I have spent the past 16 hours in front of this computer. Drawing. And I have some Neopets stuff! And one not-neopets thingy, but hey! I don't know where it came from, but be prepared to not hear from me for a month again. This is Jeran and Lisha. If you don't know who they are then you can't be my friend. Also, this was supposed to be sorrrt of a scene from one of my NT-stories-that-never-saw-daylight thingies, but I also realized that it also makes for a perfect caption contest image. I imagine Jeran to be ranting about Kass this time of day. The fact that he's backlit makes him look really ominous. (yeah I was lazy on the coloring and shading. Those hurt my wrists the most.) These are a few assorted sketches! Top left is Lissandre looking fabulous, top right is a ~~~mysterious Ixi knight~~~ (yes I am in a good mood and I will punt you to read everything I have). middle-right is DANNER, the handsome one of his friend group (relatively speaking, none of them are Adonises.) And on the bottom is Jeran, fishing. I don't know *why* he's fishing, but presumable after giving a noblewoman a dragon carcass didn't work, he is now resorting to literally trying to fish for a date for whatever balls/festivals they have in Meridell-land. Unrelated fun fact: 75% of my mainish characters happen to be male, which makes me Moni, the Unwitting Agent of the Patriarchy. I need to kick that proportion back some. Next is Fionn, who is Celestial's character. She requested that I draw him ... a while back, when I opened up art requests and uhhhhhhhh uhhhhhh all I have to show for it is this old sketch. I really did try to finish stuff with it, but I ended up not being satisfied. First I tried to do some nifty vector art, then I tried to do a cartoon, and when none of them worked I was like... well, I like the sketch well enough, so here it is. All he needs is a saxophone. And OH!!! This was part of my marathon of various non-neopets-non-NTWF-related things that I rarely post here. Steins;Gate 0 is currently airing and I'm a fan of Steins;Gate in general so HERE IS A KURISU/KIRISTINA I really like the style of the visual novel. Sue me. |

Our household is currently working through the first Stein's Gate series, it's a total roller coaster so far. The pixel-y style on Kurisu turned out really well!

Sketch dump! I was drawing Jeran, and he turned into a potato... again. So I drew Lissandre next to him. You might think Lissandre's being mean for no reason, but she's really not. There's a perfectly good reason she's making fun of him. (That, and he's a smelly Meridellian. BRIGHTVALE IS THE BEST. KINGDOM. IN. THE. MULTIVERSE.) Also, I drew some various skulls of different animals. One reason that I keep messing animalish things up (ie with a lot of neopets I can get away with human proportions, with things like gelerts, gnorbus et al it's harder) is because I keep overestimating the size of animals' heads; humans have HUUUUGE craniums and smaller faces in comparison to dogs, rats, and other primates, even. The rat skull looks freaky. I would have tried my hand at an elephant skull but booooooooooy, those are WEIRD. I think I want to draw a shark skeleton. Those look fake and hilarious. Maybe next up is a bird. And oftentimes I don't really post enough pictures of my own Neopets or other OCs, bleh. A reason for this is that I never really had a ton of them; my NT works mostly revolve around canon characters and the like, but I still have my own Neopets and others! so, this might not be the most politically correct thing to say, but I'm a human supremacist, mostly because humans don't have fur, scales, or plumage, and thus they are easier to draw. (Why do I not like things like elephants, cetaceans, hippos, or naked mole rats more than humans is because humans invented classification systems and I'm Not Biased and you are WRONG if you think I am.) anyway, here are some things with both plumage and beaks. And sometimes fur. Because Eyries are REPTILEMAMMALS. Right to left is (it's in this order because I'm a weaboo) - Svar ( Celestial) who is a firebird. I do not know much about Svar and I'm not exactly following him too much, but Celestial consistently gives me my favorite characters so I decided I would subject him to lineart. His plumage reminded me of a peacock, so I make him into one (and failed miserably) and then I made a lovable cartoon version of him. He's too calm in both instances. (Svar is not a human supremacist) - Lord Kass. He's Lord Kass. But you probably only know that so you can smack him with a club and earn money from that because Neopets Makes Sense. - The Meridell Eyrie Player. I don't know her name. Or her hairstyle. (Also, TNT gave all their female characters that weird eyeshadow thingy) Trying to draw them all was a mistake, least of all because I'm lazy and I don't like to work. |

Lineless art! It looks really lovely~ 😊 I love the colors you used; they go well together. It's awesome that you're working on different coloring/drawing techniques.  Nice job on both drawings! Lissandre's hair is so detailed, and I like that you can see every strand. ^^ |

(Also I totally did not notice that she had a cape the entire time; I thought she was just a tunic-and-pants girl XD) And the expressions in the last one are great! Dang, that reminds me that I need to try out one of those. Her drunk face is A+; I can totally relate. XD |

I love all of these! 😁 But I'm sure you can guess which is my favorite of this batch. 😛 *saves image to phone* Speaking of which, I adore the lineless style and the Brightvale castle backdrop. Plus, I love how you drew her here; Brynn looks super cute! 😊 (May comment more on others when I get on my laptop, rather than my phone.) I love the style in #7!!! Brynn looks so adorable, too. (Also I totally did not notice that she had a cape the entire time; I thought she was just a tunic-and-pants girl XD) She added on the cape when she became Captain of Fyora's Guards at the end of the plot. 😊 |

Zoey Brynn is honestly one of my favorites! She's amazing! And... I'm really glad you like the style;; it's harder for me than including lines but it's also easier to "fix" when you do something wrong. I was really unsure of Lissandre's drunk face. I'm a complete teetotaler so I don't know how people look when they're drunk; I just winged it. charming thievery haha, if you want to comment on anything else you're free to! hmmm... yeah, I could have guessed you'd like brynn the most. x) she's a good boi... good girl, I guess? x)

lmao I never draw on my own anyway Have you ever wanted a picture of Lissandre... but ANIME??? Well, you get this: lol I can't actually be bothered to learn how to draw animesque things. BUT ANYWAY, also, here is a sketch dump of Jeran and Danner... and a botched drawing of Jeran that looks like Evil Jeran and honestly it's hilarious because... you can't make him look evil... he looks incredibly silly. Feelsbad that a few years after I torpedoed their friendship I actually end up really liking it but like no one cares. |

This is the worst thing I have ever drawn. If Jeran was in a visual novel, it's not like he would like you or anything. Tsunderes are the worst archetype and they should die... but I think they should be relegated to a comedy setting, and it fits, because Jeran's attempts at getting a love life are one big massive joke. did the world need this? no. is it funny to think how his would backfire in his face? yes. did i mention that jeran is my favorite character.  |
