Okay so I've been wanting my vocal coach to come see the show I'm in but she wasn't sure if she could make it.

Also, she has a very distinctive laugh. It's easily noticeable.

So I go out on stage for my first scene, I do this funny bit, and then I hear a specific laugh in the audience.

We had a fun talk after the show. Also, today was my best death scene yet.


(And Neo related I finally trained Leina, my battle pet, to level 50. I love Lens Flare.)

I finally watched all of Chicago. =D I'd only heard the songs before and seen a few bits, but that was it.

On a roleplay forum I be using; I once expressed a hope that I would get to have a turn at writing for one of the "major" characters (i.e; the leaders of the divisions, who members of the staff share between them- none of them belong to any one person).
And I got a message asking if I want to write for my favourite of the three, in the next stage of the plot! =D

I do.
It will be AWESOME.
(unless I like, completely stuff him up and get kicked off staff hehe).

Thing is; I can't quite remember that little heacanon I have....guess I'll just have to go back over his info!

My sister is home, yay! <3 And that also means I get my computer back. =D

I had spent all day eating non-solid foods that really weren't holding it for me, not because it's not tasty, but because it's not filling. And I'm a savory food kind of person.

Then I got mashed potatoes.

It was excellent. It helped me not feel as bad about not being able to eat solid foods. For the first time since surgery, my stomach feels content.

So, I'm playing violin today on the street, and it starts to rain. I manage to find shelter under an awning, and watch the crowds of people hurry to find protection. The harder it rains, the more people run. 

All the while, I'm playing movement 4 of the William Tell Overture (the famous one).

It was nothing short of hysterical.

(And I received 2 dollars from a wet passerby who got the joke! )

So I watch a lot of documentaries, and a lot of them are about artists. Sooooo many of them end up kinda (or really) depressing, like Crumb or Monster Road. We just watched 'Beauty is Embarrassing'. It's about Wayne White, the guy who did puppets and sets for Pewee's Playhouse and Beakman's World! It was really, really fun and delightful.
