Yeah, I'm not going to get SOM done and I'm not going to kill myself trying. I've already procrastinated enough on things I need to do.

I am SO glad I chose Team Raiders so that I could be spared having to watch Balthazar devour poor Babaas and other petpets right in front of me. D: That being said, the game does nicely fit the theme for Knights. Shame the prize isn't a Darigan Babaa Plushie/Action Figure*; I could have added that to my gallery. :3

DAY 3 CHALLENGES:Challenge: Spaced Out Team: BothGoal: 7000 in "Slorgs in Space" & 700 in "Lost in Space Fungus". Game 1: Slorgs in Space Tips:We all played this game before. It's not actually that hard to get to 7k. My best suggestion is to use the first and maybe second level to build up points by purposely making more Slorgs you'd need to get rid of. Eventually you'll have to end the level, but ideally you'll be able to make up so many points that you'd then only need to complete level 3 and 4 to get to 7k. Game 2: Lost in Space Fungus Tips:1. Follow the paths on Jellyneo's Game Guide. You'll need to complete 8 levels to get to 700 2. This game is FRUSTRATING. Best advice I can give is keep calm and time your clicks carefully, a micro second too early or late may mean restarting the level. Don't worry about your ship hitting the asteroids, as long as you have rings you won't blow up. However don't touch any the space fungus that start appearing in level 6 as they'll destroy your ship on contact. 3. Unless they're right in your path, ignore every power-up. It doesn't matter how many stars or NP bags you collect as you'll always need to complete the 8 levels. The oxygen tank gives an extra life which can come in handy but don't go out of your way to get it (though if you messed but may be able to reach the oxygen tank do so and count this as a free try). The rings give an extra ring which could be very useful as some of these levels require optimal ring placement and often times you'll wish you had an extra ring to assure completion. Challenge: Fast and Furious Team: KnightsGoal: 90 in "Extreme Herder". Tips:1. Balthazar always comes from the top left corner of the screen, so when a level starts you want to be sure you're near there so you can save the Petpets that are placed there. 2. Snowflake freezes Balthazar and orange orb speeds you up. Both are useful, get them when you're close to them. 3. Use the white panels on the top, bottom, and sides of the screen to teleport to the other side of the screen. 4. Note your character isn't big enough to squeeze past Balthazar most of the time so best bet is to just go around him, use the white panels mentioned above to do this more easily. 5. You can drop Petpets by pressing the spacebar, useful if you accidentally pick up a Petpet while trying to get to another. 6. As the game progressed the white panels begin to vanish and then so do the doors into the pen until there's one left, however by the point that starts happening you should have well over 70 points. Challenge: Save Me Please! Team: RaidersGoal: 1500 in "Darigan Dodgeball". Tips:You need to survive 15 seconds in order to get 1500 points. There's a variety of strategies such as sticking to a corner, sticking to one side of the screen, or trying to stay near the middle of the screen. Find the one that suits you best.

Also, for Darigan Dodgeball:
Whatever you do, DO NOT release your mouse button (or finger if you're on mobile) UNTIL you have guided the cursor safely to the "Play Again" button (unless of course, you have the needed score!). It is way too easy to accidentally send score on that game. So be careful and best of luck!

Well, I already fell off the day-one train, lol. I got home from a long day at work, couldn't beat SOM and finally said "screw it."
I guess that at least means I can wait until my day off to play catch-up, without losing anything further.

Have you ever wondered what it feels like to live the life of a flying Stormtrooper? Then the game for you is Skies Over Murrdell ~ also known as "There Are Clouds All Over and Maybe Something Happening In Between I Think?" The only game where your extra life can murder you as it spawns, then get stolen by your opponent who also murders you.
Wow. I thought JS had finished digging through the awful old games that no one wants to see re-emerge, but apparently the site has a large hoard of those. It's okay, no need to keep searching for the worst game. We've found it. Please stop.
I finished it last night, by grinding and relying on bonus points from the easier levels, sacrificing precious sleep time from my one-day-weekend. The things I do for a virtual trophy collection. Biscuit Brigade was a piece of cookie in comparison, reminded me of Neopian Battle Legends. Oh, and Snowmuncher was fun, I just persevere and cronch.
Today's challenge wasn't too bad. I like the moving on hoops concept of Space Fungus, and we get a decent amount of lives instead of starting over every darn time. I'd actually never needed to play the fungus-y part of the game for previous GMCs, though. It's a completely different rhythm, gotta pay attention to the direction in which we spin and stop using rebounds. I'd never played Slorgs in Space before, but it's just like Blastoids. Extreme Herder was easy peasy after Daily Dare 2016's score requirement.

Oh, Sweet Fyora, my high score in Lost in Space Fungus, is just a little bit over 400. The other games, especially Extreme Herder, are easier by comparison

Jellyneo has a good image guide for that one. I watch the screen like a hawk and try to time my spacebar presses to connect without getting trapped.
I found a pretty good Youtube guide--https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d20kn6IIuFA

I found a pretty good Youtube guide--https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d20kn6IIuFA That's the thing. Even with the guide assisting me, I don't make it far, usually until level 4. EDIT: 557, only to die at level 7, thanks to the collision with the Space Fungus

Lost ins Space Fungus should be easy, I thought. It's basically a puzzle game, and I know there are tons of guides on it. This one shouldn't be a problem....
In narrator voice:
"Little did Allison know just how wrong she was."

JN's guide is great and all, but thing is that if you are off by the tiniest amount, you end up blowing just about all of your lives on one level, over and over and over...
I swear, this game was tailor-made to enrage me...

Yeah, I'm glad to avoid Skies over Meridell, but Lost in Space Fungus is another one of those "Worst Games on Neo" kind of games.

You know what, I'm not going to worry about getting top prize this year, thanks to Lost in Space Fungus. Yes, even if it means that I will lose out on a prize for today (a book).

Finally got the score for Lost in Space Fungus. After.... Can we just go with "way too long?" lol Now to replay Slorgs in Space because the game stalled on me right after I made the score, and woudln't let me do anything. And then the "send 5 scores" and I'm still all gold!

I'm personally worried about the next four days as they're work days. Needed a couple of hours for the last few days, I'm just hoping I don't hit a stone wall challenge that I need extra time I may not have.
