For today's category, I picked the AC team avatars. Not necessarily because they're the most flashy, but I really like the overall concept. ^^
So far, I'm not surprised by the results of the neopies yet. I know there is going to be that one day, though.

I picked Brain Tree quest. The Fiendish Formations avatar was really nice (and I liked that they acknowledged they created it because we requested simpler animations), but Brain Tree was just as nice AND simple. The kicker was that Fiendish Formations is retired whereas Brain Tree is still active. I don't have it yet and it's kind of a nice feeling having a new avatar to try for besides Stamp ones.

I voted for the AC avvies! Even though FL's didn't work properly for a while (the animation didn't loop), I enjoyed being able to use it during the Altador Cup. :3 Duke Pikachu - I like your reasoning for choosing the Brain Tree avatar though.

I guess they don't want you to vote in today's category...
Edit: Looks like it's fixed now.

Best Site Theme: Now, here me out. I voted for Tis the Season. YES, I know. There's tons of problems with it. However, at the same time, it's nice to see they are experimenting with the Site Themes and making them more then just pretty wallpaper. Obviously the implementation needs work though at the very least I do like it changes your mouse cursor. Maybe the animation and music wasn't a good idea (at least the way they did it), but it shows they are willing to do more and experiment which I encourage.

I don't even remember getting the Brightvale and Meridell ones. But I went with Brightvale. Though I do really like the green of Meridell. And Duke, I almost voted for 'Tis the Season, basically for the same reasons you did. And the general aesthetics of it were good too. But ultimately I went for Brightvale.

I picked Brightvale because it looks nice. Kind of a meh category today.
To elaborate a bit, Brightvale and The Lost Heirloom have exactly the same link bar. Brightvale did it first and they covered up the logo being off-center a bit better with the flag wrapping around it. I do like The Lost Heirloom, but the copying and pasting really takes points off.

Easy choice for me since I really liked Tis the Season! I enjoyed all the extra things they put into it (although I do acknowledge some of them could have been done better), and it made for a really festive site theme that I used throughout December. :3

I picked The Lost Heirloom because it's the site theme I'm using right now. And because it has the most meaning, having been released with a semi-big event.

I haven't participated in NC events, so I can't really say which one was the best one. I just went with Legends of Altador (AC related event)

I'm not a big NC person, so I voted for the Haunted Mansion. I seem to remember some nice things coming from it? idk

Day 9 - Best NC Feature: Don't really participate in NC Accompaniments so had to do some research. Overall I decided to go with Legends of Altador. While it didn't necessarily add anything new it was based on site lore (one they had to do some research to know as it's really only a thing in the old PS2 Darkest Faerie game). So it was neat to see items based around Altador Council members who don't usually get a spotlight shined on them. As for the others, revealing Kaia Quests was just an NC Mall thing was a massive disappointment (we already have Delina, we don't need another NC Mall Faerie), Desert Jewel probably isn't over yet and doesn't really have a connection to the story, and Haunted Mansion was just another Halloween NC Mall event without anything more to it. Day 4 - Species Specific Wearable Results Discussion: Can't compete with that MCU popularity. However Desert Princess Kyrii is nothing to snuff at, only 3% difference between the two. Surprised Combatant Elephante is so close to Bling Gnorbu, no offense to Gnorbu but it's kind of the blandest wearables here. Day 5 - Best New Petpet Colour Results Discussion: Oh wow, wasn't expecting King Roo Baby Blu was going to win by that much! I would think it and the Erisim and Kookith would be neck and neck, but even then there's a surprise with the Horus beating the Erisim! I guess either players liked the extra effort that went into all the details for the Baby Blu or many agreed with me on supporting a clever Petpet design/basis.

Here's what I've picked so far...
1. Toy, though if I'd had a chance to think more about it I probably would have went with Steampunk. Oh well...
2. Though Lyra and the Lost Heirloom is still ongoing (and thus can't be judged in its entirety), I chose it, mainly because I'm impressed with the characters and the overall feel which is reminiscent of old plots/events. I find it very promising.
3. Eliv Thade Takeover, because it hearkens back to the days when random things would happen on news days every so often.
4. Desert Princess Kyrii; I love outfits that are Lost Desert-themed.
5. The Princess Terrana Kookith, which I think is adorable. I play Shenkuu Warrior (and II) quite a bit. The base color should have been green instead of yellow though.
6. The Brain Tree Quest avatar. It's well-done and in my opinion you can never have too many Haunted Woods-themed avatars.
7. The Brightvale site theme, mainly because I'm a fan of Brightvale; I was excited at its release as I've wanted a Brightvale theme to use since the land-based site themes started being made.
8. I chose the Haunted Mansion NC feature as I look forward to the Halloween wearables every October, it was a cool concept, and as usual there were some nice spooky items released through it.

I picked Dr. Sloth lamp because I collect lamps.
Not surprised the AC avatars won. I would have voted for them if the quality had been more consistent. Some of them just had bad animations/loops. It is nice having a Moltara av finally, though.

I voted for the Fish Filet Sandwich. It's kind of a funny item, and it was also featured in a reddit post, lol, so I remember it. xD
