Mr Krawley's flavor text: So many ideas! XDD My guess: hostile meaning the curse taking over the body.

Mr Krawley's flavor text: So many ideas! XDD My guess: hostile meaning the curse taking over the body. ...at least you didn't give the Tabloid meaning... j;) But, yeah, I'd agree. Hissi Oil amuses me, because it's like 'snake oil', which is the cliche 'quack cure'. Except that instead of doing nothing, it does all manner of bad things to the people who take it. If the Aisha from the card is the one Bruno was chasing after, maybe the curse isn't just an uglifying curse... maybe it reverses whatever effect it gave in the first place. Bruno wanted to be good looking and strong, so it makes him ugly. I'm guessing Edmund will end up poor and even more in debt than he started, Reginald ends up with no intellegence whatsoever, etc. And I agree with the theory that Sophie is the sister. It was kind of suggested that she hadn't taken the potion, and this (potentially spoilerific) card makes it seem like that's a definite possibility.

hah, yay for the HW plot! ^^ Wow, I know this is a bit off topic, but I never realized just HOW OLD the Haunted mansion game is. 0.o; It's got the fuzzie's in it... or fuzzle, or whatever they used to be. XD;;

Hrm. You know, I'm wondering whether Gilly is going to have more of a "plot" of her own after all... I mean, her role in her own game is to walk into trouble. I don't quite think the gypsy camp is evil, but I wonder if something weird is going to happen when the Elephante stops reading.

Well, it would be kinda' boring if all we did was watch the comic. Something's bound to happen.

...I keep forgetting I'm the only one who thinks of the plots as stories with an incidental participatory element. No, seriously, I had been thinking more along the lines of the participatory bits having to do with Neovia, and not with the frame story. But integrating it some might be more interesting.

I can't read it all, only the first page... when it's loading, it says 1/3, but then there's no 'Next' button or anything. D= Anyway, the first page is pretty interesting! I like Gilly. ^^

Hahaha, looks awesome so far! I larves the clothing and gloomy colours in the story part that the Elephante is reading. And gypsies! IT'S THE COURT DANCER'S PEOPLE!
So yeah, looking good. C:

I always thougth Sophie in that card looked younger than her current self... Makes sense, now. ^_^ I wonder if romance is allowed in Neopia now with Bruno's whole predicament. *shrug* Or perhaps TNT is doing that whole thing again where they do something and we're not allowed to.

It looks good so far and I love the Krawk! I love the art too, with the sepia tones and the old fashioned clothes I wish they'd use characters other than Lupes, Usuls, Aishas and Gelerts as main characters sometimes though...

Yay, I love how they keep having plots one after the other. Gives me something to do. ^^ I hope they keep it up.
The pale colors of the comic are rather cool, and I very much like the colonial feel of the setting. I wonder how much of the plot will have to do with the story(ies?) and how much will be situated in the Haunted Woods itself. So far the story's taken up most of it, but this is just a prelogue...
TNT is allowed to use romance. They don't have to follow the rules that we do, because they know how much they want to use and can keep it controlled.
