GorizillaWhoops, this is a really delayed reaction x3; Ah well, here we go!
Ah ha, so Gabriel becoming suspicious of Adrien's ring finally follows through! When I read the description of this episode before it came out, I got the impression that it'd more be teasing LB/Marinette becoming suspicious of who Chat is, but I'm perfectly happy with Hawkmoth/Gabriel filling that role instead. I just wish he didn't completely throw the idea out at the end once he saw not!Adrien and Chat together ;-;
It was rather sweet though to see how relieved he was when he figured that Adrien and Chat aren't the same person, and in earlier parts when he was begging Adrien to transform to save himself. Looks like we all learned an important lesson today about not setting up your child as the target of a literal supervillain in your destructive conquest to take over the world, as they might get caught in some dangerous situations! (at least, he better have learned that this time, seeing he apparently forgot about it after Riposte.)
Man, they were pushing the Adrienette stuff haaard this episode, which makes me kind of wary about the next upcoming episode, Captain Hardrock. For those who haven't read much about it, spoiler alert, the akuma victim will be Juleka's mother, which likely also means the debut of.... Luka! (dun dun dunn) Of course, this is assuming that the two episodes are intended to be back to back in canon, which gets into the whole production order debate (I'm just hoping they're not pulling the same out-of-order premieres like they did with season 1 (still lookin' at you, Pixelator and Guitar Villain)). Either way, though, I am curious/wary of what Luka will be bringing to the table come March 30, since I'm also in the camp of not being super excited about these extra love interests >.>
After a couple rewatches, crazed Adrien fan Wayhem has kinda grown on me, although I can't say I've ever been fully on board with him. I dunno, crazed fan characters just aren't my thing I suppose, especially considering how intrusive and dangerous they can really be irl x3; No matter what, though, I have a feeling you're gonna regret giving your email address to the guy, Adrien, at least after just meeting him x3 Just saying, I've got a good feeling someone's gonna get blocked soon >.>
Eyy, official Hawk Moth transformation sequence!
Speaking of him, something actually came to mind that I cannot stop thinking about. So, Hawkmoth's special ability is giving other people powers, right? Well, why doesn't he have a five minute time limit after doing so like any other Miraculous user? Unless this isn't his end all power? Or the Moth Miraculous works differently from all others we've seen so far? I dunno, but that's something I've just been wondering about, and I don't know if others have talked about it as well x3
Aww at just everything with Adrien and his mother's film x3 Looks like we know her first name now, plus the move was directed by A. Bourgeois-- one of Chloe's relatives, perhaps her mother? (unless Andre has a hobby we've just never known about before x3)
Omg at Adrien accidentally almost calling Ladybug "m'lady" x33 It's also cute how Ladybug more often uses nicknames with Chat, she keeps calling him "Kitty" x3 It's always nice seeing those two growing closer :3
And then of course there's the question of what even the heck is that last shot?? Kudos to the crew I suppose, because of all the twists they could've thrown at us, I would not have predicted some kind of undergrown Hawk Moth cathedral underneath the Agreste house xD Although, I dunno if it's just me, but is there a banging noise down there right before the episode ends? Like, there's something down there? It's starting to make me wonder, perhaps Emilie Agreste isn't actually missing, but that's just a cover story, and she's actually incapacitated or something, and Gabriel's trying to find a way to heal her? I dunno, I can't really make any guesses right now x3

You're not that late, Twillie! I had trouble seeing this one. The french TV is randomly having a very, very long mid-season hiatus. That's... Not Done, folks?! It's not because it's an animated series that you can just toss episodes willy-nilly whenever ya like! s(o.o)z The same goes for showing episodes in the right order, too - sometimes networks really don't seem to take animated series seriously. /end rant Gorizilla time! Just a few impressions, since I'll put the rest of my thoughts in replies: Yay, obligatory King Kong expy roaring on top of a skyscraper while clutching a precious human! And yay, obligatory helicopter bugging King Kong expy! I'm sure they had lots of fun with that shoutout.
