yeah. If you train JUST RIGHT, and get to about level 48 or 50, then they get easy. still difficult, but easy.

I've been making slow progress on my game, but I'm almost done! Last time I played I beat the second Pant Devil. =D It'll be soon.

Go Ginz! =D Only a little farther -- you can do it! *cheers* I actually don't recall that I ever had particular trouble with the Four Fairies, but what everyone else said about them made me so nervous that I was always a bit worried going into the fight.

Thanks, Nut! ^_^
I forgot to post here when I did, but I finally beat my Evil game of NQII! =D I got Tooth of Terask for it, so that was nice,
As for how long it took me... well, at least it wasn't as long as Normal did. >_> Your Evil difficulty best time: 1212 days, 23 hours, 8 minutes, 39 seconds.
InSaNe next! =D (Eventually.)

InSaNe... well... guess they insist on slowest movements there... Beating the Miner Foreman with the Evil-Level-Up-Strategy worked fine... but once I reached the tower on the lost isle, I found myself making a hasty retreat as by the time I had reached level 2 of the tower, I was running through healing flasks faster than I could get them from the monsters... So I'm back in the caves once more... *sigh*

Picked up my Evil game again a couple of weeks ago, and just defeated Gebarn II. Man that was an easy fight. xD; Slowed him on the second try, and he only hit me once (Mipsy, for about 20 damage). I had to grind for a while to get up to Level 34, too.
I love Neoquest so much, though. I mean, lines like this:
would have me going "...what" if I read them in any sort of written story, but since it's Neoquest it's just sort of charming and funny somehow.
Edit: Yay I has a Velm! =D

=D Yay Tamia! Velm makes things so much better!
And a couple days ago I finished my evil game again. It's so addicting <3 I'm tempted to play again, but its so hard to go down from 160 criticals to... "Rohane hits a plains lupe for 2 damage!" >>;
but NQII so amazing =D

I'm playing on Evil and I beat Scuzzy at level 25, fairly easily. Figured "Eh, I have strategy, I can just level grind a bit."
I guess I shouldn't have done that. =D; Level grinding in the Lost Desert is very monotonous, boring, and hard. XD

I'm on Insane in NQ II and just finishing up Evil in NQ I. I've practically given up on NQ II at this point--I just keep dying from plains lupe attacks. ;_; I can't even get to Zombom, gah!
EDIT: And now I'm on Act II. Mipsy, I love you, girl, but you've gotta kick that dying habit.

Just when you had made it to Act III... as to how this could happen... the simple fact that the health of the heros is at the bottom of the screen and you all too easily forget to scroll down and check during a fightI will now tackle Act II on InSaNe...

Actually, I think the problem was either that I attacked Hubrid Nox too soon or I didn't go about it right. The guy hasted himself so much that he'd have multiple turns in a row, so he'd blast all my characters into oblivion. Maybe I shouldn't have fought him at all.

Man, that's terrible, Nat. D: That late into the game, too!
