"I don't know," Zylaa hissed, "but the last thing I knew I was shouting a policeman and now I wake up on this ship and my head hurts and I smell rum."

Keng heard 'I smell rum' and looked at Zylaa. She wasn't sure to be happy or not to see the familiar face. (She had to admit, the whole situation with the police had been rather amusing.)
"It's a pirate ship. You could scrub it for a thousand years and it would still smell of rum." Keng smiled to Zylaa while she awaited a verdict on her stow-away status.

Zylaa stared blankly at Keng for a while. "Why am I on a pirate ship?"
((And it isn't a pirate ship, is it? We commandeered it from actual respectable people, I thought.))

Fenrix flew down the mast and landed easily on her feet. "Hey, I remember you...barwench." She pointed to Keng. "So...now what?" Yawning she flicked her tail at the nearest barrel of explosives. "Wonderful. Explosives." She decided to stay away from them, her fire might blow the ship up if she even messed with them.

((The Weewoo wasn't originally a pirate ship, no. (hence the commandeering x3)
And who in their right mind puts a barrel of explosives on the deck?
And I'd post something towards the RP but my mind's a complete blank and this doesn't seem to be getting anywhere x.x Show's over, we got the ship, nowwhat?))

((Meh, pirate ship, respectable ship. Either way prolly drenched in booze, and if not, the pirates themselves will smell of it.))

((Sorry guys, I lose at staying current. XDD))
Cyr stared in sleepy-brained bewilderment at the tall pirate ship clipping along at a nice pace in the water above her head. Cyr wiggle her tail and splashed up a the surface, bobbing in the salty water. She could hear a few voices echoing in the cold wind. Dubiously, she took a few wriggles forward and a few breaths of air, and then she dove underwater again, tracking the ship desperately. She thought one thought. I have to get on board before this shape wears off!

[glow=red,2,300]((Yo, sorry for the absence. But Keng's right, probably most ships back then smelled like booze.))
Rider woke from her sunny napping spot on deck. "Hmm? Stowaways? I thought I smelled wet dog." She sized up Keng quickly. "You seem strong enough. To hold your own, i mean. I reckon if we didn't take you aboard, our 'luck' would be worse than if we did?"
Regarding the other guards, she said, "Tie 'em up nice an' tight. We'll let them out when we get to Brightvale."
((Wanna chat and RP some more before we get to Brightvale? or do we just get on with it?))[/glow]

((Let's get on with it - I need a sword. XD))
"We're just going to let them run free knowing who we are and what we're doing with this ship?" Ikkin asked. She didn't necessarily want to do anything more severe with the guards, but the idea that there would be two countries in which they would be wanted wasn't very appealing to the former knight. Particularly since Brightvale was close enough to Meridell that her own position could get back to them...

"Thank ya Cap'n" Keng thanked Rider, and stood up smart like. She was relieved that she wasn't going to be thrown in the hold or overboard or anything of the kind. A splashing met her ears. "Though I don't think that's me you smelt. I'm not exactly wet. Though I think there's something in the water if my ears are any judge."

[shadow=purple,left,300]Kat smiled. "Gladly." She opened her empty palms, closed them, and when she opened them again, she was holding a length of glowing purple rope.
"It's a Forget-Me-Knot," she said to the crew as softly as she could so the guards wouldn't hear. "I'll tie 'em up nice and tight, and when I let them out, they won't even remember us messin' around with them. Just don't put them close to any writing materials, or else they can take down everything before I wipe part of their memories. Don't worry, they'll still remember how to breathe."[/shadow]

"We're in the middle of the sea. Can't we just make them walk the plank?"
Huntress had showed up from god-knows-where, a sleepy look on her face, squinting in the bright sun. The meepits on the deck - and there were many more than there had been five minutes ago - glared at her.
"Look who finally showed up," said one.
"Better late than never," stated another.
"Ever since when are you so mean?" asked a third.
"Shaddup," suggested the girl, strolling over the deck as the other meepits gave a duh-glance at the third meepit. Huntress dove face-first into a barrel on the deck and reappeared with an apple in her hand.
"Then again, mind-erasing works just as well," she said with her mouth full.

Zylaa had been watching the conversation. "Um. I still don't know why I'm here. And if I don't find out in the next minute I'm letting the little weasels loose."

"I don't know," Zylaa hissed, "but the last thing I knew I was shouting a policeman and now I wake up on this ship and my head hurts and I smell rum." "Ooooooohhh...I could make a rum cake..." murmured Echo, wandering her way back into the galley to begin supper.

"Rum cake?" Zylaa asked rhetorically, looking after the cook in puzzlement.