I loved the part where Ladybug crosses the inside of the entire building so as to pull Gorizilla's fist open with her yo-yo. The phone ringing in the office space was a neat detail. Ah ha, so Gabriel becoming suspicious of Adrien's ring finally follows through! When I read the description of this episode before it came out, I got the impression that it'd more be teasing LB/Marinette becoming suspicious of who Chat is, but I'm perfectly happy with Hawkmoth/Gabriel filling that role instead. I just wish he didn't completely throw the idea out at the end once he saw not!Adrien and Chat together ;-; Well, it worked when he became the Collector, so I guess Adrien deserves to be let off the hook in a similar way. Like father, like son. =o It was rather sweet though to see how relieved he was when he figured that Adrien and Chat aren't the same person, and in earlier parts when he was begging Adrien to transform to save himself. SO MUCH, oh my goodness. I really like episodes in which relationships other than the main 'ship are explored. For me, the WHAM line of this episode was easily: "Drop Ladybug!"
Papillon is getting pretty good character development for a cartoon villain. After a couple rewatches, crazed Adrien fan Wayhem has kinda grown on me, although I can't say I've ever been fully on board with him. I dunno, crazed fan characters just aren't my thing I suppose, especially considering how intrusive and dangerous they can really be irl x3; No matter what, though, I have a feeling you're gonna regret giving your email address to the guy, Adrien, at least after just meeting him x3 Just saying, I've got a good feeling someone's gonna get blocked soon >.> Yeah, fan mobs are so exaggerated in cartoons that it kinda gets old for me. Wayem at least turned out to be brave, smart and devoted enough to pull a Gandalf reference against a King Kong expy, and spray him with the darn perfume. Kudos to Adrien for promoting healthy friendships between boys and non-toxic masculinity?
On one hand, I appreciate that they made a fanboy instead of a fangirl, for once. (Wayem was also meeting a boy at Andre's romantic ice cream cart back in Glaciator, which doesn't count as representation in my book but is nice I guess.) On the other hand, they had to make him annoying at first, and I have a feeling that they only used a boy because if it had been a girl, that would have devolved into Marinette-jealousy. =/ Which is very not cool as the jealousy in this show is getting old for me too.
I dunno, but that's something I've just been wondering about, and I don't know if others have talked about it as well x3 I have been wondering the same things!! I'm very curious about Papillon's abilities. (Is that even spoilers?) The Butterfly/Moth/Lepidoptera Miraculous really doesn't seem to work like the rest. For one, there's all those energy-butterflies around Papillon's lair that obey his orders. They seem to be attached to the Miraculous in some way. He seems to have rather powerful empathy, and some extra-sensory perceptions that reach all over the city. But just how far does it reach and how reliable is it? In this episode, for instance, he got fooled by Wayem in the helmet. The empathy hasn't let him realise LB's identity, or that CN is his son. Which could be really interesting in itself, as I think Adrien's emotions are vastly different when he turns into Chat Noir!! Aww at just everything with Adrien and his mother's film x3 Looks like we know her first name now, plus the move was directed by A. Bourgeois-- one of Chloe's relatives, perhaps her mother? (unless Andre has a hobby we've just never known about before x3) It just says the movie is produced by the mayor. Because he's sooo rich, he sponsors everything. xD And then of course there's the question of what even the heck is that last shot?? Kudos to the crew I suppose, because of all the twists they could've thrown at us, I would not have predicted some kind of undergrown Hawk Moth cathedral underneath the Agreste house xD Although, I dunno if it's just me, but is there a banging noise down there right before the episode ends? Like, there's something down there? It's starting to make me wonder, perhaps Emilie Agreste isn't actually missing, but that's just a cover story, and she's actually incapacitated or something, and Gabriel's trying to find a way to heal her? I dunno, I can't really make any guesses right now x3 That banging noise, with a little beep like the end of the countdown, too, is very hard to figure out. For me, it could just be fancy percussion at the end of the background music. Ooor not. Guess we'll have to wait several months to know, either way. c:
Well, we've had a Conspicuously Missing mother who is practically worshipped through various portraits, and we have a very desperate villain who is after the Two(2) things in the universe that can make any wish come true by bending reality. I only see one way for that to be heading. (And I'm pretty sure the quest to resurrect a dead/fridged mother, floating in a capsule of ominous fluid or something, has been used in other series.)
