And I never had that much trouble with Grand Cross, Ikkin. Mostly because I I often got stuff like Trouble. Lucky. >>; I kept getting stuff like Zombie, which made it really hard to recover after the big attack that always followed it. -_- Actually I think he simply uses Blue Shockwave three times after Cross, which makes it easier on you. Either that or Neutron Ring THEN three Shockwaves. >_>

Finalfantasy-XIII.net has scans from the relevant pages: Final Fantasy XIIIFinal Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIIIAll images are from in-game cutscenes, which makes them some of the prettiest games I've ever seen.

Dang, those are in-game?!? I'm not sure if I even believe that, those are so life-like. The hair, it's just so... perfect. No game has hair like that.
By the way, of the english characters on the first page are "FFVII ACC", above a screenshot of Cloud from what looks like Advent Children. What is "ACC", "After Crisis Core" or "Advent Children Chronicles" or something like that?

What is "ACC", "After Crisis Core" or "Advent Children Chronicles" or something like that? Yup, they're in-game. Well, it's kind of a guess in FFXIII's case, but the models look a bit different from the FMV models we've seen so far. FF Versus XIII is confirmed (the translated text mentions that it's from the scene where the Prince walks up some stairs and sees the girl, which 1UP said was realtime), and it looks even better, so there isn't much reason to doubt it. Agito is also in-game, but that's probably clearer, since it looks a lot like Crisis Core and Dissidia. ACC is Advent Children Complete, a remade version for Blu-ray, which has 30min of new footage, dirt and bruises on the characters, and a demo of FFXIII. It comes out next March.

@___@ *stares in total awe at the graphics* So... incredibly... shiny...
And a re-rendered AC, with dirt and bruises and stuff? XD Sounds like it would be interesting to see, though I don't have Blu-ray, so I wouldn't get to see it. Sadness. *ponders if she knows anyone with Blu-ray*

Oh right, I remember hearing about that now... PS3's play Blu-ray, yes? XD That one guy in XIII reminded me of someone earlier, and I just now figured out who: Seifer as he appears in KHII. It's KH Seifer grown up. XD

I was watching an AC AMV on YouTube just now, and it got to a particular scene that reminded me of the following, possibly spoiler-ish anecdote: You know the part of AC where Rufus throws the box containing Jenova's head off the building, then Kadaj sends an energy ball at him, Rufus jumps off and Kadaj jumps off after the box, crying "Mother!"? Well, me and my sister were watching an AMV of that part, but she hasn't watched AC other than in AMVs nor heard the plot before this point, and when Kadaj shouted, she read the subtitle and was all like: Did he just call that guy "Mother"? I was so amused.

The Japanese magazine Famitsu, along with IGN, recently showed some very high-quality images of FFXIII and FF Versus XIII, which are totally amazing. Here's a few of my favorites: FFXIII- It's amazing how much you can tell about Lightning and Pigtails girl just by the way that they walk. [http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/article/903/903022/final-fantasy-xiii-20080826034708350.jpg]And the scenery's completely wild. [http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/article/903/903022/final-fantasy-xiii-20080826034721850.jpg]- More incredible scenery - looks more like concept art than a 3D render. The sea that they're standing on is apparently not water, but made of crystal, and located deep within Cocoon. - [http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/article/903/903022/final-fantasy-xiii-20080826034702444.jpg]A glimpse of the enemies Lightning and her allies have to face. They kind of remind me of the Deep Eyes from FF: The Spirits Within, or of something from a first-person shooter. - [http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/article/903/903022/final-fantasy-xiii-20080826034732584.jpg]All three of our heroes standing together, talking. Notice the mark on Mr. 33cm's (so-called for his shoe size, since his actual name is unknown besides the fact that it's based on the weather) arm, which apparently signifies him as a L'cie. Versus- [http://ps3media.ign.com/ps3/image/article/903/903020/final-fantasy-versus-xiii-20080826034423278.jpg]The Prince, looking rather much like like a Turk from Advent Children (in more ways than one). - [http://finalfantasy-xiii.net/media/screens/final-fantasy-versus-xiii-famitsu-hq-03.jpg]The Prince shows off his new suit, which could be yours for the low, low price of $3000. (...okay, I made the price up) - Rapier girl is not afraid to show off her long, flowing hair in a current generation game. - Rapier girl looks towards a painting of the shinigami who is worshipped by the Prince's people. The shinigami's design was created by Amano (who did the character designs for all FFs up to VII), and it is apparently part of the Fabula Nova Crystalis mythos. Forever Fantasy has some more as well, if you want to see. ^_^

XDDD *very amused* Those are really really pretty graphics, though. </3 Too bad I'm not getting a PS3 any time in the near future...

Awesome news. Not only did I acquire IX over the weekend, I found out one of my roommates has VII and VIII, and he'll let me play them on my old PSX.

VIII is <3 ^__^ Although I've taken a break from it and I'm working on XII right now. And I still need to get a copy of VII. T__T I kinda want to get the PC version and stick it on my laptop, just to shake things up, but it seems to be hard to find... (So if anyone here *cough* has a copy of VII for sale, let me know. XD)
