Floral is interesting, but I really like candy. I wonder how customizable it would be, though? :S Marble might be the easiest to custom, soooo I'll go with that.

Floral just looks... poorly photoshopped to me. X'D I like it as a concept but not in the execution. Woodland is a much nicer color if you want something nature-y.

Candy I'm a bit mreh about because it feels like discount chocolate. *Shrug* Not awful, just... samey.

I like the look of marble though.

As an aquarist, I've seen prettier slime molds, to be honest.

Oh, hello =o Seems like a fun little choosing contest, I haven't participated in something like this before!

Both the marble and the candy look very pretty to me, but the floral is a bit much imo x3 I think I'll probably go with marble, it narrowly takes the top for me.

I love Marble. That's what I voted for. It's really pretty in the sample of the Elephante. The colors used blend together really well. I feel like I can make some awesome customs for Marble pets and it can lead to really awesome character ideas.

Candy is awesome, too. I love the colors shown here. You guys know I love bright colors. Not to mention that it's another edible color, so Neopets who have edible Neopet characters can have a more colorful choice other than Chocolate or Custard.
If this is chosen, I have a pretty good feeling that this'll be a lab-only color. I have nothing wrong with that, but I just think it'd be a lab-only color.

Gotta be honest, I really dislike Floral. I don't think it'll be like this for all Neopets available in this color, but the color of flowers shown clash with each other so much. I'm not a fan of bright yellow and purple. We already have Woodland. Floral is pretty much a Woodland equivalent to me. I can't find equivalents to the other colors. Sure, there may be similarities between the other colors and existing colors, but not enough for me to think of them as a copy. I love Woodland, don't get me wrong, but I just don't want a copy of it.

I gotta say, I love the textures of Marble and Candy. Marble looks extremely smooth and it's so shiny. And Candy looks like, well, a piece of candy. I love that it's not too shiny. It was really close for me between these two, to be honest. :3

...I am happy that there's a Candy Crush reference. Never played Candy Crush, but I'm still happy.

But I agree with you on the bright colors of the candy one- as long as it stays bright and happy and has nothing to do with chocolate (wouldn't that be overdoing it?) I wouldn't be hurt if it won.

But marble won for me, as well, just because holy wow THE POSSIBILITIES on that one. I want pink and purple swirls and SHINE

I can definitely see a lot of potential in both Candy and Marble. Wow, this is going to be a hard choice.

As for Floral, definitely a nice idea, but the execution isn't that great on the Elephante.

I went with Candy, Marble is nice but doesn't seem right.

I voted for Marble personally, but Candy is also nice. Hopefully they do something similar to the polls of old where they wind up making more than one an option.

I went with Marble because it's the most unique. I know all three are technically "unique" but Candy is thematically similar to Chocolate and Floral is thematically similar to Woodland. Marble is kind of an outlier (Relic is the only thing close, and Marble is already proving far different). That and the Marble just looks REALLY nice. As soon as I saw it, I was excited to see other pets in that color as well. Made the decision easy.

Now isn't this a blast from the past, or at least the idea of it. TNT introduced so many new Colours its hard to remember they occasionally would let players vote on what new Colour they would like to see. Nice to see JS is taking a note from TNT's old book and getting users involved with site content decisions.

But enough talk, let's examine the color:

(Marvelous) Marble: Nice, while a palette swap it's not just a simple paint over as they have to focus on adding the light streaks to give it that glossy appearance. I also like the marble pattern, simple but unique, closet existing Colour to match it would be Camouflage. And since Marble comes in multiple colors it means there's room to make one Marble Neopet different from the other (and they could even make up their own color combination as "marble" itself is a name of the pattern).

(Fluttering) Floral: At first I thought it was Pinata like the one from Petpet Park, lol. Sadly it's not and I generally agree it doesn't look any better. While I am all for more complicated Colours and while there's certainly nothing wrong with Floral as presented here, I just feel its the weakest of the three and I don't have any idea how you could improve it. It certainly has potential, maybe Elephante just wasn't the right Neopet to present it with? The Elephante one looks like one of those flower garden sculptures or parade floats which makes sense, though maybe for another Neopet it would have been more simplistic with different kinds of flowers.

(Crushing) Candy: Don't think we saw what you did there, JS. ;P Now this is a Colour from Petpet Park... but not the right pattern. While Petpet Park had a "Candy", it was more the Neopet look like it was made out of gummies, gumdrops, and licorice. This more looks like another Petpet Park Colour: Candy Cane. It doesn't look that bad... BUT there is a problem. Now in Petpet Park it was a candy cane pattern, which while in Petpet Park was no problem but on Neopets it is as Christmas Neopets would sometimes be candy cane patterned. Hopefully other Neopets would be made out of different candies if this gets picked, because though Christmas Neopets have a simple candy cane pattern this one is more realistic looking and JS artists did a good job.

My Vote Goes To: Marble. While Floral and Candy might be better on other Neopets, we have to judge with the Neopets showcasing the Colour and to me Marble is best presented here. Hopefully these other two Colours idea won't go away and there's more Colour Polls coming in the future.

I'd like Candy or Marble to win. I chose Candy based on the color palette. There will be slight variations through pets which was noted. Marble will look nice in different colors and shades.

Which paint brush color makes for better puns and jokes? If you painted a couple 'pets Marble, and you lost them, then you'd have lost your Marbles. Candy 'pets are pretty sweet, though. But you could say the same of chocolate 'pets. I have no floral jokes offhand.
