Sorry it's taken me so long to update... there've been some complications with my grandmothers surgery and I'm being run ragged between that and my needing my whole house to be boxed up by the end of Sunday.

In the middle of July, I've managed to get a winter-themed comic in x3 Oh the happy irony. Comments on "Fight!" are very appreciated and stuff. I'm leaving on Monday so if I won't manage to cook up some reviews till then, I prolly won't do them either. Then again, who knows. Nothing's certain around here.

This was cute, a topic I don't see too terribly much. Overall, I liked this story. The only thing I could really tell you is to work on SHOWING what's going on. You did do a little showing, but it was usually a touch of showing amidst a lot of telling. I think it would have been a lot better if I'd been able to experience the unsuccessful job hunting with Emily. Take me into a few stores with her, with an employer who is humoring her, and it silently breaks Em's heart. Or the mean one, I want to feel Emily's anger and possible humiliation. I really liked the end, though. I would have wanted to do that, too. ^_^

The Flotsam Question by tamia_silverwing - Ah, a question I think we've all asked. It was cute. The only thing that threw me was the word "scuttle." It makes me think of the way a crab walks. So, I looked it up, and it means "scurry" or a "hurried gait." Both of those imply having walking limbs. So, I don't think that was the best word. Maybe "scoot." I dunno. Just thought I'd put it out there.

Triple Negative by silygirl_543 - Good point! I liked the art. It's raw, but in a stylized way.

Gallion Ranch by hakuryu_86 & pacmanite - Ha! That's funny 'cuz people do that. (Me, for instance.) The art was nice and simple, too. Very clean looking.

No Game Here by kamikatze24 & hello5346 - That got a laugh-out-loud! Very funny. That poor Grundo. (Those gross zurroballs are one fo the reasons I don't play that game.)

The Locker Room by keng200 - Teehee. I can totally see that happening with a live ball. One little problem is that I had to squint to see the text, it was too fine.

Lunaticity #5 by jerk_head - *frowns* . . . Yup, that's lunaticy, alright. Your comic certainly lives up to its name. ;-P

Ooh, dun dun DUN!!! Seriously. I'm all excited and nervous. Will Jeran have to acknowledge his feelings for Mariean? Will Jasagh find out who Mariean really is? What will happen to throne of Meridell? *is so excited and yet bummed that the sneak peak of part 12 isn't up yet* ... *cuz she's gotten in the bad habit of looking ahead at the next part*

EDIT: OOH! I JUST CHECKED AND PART 12 IS UP!! ... 'scuse me. I just really want to know the end.
