Not exactly a gloat, but I was looking through my old sketchbooks and came across some strange pictures that didn't quite make sense but probably did when I was younger so it made me smile.
First there was some picture of Garin all like "We're an awesome boy band!" with Jaques, and Jaques is playing drums with a spoon so he says something about breakfast, and Isca is screaming "I LOVE YOU GARIN JONAS!" Caylis asks why he's having a concert in the middle of the ocean, and Garin says "For the mermaids of course." Caylis concludes the strange image by calling him a moron.
Then there was this odd series of doodles called "The Faerie's Ruin: A Chick Flick". It had some strange Kacheek begging Hanso to star in High School Musical and forces him to sing, and Hanso ends up singing like Miley Cyrus. I also found a comic of the same Kacheek begging him to star in his odd chick flick, and it ends with Hanso walking off with the stolen movie budget.
Hm...Maybe I'll write a short story about "The Faerie's Ruin: A Chick Flick" while I'm out of touch with reality. That would be a better outcome than last time I did a delusional story.

Got two compliments at work today from complete strangers. ^^ It was very small things but it's still nice to be appreciated. And even better, one of them was on my art skills (I was drawing at the counter since it wasn't a busy shift.)

I went to my boyfriend's house for dinner for the first time, which as you can imagine was pretty nerve racking and scary (especially since he is also my first boyfriend, so I've never done anything like this before. Also, I am quite the anxious little person, in general).
But his mother and stepfather and the rest of his family were just so nice. And we had lasagne. And dessert. And watched The Simpsons and Top Gear. xD
So it went about as well as I could possibly have hoped; actually.
