Inktober Day 9: Swing Pose could be better, but I was just practicing, so it doesn't need to be perfect.

Day 7 - Enchantment (+ Day 8 - Frail?) I've actually been wanting to make an illustration series of these two characters for a long while now, but haven't gotten around to drawing them as much as I'd like. So this was fun! =D But basically, the teenager was accidentally summoned by the witch, but because the witch is not terribly good at all this, they have to try to improve her magic skills before they attempt a de-summoning. (This took longer than the other days, so let's pretend that I had the ""frail"" teacups in mind the entire time. It totally counts, right?)

Inktober Day 10: Pattern I didn't want to do a regular pattern for today because I knew that would take a while and I didn't have the patience for that today. And I just realized that I had a lot of patterns in my Mindless drawing, too. I thought of hypnotic patterns and I worked with it and got this. Fun fact, I was getting stuff at my university store (my mom wanted to get something for her) and I saw there were white out pens. I tried looking for a white gel pen, but no luck there. So I bought it. I probably should have tested it more on a separate drawing before doing this drawing. There was such a mess and I had to touch some stuff up digitally. (Mainly one of the eyes, which still looks pretty messy.) Oh well, more experimenting and practice.

Inktober Day 11: Snow I quite like yokai and I went with a yuki onna inspired piece for today, since they mainly show up in snowstorms and such. Also, good news, I've gotten much more control of that white out pen. Still need work, but much better than yesterday's disaster.

Inktober Day 11 - Imagined Tree Only had time to draw after work, when it's dark, so it was impossible to draw from life. So instead I decided to use my tree drawing skills gained, and draw an imagined tree.

Day 9 - Swing After a couple uninspired starts, I decided to ask my dad if I could draw some sketches of him doing his golf swing. We had nice weather and got to go out to the driving range for a bit. ^_^ (Although trying to catch gesture sketches of the actual swing was really difficult--it's just so fast! You glance down to make sure you've gotten the angle of the leg right, and then suddenly whack!, you look back up and the golf ball's already sailing away.) Day 10 - Pattern Yesterday, for most of the evening, no inspiration, no energy, and then--suddenly, at 2 AM, as you do: I've always thought that paisley looked kinda like an amoeba or a ghost, so here we have–... I dunno, what do you think? Are they travel companions? A Greek chorus? Will-o'-the-wisps? All of the above? Who am I to say what the beings of this world truly are? =o

Hi! I'm belatedly joining in on this thread with a few of my Neo-themed prompts. :3 I've been doing a mix of the official Inktober prompt list and the one Neopets released. I don't know, but I also just ended up adding some color to these. I usually don't for Inktober stuff. Day 3 - Plushie This was actually a fairly quick one (and afforded me a one-day buffer, which I squandered by taking a 3-hour nap after work, lol), and I'm super proud of the Babaa. :3 But yeah, that's my Neo-self with my favorite plushie, the Pink Babaa Plushie. Edit: Wait...this is a new picture I took. I could have taken this opportunity to fix the missing part of the glasses...OTZ Day 4 - Battle Lil Penny Jr. was originally a Green Bruce and proud of it! She also had just assembled the most perfect Hanso outfit (she's a fangirl - obviously one of my pets would be too, haha), which she proudly and happily wore everywhere. And then...tragedy struck. Boochi turned her into a Baby Bruce just like himself. And Penny Jr. could no longer wear her beloved Hanso outfit. She was devastated. (And so was I!! I mostly have quad pets, so my Brucey was pretty much the only bipedal I owned, and she looked really awesome dressed up as Hanso! Stupid Boochi. I was so mad (and too cheap to buy a Green Paint Brush. But I mean, really? If I have an opportunity to paint my pet, why would I choose a basic color, amirite?), even though a Baby Bruce is cute.) Penny Jr. has since accepted the change and is now proud of how utterly adorable she is. But, that doesn't mean she wouldn't enjoy giving Boochi a well-deserved whopping. She's been training just for this. (Plus, I got her a Hanso Cardboard Cutout that she brings with her everywhere, so...that makes up for it. Ditto with the Hanso-themed custom she usually sports. Her name actually fits better as a Baby too.) I have a series of comics/drawings in the works that illustrate her [back]story, but I haven't gotten around to finishing them yet. I also misplaced the sketchbook I drew some panels in too, ugh. Also, part of her story includes drawing my other pets, and...well, Kaus and Bori are hard. OTZ Yeah, okay, I'm gonna eventually include these in my Art thread and move this whole story there too. This got long, lol. Day 5 - Build I seem to love depicting my air faerie OC, Alaina, being sad about Faerieland. That's her dejectedly assembling some Faerieland Building Blocks on her Cloud Rug. My poor, mopey faerie. T-T When will Faerieland go back amongst the clouds?? I've fallen behind on these prompts (I had started off so well too!), but I don't mind because it's actually gotten me drawing. The prompts have really inspired some great ideas for me, so I don't really care how long I spend on a certain day's. And yesterday I actually immediately started drawing some fanart, which never happens, because I usually just let such ideas linger for months/years until I get "good enough" to do them justice. I may have spent like 5 hours on a single sketch I'm not even close to finishing yet, but it doesn't bother me! (I mean, it kinda does, but whatever.) I'm rambling. I'll stop.

Inktober Day 12 - Branch Again Hey, it's that branch again. Only done differently, and in just a few minutes before I had to head to work.

Still been keeping up with prompts the past couple days! Lol not even halfway through, but I can already say this has been my most productive/consistent Inktober x3 SnowDragon
This one got a bonus, because just with the SenshiStock image I felt bad for not drawing an actual dragon x3 It's also probably on-brand for me, so have some Stormfly's as well~
