Yay, the fun-sounding space one.  I voted a while back, but sorry for only getting a chance to post now! (I was working on some IRL scheduling of my own related to a new job, and just got it largely figured out today.) Has the game yet been scheduled? Next Wednesday or Thursday evening (28/29, probably starting around 8 or 9 EDT) should work well for me. However, I could really be available any day next week so long as the game starts after 10 EDT. This week though I'm busy. |

We haven't scheduled anything yet. I was waiting for concrete interest from one more person, since S ave the Universe works best with 3-5 players, and now we are there! With an unanimous vote, that gamebook is locked in for the month. This "weekend" is too soon to run it, but the workweek after and the next "weekend" is clear (with the caveat that I will be donating blood that Thursday afternoon, so an early morning game on that specific day would put me in danger) Also, my work hours are changing; I've edited my last post accordingly. The closing shift is being moved to 11-8 EST instead, so fitting in morning games will be a bit harder, but evening games will be a bit easier.
Next month will have Pugmire, Don't Rest Your Head, and a TBD third option as offerings.
Please confirm you are able to attend some time next week, and when we have 3 players, I will make the chat.

Pixie - I will know my schedule for next week on Thursday. My new job will give me at least eight days advance notice, but that hasn't started yet. And August will be tricky because I'll be working both jobs, so that I can keep the insurance from the old job until the new job insurance kicks in. Anyway, I'll message you when I get my schedule. Hopefully something works out.

I'm actually not sure I can confirm yet either. We've been dealing with some family things that have changed our routine, and also my father is currently on vacation and we're talking about going on a little roadtrip next week, so it's all a bit up in the air for me right now... I should be able to log into Discord and play even if I'm away, so don't count me out yet. But I'm just letting you know things are a little uncertain for me right now.

As anything DnD based is prep intensive, Pugmire is being delayed to a September offering. However, we do have a choice of three games this month, which are up on the poll! These all take 2-5 players.
Campfire Memories is a familial adventure in which the family can be "any group of people, and sometimes a dog, who love each other." It has a simple d6 system and is collaborative-- we make the family and campground, but also take turns with storytelling.
Rolling with Laughter is this month's fantasy adventure offering. It has premade characters (you just need to choose one) and uses a simple d12 system.
The most serious option, for both tone and prep, is Don't Rest Your Head. It is a surreal character-centric horror game starring insomniacs in a land of waking nightmares (and puns.) It involves a complex d6 system.

I'll go ahead and say no to the month of August. This is the month where my two jobs overlap, and I'm working pretty much every single day.
After August, though, I should have more free time in general.

I'm one of the phantom voters. So far I don't really have a preference. Monday the 23rd might be complicated, but I feel like that's not a usual game day anyway.

I might as well post, cause I mentioned on Discord that I had voted, but not here. So hello, it is I, Voter The 3rd! Either week works for me as well. Saturdays might be the trickiest days for me, but in general, I could make any day work depending on what's planned.

My weekend will give the most flexible scheduling provided that those days themselves work for people.
Any workday game would need to be in the morning. Although I am not remotely a morning person, its a sacrifice I am willing to make. If we end up having to do a pixie-weekday, I've logicked out Sunday as the most preferable. Tuesday is an acceptable last resort.
More directly, are there any conflicts with 8/18, 8/19, 8/25, or 8/26? I have an afternoon appointment for my dog on the 18th, but I can work around it.

I'm assuming that's morning your time? Morning your time would not really work for me because that's the middle of the night for me, but I can always step out if I'm the only outlier.
But any of those days work for me.