That adds to the character development for Gabriel: his unhealthy attachment to Adrien reflects his trauma from the loss of Emilie.

My reaction to the excitement going on in the Ladybug community about...the used-to-be most recent episode? I think the new one just came out last night or today (correct me if I'm wrong!): I still haven't seen the latest episode(s) (I will watch this weekend, I think!), but I'm seeing all these posts about Luka in the Ladybug community and getting kind of intrigued? I've seen some really amazing fanart of him, and I just saw a screencap from a post shipping him with Marinette (reddit previews), and the thoughts going through my mind were: 1) Eh, I thought he'd be cuter, lol. (Though I did see him in another screenie playing the guitar and he looked pretty cute there?) 2) What about Nathanael??! If we're gonna ship another boy who's not Adrien with Marinette, why not him? But then again, he's too precious, so I don't wanna see him get hurt. Ugh, why am I so behind... I'll edit this post with my thoughts on the episode once I finally watch it! Edit: YEAH!! I can easily watch the last S2 episodes on Netflix now~ xD

Well, it worked when he became the Collector, so I guess Adrien deserves to be let off the hook in a similar way. Like father, like son. =o
Ah, that is true indeed! I also noticed that, between the two of them becoming suspicious of each other, and all this bonding they're doing in between (watching the movie together, and in the most recent episode Captain Hardrock where they have a piano duet), they must be building to... something. I'm not gonna make any hard guesses now, but just now show creators, I am much suspicious. Ah yeah, all those things as well! I could see him having those empathy powers so as to keep in touch with whoever he akumatized plus their surroundings, but seeing as he also has them before any akumas are sent out, doesn't seem to be that simple. And yeah, that's an interesting point as well considering how different Adrien acts and feels when he's Chat! Wonder if that might lead to something, related to my aforementioned suspicion... Oh, does it? xD I must've missed that x3 I still haven't seen the latest episode(s) (I will watch this weekend, I think!), but I'm seeing all these posts about Luka in the Ladybug community and getting kind of intrigued? I've seen some really amazing fanart of him, and I just saw a screencap from a post shipping him with Marinette (reddit previews) Lol, speaking of Luka fanart, I made this (in more time than I care to admit), which was inspired by my first impressions of him x3 (this also basically counts as my reaction to Captain Hardrock, since nothing else beats Luka's meditation and magic heart guitar): This also happens to be the post with the most notes on my Tumblr, go figure xD I'm just glad people don't mind my playful making fun of Luka >>

Pfff, the sparkles and flowers. Classic shojo manga style, Twillie . (Now all he needs is a hairflip.) So, Captain Hardrock!I was not super impressed with that one. It felt more like a filler episode to me. Which is okay, they kind of alternate between more and less serious episodes. The supervillain, who just wanted to play loud music, was not as relatable as Befana or Audimatrix, for instance.
Poor Plagg is just doing his best to support Adrien. :c Show some gratitude for your Kwami, young lad!
Luka is fun, not too full of himself, and shows some smarts - I like how he worked with Marinette to pretend she'd jumped out of the ship. I like how the mum seems fully aware of his dreeaaaminess and sent Marinette to him as soon as she was getting lovesick over Adrien.
The part of the episode that was less filler-y and fit better into the show's continuity was the Agreste bonding time which definitely seems to be Leading Up to Something. Will post my suspicions below.
