Bah, I think I just got hit with that. I noticed I was logged out, and couldn't log back in. I quickly used PW reset, got back in, and had to use PIN retrieval to get the pin. I changed PW and PIN. The only thing that had been done so far besides PW and PIN changed, my personal lookup was deleted (I'm not going to recreate it, and a bunch of old Dr_Death plushies were removed from my gallery (they were the only things in there). I guess I was lucky I acted quickly enough to prevent further problems, but I'm monitoring it just in case.
what I don't get was how they got in. I haven't really been browsing shops much since the Faerie Quest event. Maybe they got it then and was waiting for later.

PatjadeYeah looks like I'm locked out of my main as well. =\ And two of my sides that used the same password. What strikes me as odd is that I have legitimately not accessed neo in months. Not since advent calendar ended. I went on for about twenty seconds yesterday out of boredom to see if I had any neomails because I dunno, felt like it, and I was still logged in fine. I didn't actually do anything other than open the homepage, not even play Trudy's Surprise. Now I just checked and I'm logged out, locked out. So I'm baffled.

See if you can use PW recovery and get back in. They send a reset link to your email. Then you can use PIN recovery to get the PIN and change it. Something tells me that since all of this is happening AFTER they announced they fixed an exploit, they either created another one, or someone sandbagged the cookie info. |

I keep seeing the 'update your flash thing' but I can't find the update.
Unless yesterday's Flash update (which I have) is the update people are talking about today, and the people today are just a lil late. Which is possible. But exploits can happen fast.

Unless yesterday's Flash update (which I have) is the update people are talking about today, and the people today are just a lil late. Which is possible. But exploits can happen fast. Check what your latest version of Flash is. The most recent is 21.0.0.213. |

My items are in order, my money's all as it should be, my gallery's fine... we're kosher. Buuuut I can't get a password reset for my sides. When I try to validate the usernames it says they don't exist.

Jae I honestly have no idea how to tell that. Try looking up one of the pets on the side. If you try to look up the owner of that pet it will tell you that it's frozen. |
