Huah! We even do a backflip! "Look, I'm fine! I can lift a goat!" Mehlu projects out. "I'm okay! Could an injured person be able to lift? I don't think so!" This convinces the people around them, and the group can continue to get their garland.
-Dodo walks forward, with the goat! And manages it without tripping.
-Alto approaches the princess with the goat in their arms, and tries to persuade the princess to put the flower garland on the goat, because that will absolutely catch her attention! "What a charming goat! Thank you for presenting them to me." She runs her hands through her hair and smiles.
-Mehlu as the legs tries to make a curtsy, but she trips over her feet and does the splits. We're still carrying the goat.
-Zeng as the body stands back up all fine and does a dignified bow. The body looks very graceful and elegant. Which is good because it means that others didn't see another pair of legs.
-Dodo is the head. She gives a smile, and she says. "I love sand! It's coarse and rough and exfoliating, and you can get it anywhere! And you can make lots of things with it!" The princess is intrigued. "Can you bring me some?" "Yeah!"
It's time to offer some sand for the princess! She accepts the offer and thanks us for attending the gala.
Dodo thinks deeply on a plan. And we figure out what we need to make sand dumbbells. In fact, a vendor is selling sand that has been dyed with various pigments. They're not dumbbells, but they're decorative vials. Ornamental sand! Dodo wants to get sand for the pretty princess, and also Dodo. But... we don't have money. We have to find a way to obtain the sand and figure out a plan for that.
-Alto decides that we should at least set down the goat. We look to the sand stall and set down the goat gracefully, and give a good impression that we're a good singular person who is very kind to animals. The merchant thinks it's cute.
-Mehlu does some really elegant body language to the merchant to get in their good graces. But it just looks awkward. "Wait, are you trying to hide that goat from someone? Take that goat back. Now!"
-Zeng tries to play it off, saying "I'm not suspicious! My backs' just a litte out after lifting a goat and doing a backflip. Nothing big, I'll be fine." The merchant sighs. "Limbo is such a menace for kids these days."
-Dodo wants to cause a commotion so they can take the sand. And she will take charge for this! Charismatic wins the roll! Dodo takes charge.
Dodo goes to a nearby electrical display and rigs it to create big sparkies! It could have gone really wrong, but it didn't! After a while, it creates sparkies. Time to get the sand!
-With the distraction set, Zeng uses his legs to hightail it out of the area and to the area of the theft.
-Mehlu looks out to see if anyone is coming and warn the others as need be. She spots the kids throwing the flowers at us earlier; we are duly warned.
-Alto's hips don't lie! They hula and otherwise dance to try to get the kids' attention to the goat. The kids notice the dance in a certain direction, and the kids decide that the goat needs more flowers! They will try to flower up the goat. Duly distracted!
-Dodo uses her arms to take a bunch of the prettiest sand vials that won't be missed. She drops a few to make it seem like the loss was an accident.
-Zeng takes the legs and hightails it out of there, trying to find a place to hide.
-There's so many people around, so many people to high five! Mehlu is excited!! She's taking charge! Mehlu takes the bottles inside the trenchcoat and takes care of the arms. Now she's raising her arms, extended out to high-five as many people as they pass. She persuades one person, others see the clapping sounds, and people join in!! So many high fives! Also no one links us to the scene of the crime.
-There is a mayfair princess who is done with the garlands.
But we don't just want to give her pretty sand. We also want to find a glassblower and create the glass dumbbells! Glassblowers and other components are presumably at a forge. Alto takes the head and looks around for a forge, and they find one!
-Dodo tries to play it cool, we're definitely not carrying stolen goods nor are we kobolds. Others are still paying attention to the electrical fire, and we play it cool.
-Zeng sprints to the goal! We get to the forge with no trouble.
We're in the forge! We can get the materials, and we will create glass dumbbells and still have sand left over. We will have dumbbells and we will give the princess sand and a glass present!
-Mehlu turns on the furnace to turn the sand into glass, ready for glass blowing! She applies her baking skills, and the glass is ready for blowing!
-Alto gets to glass blowing. They get the right airflow and it's all underway! Woo!
Time passes, and the dumbbells are made.
-Dodo plays it cool and slips out so no one knows we used the equipment without permission.
-Zeng with his mighty legs sneaks away from the forge and towards the princess.
The princess is now conversing with various vendors selling arts and crafts.
-With Mehlu's legs she approaches the princess! Like we're running into her by chance! Y'know, with the presents. We are super sly. We are so sly.
Princess: "Oh! It is good to see you again! Are you enjoying the fair?"
-Alto uses their body language and dances in place, to show just how much they're enjoying the fair. She mimics their moves.
But. She's by a scented candle vendor. Mehlu goes "what's that smell?". Alto has multiple question marks.
-Dodo knows they need to get out of there soon before others catch on. She gives the princess one of the sand vials that they were carrying.
-Zeng gives some complimenting words as he presents the sand. "For you!" She is so excited!
Now, we want to find out how to write to her, so we can properly befriend her and not just be transient friends!
We have 3 out of 4 successes. We don't become BFFs with the princess, but we become friends with the princess! We become good pen pals, and we visit the mayfair festival every year!

There will be a dungeon crawl one shot this Saturday, 7/23! It will either be the spooky The Dark Below or the goofy Owlbear Omlette based on votes. Please let me know if you are interested in playing and vote so I can theme the planning chat!