We finally meet Juleka's family, and Juleka herself doesn't get any more lines than usual. I'm not sure she got any lines, actually?? Considering how well this show can do with minor characters, I was a bit underwhelmed with the Couffaine family here. Like, excuse me, they live on a boat. I've lived on a boat. You can't just live on a boat and not talk about living on a boat. If you live on a boat, people around you will hear about it!
And what about the anarchist mom's taste for messiness? How has that affected the kids? No idea. Heck, what's the sibling relationship between Juleka and Luka like? No idea.
Just compare with episode 6, Robostus: minor character Max pulls out his secret robot project. Fellow minor character Kim says a line, pretty much like "Oh, you've added arms since last time!" Bam, there you go, one close friendship shown through one(1) line of dialogue. So it's not like they couldn't have fleshed out the Couffaine family a tiny bit more in this episode. Missed opportunity for a gag: I would have been highly amused if after settling down to play the piano with Adrien, Gabriel had totally failed at it. After several increasingly embarrassing attempts and mistakes, Adrien could have cleared his throat like "Erm, father, who's not been practicing his piano? >_>" About the main 'ship, I'm finding the super-colleague dynamic of Ladychat much healthier than whatever's going on with Marinette and Adrien in civilian forms. Suspicions and Theories: yes, I'm getting suspicious like Twillie , but I might indulge in a few theories! =o Liou's far-fetched take on where the plot might be heading: * Gabriel/Papimoth is trying to resurrect Mama Agreste, or at least bring her out of a near-death state if she's hovering in a spooky glowing case of preservation. I'm like, 95% sure of this one.
They seem to be dragging the plot as slowly as possible, so this might a huge reach for like, season 3.
* Since Gabriel is getting to trust his son better, that trust might culminate in letting him know of the plan. Which means that Adrien might have to betray Ladybug and get her Miraculous to resurrect his mum. This has several options with varying levels of heartbreak. - Least: Marinette is somehow convinced that this plan is a Good Idea and hands him her Miraculous willingly. - Medium: Adrien hears of Papillon's true motives and turns against Ladybug at the very last moment. - Bad: Adrien hears of it from his father beforehand, works out a plan to trick Ladybug and grab the earrings, realises that she's his dorky classmate, clenches his teeth and goes ahead anyway.
* Remember what Master Fu said about Miraculouses and Balance? Essentially, if you use the LadyChat Miraculouses to make a wish come true, there will be a Consequence. Action/reaction. - So I think Emilie Agreste will come back, - and use the Peacock Miraculous that awaits in the vault/shrine behind her portrait, - but as an evil villainess. Cue Oh No What Have We Done. Then they need to de-evilise her somehow, and her True Spirit will say heart-melting words to Adrien and Gabriel before Moving On. Unless she stays. But Adrien can't have Nice Things.

Season 2, Episode 13 - ZombizouOr, "How long can people stand Chloe before throwing her at the villain of the week". Or, "A particularly light-hearted take on the Obligatory Zombie Episode".
Funnily enough, in my last post, I nearly mentioned how odd it was that we hadn't seen Chloe in ages. Roger the policeman, with his comically exaggerated stream of tickets, seemed to have taken over her role as Papimoth's most efficient helper. Of course, they were just saving her for later episodes. I think this episode foreshadows more development for her, finally.
It's Miss Bustier's turn in the spotlight. I had been waiting for that, and I was sure she was going to be adorable - her first name, Caline, basically means "cuddly". xD I'm not even into cute zombie aesthetic and I find her villain style lovely! Both in appearance, and in modus operandi. She's all sweet and peaceful as Zombizou, but not overly sweet; she stands confidently to monologue and smashes doors with awesome kicks while her zombie curse spreads across town terrifyingly fast.
