Mm, my personal favorite Premium backgrounds weren't chosen, but I'm split between Mystically Guided Path Background, which I think looks pretty, and Enchanted Pumpkin Patch Background. I'm normally not drawn to Halloween/spooky type stuff, but I have to admit, that background looks pretty great.

Well, this is a first for this year's Neopies-we have a two-way tie between 1406 and 1407, although 1415 isn't too far behind.

I had to go with Doorway to the Ocean Background for Best Premium Collectible Item. The lighting, the beauty of the sunrise over the ocean, and the detail really made it stand out to me.

Two Black and White Backgrounds? Today was a hard choice, black and white wearables are my jam. Ended up going with Grey Winter Evening Background because I like the evening look just a bit more.

I ended up going with the Grey Winter Evening background for today. I like the perspective on it the best (that's something I'm really picky with for backgrounds in general), I love the color scheme and atmosphere of it the best (though the tree of petals one is a very close second for me), and it's currently on Comet and has been since I got it because I like it that much.

Day 20 - Best Premium Collectible Item: A woodsy backyard, a spooky castle surrounded by pumpkins, a ocean view from a fancy hotel at sundown, and a dark room with multi-colored crystals and an ominous glowing door. I like the variety on offer, I'm fine with any of them winning. But which one to pick? Patio I passed on as, while nice, didn't really stand out. Pumpkin Path had me for a while but we've already had a few Halloween stuff already so kind of got tired of the motif. So it was between Doorway to the Ocean and Mystically Guided Path. So I thought about which one's theme I would like to see more of and the answer was obvious for me: Mystically Guided Path Background. Where does that door lead? How did you get there? What other magical sights does this location contain? Doorway to the Ocean is nice but I feel it's been done a few times already, watching a sunset on the beach.

Day 21 - Best Neopoint Background: I feel three of these are kind of the same. Because of that I would have gone with Home of the Vandagyres... but I looked at how the Neopets positioned on it and it looked off. Thinking about Tree of Petals since it was very striking... but looking at if the scaling felt off. So I was left with the two that you might as well flip a coin to choose. However I have a reason for picking The Long Road Home Background: I think it gets that somber feeling of travelling through a bare forest in winter better. Grey Winter Evening looks like you're just in the middle of the woods, but Long Road Home has that winding road in the background getting across that, as the name suggests, it's going to be a long walk home.

Day 17 - Best Caption Image Results Discussion: WHOA! Not only are the numbers close but first and second are tied (Jhudora's winning probably by a few more votes so small they don't affect the percentage)! Jhudora's is alright, the caption is also funny. I'm surprised Sloth's has the least amount, especially compared to third's place which seemed pretty average to me.

Day 18 - Best Advent Animation Results Discussion: Oh, they gave them titles... and they misspelled "unfortunate" as "unforgtunate". If tomorrow's winner is "New Feechers" it would just be too perfect. Anyway, I'm surprised the winner is the one that was scaring everyone on the Neoboards, if not the animation than from the horrifying gift it gave. And is it appropriate or sad that the Unfortunate Holiday Orgin is last place?

Day 22 - Best NP Wearable: Was originally thinking of going with Spoils of Victory, but felt that wouldn't be quite right as that's more a trinket then a wearable. So I instead went with Swanky Denim Jacket. It's a notable clothing item unlike the wreath and can be worn by any species unlike the dress, and who doesn't like a nice, no, a swanky denim jacket?

Day 19 - Let us Never Speak of This Again Results Discussion: Very close, but all understandable as the ones which tied are all equal an issue and higher of a problem then them misspelling words now and again (itself a problem but more of a problem you sigh at then want to scream your head of at). When it comes to NC you'd want to make sure players are getting what they payed real life money for. The stamp avatars caused all affected stamp prices to skyrocket faster then anyone could prepare for, notably for Avatar collectors. And finally my pick and the winner, it's not that we've waited for so long for to have a Plot again but a Plot is a chance to add in new characters & site lore (and maybe even do major changes), for it to end up disappointing is alarming and frustrating to players (not to mention for all the time it takes to produce a plot it may make JS not want to do them if they don't feel able to do them justice).

Day 20 - Best Premium Collectible Item Results Discussion: Not surprising, it is a lovely background. Reminds you of those dream vacations of just going to a tropical resort with a balcony that points out to the horizon.

Also, since the 22nd was the last one, those who voted every day got their final prize: Neopies After-Party Background.

It's alright, nice if you want to make your Neopet look like it's living up the celebrity life.
