I feel that the animation was a lot of wasted potential. Yeah, it takes place in the Haunted Woods, more specifically, the Deserted Fairground, but I'm wondering why none of the carnies that run the games were included

I see what they did there. AAA has the brains but not the brawn. I wonder if his sister knew that? One of my pets thought the AAA chessboard was boring. Mrkrawk is the only one with any sense, I think. I was thinking it would be really funny if they created a toy where every pet that tried to play with it would say it is boring. I was kind of hoping that was about to happen. Poor AAA, everyone would say his game was boring.

Haters gonna hate. I thought the animation was okay kinda silly. Of course AAA would be good at most of the games involving strategy. I was a little confused by Abigail's body language. At first her behavior seemed a little suggestive when taken out of context. However, she was just trying to trick AAA into playing something he wasn't good at.
Both of my pets loved the games. I put them in the SDB after we played with them.

Day 6 (Saved By A Snow Faerie) ANIMATION: Ah, so they're using the new Taelia art they made for her last GMC. Eitherway it's a nice animation, remembering er role as savior to those who get lost on Terror Mountain, how there are days she's probably in and out, and that those she saved are grateful to her. GIFTS: Wow, that background is very nice! Not only is it a nice shot of a snowy forest but also its animated with falling snow. Day 7 (Fairground Games Master) ANIMATION: ... Why is Brucey B hosting a test your strength game in the Deserted Fairgrounds? Was it that hard to add in Arnold? Okay, sure, he only has one piece of art but, once again, you couldn't work with that? Otherwise there isn't anything wrong, infact I like the idea. It's just the random appearance of Brucey B (and the absence of the Fairground characters and their games) which kind of makes this animation less than what it could have been. Actually, thinking about it, if they weren't going to use the Fairground characters or their games than why even place it in the Fairgrounds? If you placed this say in Roo Island, Neopia Central, or the Lost Desert and it would make as much sense, maybe even more.
GIFTS: Well the animation is about AAA and the Deserted Fairgrounds, both prizes being toys is kind of to be expected. Day 8 (Recap For The Crown) ANIMATION: Oh wow, they remembered Vyssa! That's a bit shocking as it felt like in recent years anything she would have been in has been replaced by Amira. Actually just in general this animation was an interesting reference to the Search for the Crown plot. I guess JS wants to show they've been reading through past plots? They also made a new Malkus Vile out of the standard Skeith model and they did a decent job with it. That said the story of this animation was a bit confusing, like Malkus falling in love with Amira? Seems out of character for him, especially when he offered a diamond ring to her. I always saw Malkus as a crime who's only love is money and so is as cheap as possible (which is why he wears a ragged hat & trench coat and has the incompetent Meerca Bros as his henchmen).
GIFTS: Meh weapon, but hey its a weapon at least. Ring should have been wearable, is there any ring wearables?

I think this is the first time assets from a flash game was used for an Advent Calendar animation.

Day 9 (Math-y Christmas) ANIMATION: The animation kind of reminded me the few times that, a few times after having graduated from college, I would wake up from a dream where I was still taking classes and thought I was late until I woke up a bit more and remembered I graduated. Anyway, it's a cute animation.

Hope whoever wanders upon the Jetsam's discarded second dung is excited for it (starry battle dung is worth about 4.5 mill).