Interesting: at last, an attempt to Akumatise Marinette! Papillon felt that her negative emotions had receded, but was that really enough, or did something else protect her? Also, Miss Bustier's reaction to the Akuma shows that people are aware of them and how to resist them - she's the first one to try that hard! She's also the first one to talk about how bad she feels at the end, after being healed by the heroes. ;.; I want to hug her!!!
I'm glad that they played with zombie apocalypse tropes in a 100% non-gory way. Kissing strangers is quite horrifying if you take it realistically; but when it's used to parody zombie bites, it's fun. Like the suuuper ominous bite lipstick mark on the leg of the friend who's about to turn on them in the safe place (Rose on the bus).
I enjoyed all the apocalypse-style dialogue, when the students were dramatically sacrificing themselves one by one to save their friends from... smooching and cuddling. The horror. And the survivors looking back so sadly at their fallen smoochy friends.
Wow. Rose. In the bus, Juleka was covering her mouth, so it seems that Rose went straight for the lips!! =O
I find it interesting, and fitting, that Chloe realised the gravity of her actions only when she was left alone with Ladybug, after everyone else's "sacrifices". It makes sense that her real (I hope) personality can only show when she's not acting tough in front of her classmates. It probably helps that she was alone with Ladybug, whom she seems to truly respect.
Lampshades: the students have noticed that Chloe is the one who indirectly gets many people Akumatised. Also, everyone knows that they needn't worry, because Ladybug will fix it all in the end anyway!
I'm really glad that: despite it being a kiss-themed episode, they did not use that for more Adrinette 'ship-tease! Alya and Nino finally get a proper moment together, and it is pretty sweet. Well, until Alya's hilarious parody-zombie mode shows up.
Something that could have been handled better, imo: Miss Bustier's positivity, down to the compliment exercises and meditation sessions. It's ok for cartoon teachers to be a little bit over the top in their respective ways, but I think it would have been helpful to show this trait of Miss Bustier, and the students' overwhelming affection for her, in some other episodes, instead of surprising us with it. Miss Mendeleev has already been established as strict with just a few lines of her scolding inattentive students.
And each of the students got Miss Bustier a separate birthday gift, seriously? I'd find a group gift more believable - even college students do group gifts for their favourite profs. *shakes head* Rich Parisian kids and all their pocket money.
Moment that made me laugh: zombizou'd Mylène and Ivan kissing on a bench, get healed by Ladybug's magic, immediately resume kissing.
Papillon's ending line preeetty much confirms my theory about his plans.

Zombizou My two main reactions to this episode:
1. :O Marinette was almost akumatized. It was so close... and now I kinda want to see what would go down if that ever did happen. 'cause from what we currently know, Ladybug is the only Miracluous holder with the power to de-evilize the akuma. Everyone would be in such deep doodoo. XD
2. Yass, Julerose ship is setting sail. 8D

Oh, no, lol, am I now 3 episodes behind?? (I know I said I'd watch those 2 episodes that weekend, but I didn't...) Edit (4/22/18): I JUST WATCHED GORIZILLA FINALLY. Today is going to be a Ladybug binge day. Gorizilla: I feel like I've mentioned this before, but I really love how they're developing all four corners of the love square. :3
It was kind of refreshing to see that Adrien's most zealous fan was a fanboy instead of the expected fangirl, but man. Poor Adrien. That's really intense. It's kind of funny that he gets more attention as his civilian role (well...I suppose his celebrity status as a well-known and good-looking model might do that...) than as Cat Noir (but who doesn't like superheroes??). No wonder he feels so much freer as Cat Noir. Oh. I'm calling him Cat instead of Chat today. Well, I watched the English dub on Netflix, so I'm gonna blame that. Ugh, I did not miss hearing "evilize"....
Ahem. Anyway...Awww! It was super sweet that Adrien just wanted to watch the movie his mom starred in. T-T And it's another sad reminder of how estranged his relationship with his dad is...it's easier to escape out the window (not even as Chat!) than ask his dad if he could watch the movie. Sigh.
