Eh today's animation did nothing special for me. I got the concept that those outside our circle have valuable and knowledgeable things to say. I guess if I were a kid that's an important lesson to learn. I already believe it.
Very nice receiving a book, i spent like thirty minutes reading to Serriana. I read her all the books I collected within the past year, except for r 90s in case Charity Corner is still a thing? . The dentures were gross *lol* . A better alternative might've been glasses or something Tyrannian. |

I really like to hear some of the sounds they use for these animation. The Tyrannian Chia blubbing is so funny. I wonder who is doing all the sounds? Someone on the board says the ticket to the Concert is going to be used on the 31 and give a prize if you visit that day. People said they were going to purchase a few so they could visit the concert and get the prize a few times. Now do you think that is possible? Depending on the prize I wouldn't think they would just let you claim it over and over. |

Hm, that sounds like a rumor someone made up, possibly with the intent of selling the tickets (either they bought a batch they're now going to sell at an inflated price or they hope by decreasing the amount of tickets available it'll make the item's worth higher). I wouldn't listen unless JS says/hints that's the case. |

Sounds like a scam to get people to buy the things at an inflated price. There's really no reason to assume such a thing, if there was something special about it I imagine they'd have hinted this in some way. |

It should be easy enough to constrain any special concerts to one-entry-per-account. I remember one of the early Advent Calendar animations (heck, was it the first year there actually were animations?) when they did a group concert with all Neopian bands. Would be pretty awesome if they revisited that idea, now with better and longer animations. The 31st is a good time for those Do They Know It's Christmas collab concerts - you know, the ones where all celebrities get together in a choir. so howsabout that Day 4 Advent Calendar: You know, for all the years and years of canon of Sloth vs the Space Faerie and their eternal feud, I don't think we've ever actually seen those two feud until now.
'course, going by the animation, the years and years of feud are Sloth propaganda because he doesn't want to admit that the reality is more of a Wile E. Coyote vs the Road Runner skit xD |

Day 4 Is it just me, or was that actually kind of AWESOME??
Kind of disappointed that neither of the prizes are Mira- or Sloth-themed but the animation more than makes up for it.
Mira looks so fab in her seat. Even Sloth looks fab actually.
Using her compact to deflect the beam seems like something the spies from Totally Spies would do.
The music works well too. And all of Sloth's expressions really.
No idea why he used Chia clowns instead of robo-Sloths o.o The lack of Grundo minions is also weird.
But seriously, it was still awesome.
What about the background? Does anyone know where they are? Might be a different planet. |

That was a great animation and not just because I heavily fangirl the Space Fairy and thought that she was so casual and cool in handling the whole thing. As she would.

Assuming that it's okay to post things related to the Winter Starlight Celebration and Dream Neopet Giveaway here, too... Whoo, another month of not getting the Snowager avatar.
Also, last night I realized that I don't have much to ask for from the giveaway... ovo; I mean, I have two pets that could enter, but one needs her gender switched for the right color and switched back after, and the other has the whole glitch stats thing that I don't want that much attention drawn to. The rest of my pets are just cheap colors or optional cross paints that I know might upset people. |

About the concert hall thing - people are assuming the 31st because that is when Moehawk normally play (so the Christmas version would replace the normal version). There's absolutely no evidence to suggest that's going to happen though. In fact, old Christmas versions of the concert hall were hit and miss whether they actually got released, back when the site had decent staffing - so I wouldn't hold out hope for it.

Advent Calendar 2016: Day 4 (All Out Sloth) ANIMATION: Lol, okay, this is a funny one.  Very Looney Tunes-esque with Sloth giving his all against the Space Faerie who's just chilling out and deflecting his attacks with ease. Would be interesting to see how a real battle between the two would go, but this is a nice jokey version. GIFTS: Food and Toy. SDB fodder pretty much. Well I guess the Slushie has some value just for being a slushie thus someone with a Slushie Gallery would want it, but the toy isn't really a Plushie but a "Stuffed Toy"... which makes no sense as there's no Chia Clown Plushie so I don't know what they didn't call it that. Also for an animation of Sloth vs. Space Faerie I would have liked the gifts being more based on them.

Alright, The animation makes sense since it is Bruce Day. Finding the fir was tricky since there just happen to be SO many Fir Trees.
The glasses would've been cooler as wearables but that would've taken more effort for JS to release. The Gun would be cool if you could actually play with your pet with it, since you know it is currently zoned as a toy. |