But OMG, Marinette. Girl...*shakes head and laughs in embarrassment* I really enjoyed the time she and Adrien spent together. :3 And Adrien's reaction when he realizes Marinette's in her PJs...xD Like, maybe it's because she was so focused on helping him out, but I'm glad she could act normally around him and not clam up like crazy. (Though I think she has been getting better at that.) But OMG. SHE RECITED THE AD LINES IN FRONT OF HIM. And I'm glad that didn't get awkward for her because I would just want to DIE with embarrassment if that happened to me, but Adrien's nice (or still clueless. Geez, dude, can't you tell the girl's got this massive crush on you??) for brushing it off. Though I'm not sure he knows how to deal with that anyway... Marinette probably seems like a pretty chill (if not awkward at times) friend to him whom he gets along with well.
It makes me SO MAD and frustrated though (even if it was completely expected) that his mob of fans managed to interrupt his chance to watch the movie he snuck out to see. His reaction to seeing his mom's name...T-T And skipping to the end here, but I really loved that Adrien's dad watched the movie together with him. :') But that whole relationship just makes me sad even during touching bonding moments because you know. Hawkmoth. Sigh.
As an aside, social media is scary. I did enjoy Marinette's friends' reactions to seeing her and Adrien together, but man. Is this what celebs have to deal with???
And...some Ladrien. Adrien's little blush when Ladybug said she trusts Chat was ADORABLE. ^^ Also, whenever we get Ladrien stuff, we always get some potentially funny scene where Ladybug wants to make sure Adrien's all right, and Chat has to find some way to distract her, haha. Luck was on his side this time with Ladybug about to transform back.
ALSO! I almost forgot! *gasps* Did we actually get some story plot??? Hawkmoth/Adrien's dad (wow. I mean, I'm still always so surprised when we get a blatant revelation that Mr. Agreste is Hawkmoth, even though we all knew it already) acted on his suspicions! I'm glad we finally got some development on that plot thread...I mean, the last I remembered about it was in the last episodes of the first season, right? But anyway...I think it's because he's the villain and Mr. Agreste is always so distant, but it just seems like a big deal worth commenting on that Hawkmoth puts his love for his son ahead of his own agenda. :3 Him practically begging Adrien to transform into Chat and then finally releasing Ladybug so she can save Adrien... :') And again, the movie watching moment between them. They got to talk. Good stuff.
Having said "Agreste" - that reminded me of that guy screaming "Adrien Agreste!" in his fanboyish way....and it made me remember the Deadpool fandub video, LOL.
ETA: Ooo, I totally forgot to comment on the creepy scene at the end that seems like it was based on the movie? What other secrets does Adrien's dad have hidden...? Captain Hardrock: Lol...I just can't believe the uproar this episode (specifically Luka) caused. I still stand by my first reaction - I thought he'd be cuter, haha. This episode was a bit lackluster, in my opinion. The only interesting part was the Luka/Marinette thing, but like...that was so little, I don't understand why everyone is going crazy over him, ha. But my expectations must have been a lot higher due to the frenzy it created in the Ladybug community, otherwise I'm sure I'd get a little more excited about this possible new ship. Eh. Not impressed. If he comes back and actually adds anything, then maybe I'll like this more, but like...the love square doesn't need anything else. It's complicated and interesting enough as is. I mean, unless you wanna bring back Nathanael. I'd be all for that. xD (I'm just really partial to this sweet artistic boy...) Anddd...more Agreste angst. Poor Adrien. I hate seeing him so sad. I do like how Plagg tried cheering him up though. :3 Twillie - I can finally look at your comic! And my reaction? LOL. I love it. I totally just laughed at that part in the episode because those lines were so cheesy, ahahaha.
Netflix! Why you let me down and not have Zombizou?? Zombizou: Nathanael! xD Wasn't I just talking about him? Haha, sorry. Omg, I'm laughing. Did someone just point out that half the city has been akumatized by Chloe? xDDD ... Wait, wait, WAIT. Is Marinette actually getting akumatized??? (By Chloe...lol.) FALSE ALARM! But wait! Wow, this is the first time I've actually seen someone trying to fend off an akuma. o.o I have to say, she's a really great teacher. :3 Ahahaha! Adrien's a genius. xD Pretending to have been turned into a kissy-boo zombie so they would leave him alone to transform was pretty smart thinking. But I also like Plagg's reasoning too. xP Aww...Nino stayed with Alya?? :3 And oh, my, Chloe sacrificed herself for Ladybug? (...if she knew she was getting kissed by Adrien...haha) There has been some nice character development going on for her in this episode. Her apology was a pleasant surprise and I really liked it. That, and her sneaky little gift at the end. Hawkmoth...serious question. HOW do you come up with all your silly minion names?

Guys, guys, guys!! Free Comic Book Day has a Ladybug issue!! I made sure to get to my fave comic book store asap, lol. Usually I'm super chill otherwise. (Though there were a few this time that I actually wanted, like a Spidey comic - which I figured would go fast - and an Ariel Disney Princess!) I'm so glad my friend told me yesterday that it was FCBD today and that there'd be a Ladybug~ Anyway...Trip SUCCESSFUL! I also found out that my library has some of the trade paperbacks of the comic series, so I'm gonna go check 'em out~ Also, speaking of comics...I've gotten sucked into the blackhole of Ladybug fancomics. My fave so far are the ones by spatziline. :3 They're HILARIOUS, LOL. Do any of you guys have any artists you recommend who do amazing Ladybug art or comics? (I'm a fan of ceejurs too.)

I started watching Miraculous finally, since the first season is on Netflix. Very sweet, I like so far. <3 I really like that cover, charming thievery! We were giving a way a bunch of free comics too, but that wasn't one of them, or I would try grab a copy myself. ...I read the first paragraph of Liou's last spoiler box and was all WAIT WUT??? Sounds like things get more serious in this show after a time!

Good job, costume designer Also mermaid Plagg is so adorable and I want one. @.@ I am also ready for Master Fu to become Best Matchmaker and tease the two to bits. XD I also saw that Miraculous Ladybug issue for Free Comic Day! I didn't end up picking it up because my three slots got filled up pretty quickly... but I definitely smiled upon seeing it. XD There were also some other surprising selections, like Legend of Korra and Ghost in the Shell... glad to see them branching out!

More development happens, both in terms of character and plot. :3 But then again, it was already starting to get really interesting by the end of the first season, especially after seeing the Origins episodes. xD Global Miraculous Headquarters alert that episode 14 can now be found on the interwebz. I also saw that Miraculous Ladybug issue for Free Comic Day! I didn't end up picking it up because my three slots got filled up pretty quickly... but I definitely smiled upon seeing it. XD There were also some other surprising selections, like Legend of Korra and Ghost in the Shell... glad to see them branching out! OMG NEW EPISODE!! YAY! *happy squeal* It will probably have to wait for the weekend though. *sad face* Thanks for the heads-up~ Oh, yeah, I was pleasantly surprised to see Korra - I probably would have tried for it too if I'd actually watched that show, lol. What 3 comics did you grab then?

Wait there was a Korra comic? Argh, we didn't get that one either! =( Korra is one of my top favourite series of all time. We did have a Lady Mechanika one though, and she's pretty cool. charming thievery Thanks! =) I'll see if I can find somewhere to watch s2 after s1. The Netflix episodes are out of order according to the list on wikipedia, which is a bit weird. It had The Bubbler first up. And I do indeed! The store sells other things too (I work with the merchandise- like t-shirts and action figures and all that good stuff), but it's primarily a comic store. Sometimes people ask me about Miraculous, which is part of the reason I wanted to watch it- I like being able to connect with customers and their interests, and it's just a bonus that I actually really like the show!
