Hiya!
So, it occurred to me that it would probably be a good idea to have one of these art threads because over the past year or so, I've amassed a small but formidable collection of NTWF-inspired fanart. And it would make sense to, you know, share it on the actual forum where people might actually understand the in-jokes? xD
I'll probably artdump a bunch of older stuff before eventually getting to newer drawings. Please be kind to my doodles and rough sketches. ^^; But enjoy! And of course, thank you for all your crazy inspiration. 8 D

I guess we'll start with NTWF Mafia II, the event that made me less of a lurker. ^^ Naturally, be warned of spoilers. And please take no offense if you don't happen to see your character here; I loved all of them. <333 Some of these you may have seen before. ^^ Tracy Chaetura Up on the Rooftop Puella Paloma Columbidae Rooftop Cohorts Jenkins and Tracy Argue (Obviously, not all sketches are canon. xP) Osilock Holmes Batman!Diana and Robin!Julie Melodious ...And if you want MORE Mafia II sketchdump art, you can check out the ginormous file at its DeviantART page. xD And then there was a movie poster I made and got advice from the players on what tagline they liked best. ^_^ Here's one. I also made a tiled background from all the (gorgeous eye candy) avatars in the Epic Mafia deck. If you tile it on your computer, you can bring Mick and Fluffle together, as well as Ginz and Don Dan! And thus, none of my characters would be safe from the scourge of tin foil hats

ARTDUMP AHEAD Next up, some Color Clash art! ^^ And one random Standorf and Waller sketchdoodle. ...And now have a non-art thing, a silly song parody I wrote way back during Clue, just because. XD We’re Standorf and Waller Irreverance and snark We laughed at all these shoddy guests And just ignored the dark-ness We specialized in making jokes Of impact all without And if you didn’t get the pun We’d simply boo you out! [Waller: There was the night we watched the entire mansion! Standorf: Hmm, I remember the little guests all standing in the basement. Waller: With their little bereft, empty wine bottles! Both: DOHOHOHOHO!] We’re Standorf and Waller Our busts were marbled white We should have known that Mr. Woo Would be killed at the night-time Captive, propped on a piano Mocking left and right As boredom comes from storage sheds So wisecracks come from blight We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! [Monty: You twits, your singing is so awful, it’s throwing off my musical keys. Standorf: Good, maybe then you’ll be more in tune! Busts: DOHOHOHOHO!] You’re doomed, guests You’re doomed for tonight Your evening was a dinner party Riddled awfully with your plight Your fates were sealed With your RSVP So have your fun, when Macy’s done Your jokes are writ by we We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller And now it’s time to leave To go back to that dim-lit Hall And to our lives of peeve-ing The song we played Has you waylaid And we annoyed some, too So blow your fuse and find some clues The mystery’s up to you Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller Woooooo! We’re Standorf and Waller! Snark!Right-o, and some more recent stuff! ^^ Spoiler warnings, once more!In a similar vein to my Mafia II poster, I made a Mafia III poster! For obvious reasons, I felt that it needed to be a photograph, so when I found out my family would visit the beach for a short time, I really had a field day with this. Literally, a field day. I had way more fun than I should have. xDDD Please let me know if for whatever reason you are unhappy with how you or your character was credited, and I'll be happy to change it! ^^ I tried to include all the player characters, but man, it was a tight squeeze, and I'm afraid I had to leave out our lovely NPCs. D: I hope you guys like it, though! =DDD And now, because I had just way too much fun with this, have a whole bunch of bonuses. xD Probably more than you wanted or needed. Also, much thanks to my family for not being weirded out by my crazy art projects. =D; (They know my craziness. <3) When in effect told that, "I'm testing out how the pen ink bleeds so I can write up investigation notes so I can fling water at them and destroy them so I can take photographs of them on the beach to make an art thing," most people would NOT respond with "...Do you want me to stand downwind in case they blow away?" (Waterproof) Ace cards! If you will, please take a moment to appreciate this photo because after I took it I was a total idiot and tried to take photos of the aces in the water. And for about ten minutes I had to stand panicked among the rocks and cloudy tide to try to find the ace of hearts again. I eventually did manage to grab it again, but this was symbolically loaded because the ace of hearts was Travis, who we also lost unexpectedly at the beach. ;_; Photos of the clean, unblemished investigation notes ...that could have helped Aifam Cove immensely had they been able to decipher them before the "investigation team" got there. Destroying these was...actually a TON of fun. xDDD *shot* I feel that I should apologize to Kozma for Aaron's here-portrayed terrible handwriting and terrible organization skills. I'm sure Aaron's actual investigation notes were much better. Photos of the papers that I shot but didn't use (or, at least, three good ones out of the MANY BAD ONES): Whew! I think that's enough for now. I hope you all enjoy! I had a great time playing Mafia and had a grand ol' time making this. xD

*joins in with the staring in awe* ...I absolutely adore how much effort it took for you to do the investigation notes, only to destroy them. But you did not photograph any crabs while you were at the beach.

Yay, thanks so much, GLQ! ^-^ And I hope you're cool with Kylie being a stunt rider? xD Yeah, I'm cool with that. ^^ I figured with Kylie, it was either that or her being the animal handler. Not that I expect her to handle Webster efficiently. xD

Okay, that made me giggle XD I'd been expecting Mel to be an animal handler or something, I'm surprised you decided to reference that scene rather than an overarching character... thing for her. Lol. I think my favorites are "holy vodka by LUCILLE ERATA" and the set of camera-related credits. Oh, and "Always being watched by LELAND G. BARDSLEY"... You know what, I'm gonna stop here before I just say that they're all my favorite XD
ANYWAY, that poster looks awesome and you should be proud. Great job!
Edit: Oh, I almost forgot! *joins the staring in awe party*

Aw, you guyyys, thank you. :'D *joins in with the staring in awe* ...I absolutely adore how much effort it took for you to do the investigation notes, only to destroy them. But you did not photograph any crabs while you were at the beach. Thanks, Celestial! ^^ I think it helped that I made the notes with the express purpose of destroying them. xD I TRIED. I even extended our vacation for another ten months, but those elusive ghost crabs thwarted me at every turn! I even stayed up in the dead of night stalking their burrows, but then the beach patrol came by and knocked down all my elaborately-crafted crab traps. Why, the nerve of some people. ;_; They have no appreciation for tripwires.Yeah, I'm cool with that. ^^ I figured with Kylie, it was either that or her being the animal handler. Not that I expect her to handle Webster efficiently. xD xD That's true. And I did consider animal handler for both Kylie and Melanie, but in the end I decided that that job title just wasn't cool enough. *nodnod* I love the character credits at the bottom omg "Camerawork by Cheryl Roxanne Lewis - Camera Trouble by Piper Boudreaux - Camera Hogging by Travis Richem" TOO TRUE and yes, Bardsley is always watching 8DSeriously though, that is AWESOME @_@ *jumps on the staring in awe bandwagon* Haha, thanks, PFA! ^^ I'm glad you approve of the character credits. 8 D Wow, Lizica, those are amazing. Thank you, Lupehunter! ^^ I'm glad you like them! Edit: Oh, I almost forgot! *joins the staring in awe party* Aw, thanks, Sporty! I'm glad you like it! =D I did have fun with those credits. xD For Melanie, as I mentioned above, I considered having her be an animal caretaker, but the title just didn't seem movie-related enough or cool enough or funny enough. I decided the "wall repairs" thing would be a fun minor reference to that scene, plus it was additionally funnier when credited directly after "stunt rider." xP But I also had Mel's resistance work in mind, too. (She's working to repair damaged things.)

Dang, Lizica, these are awesome!! I loved last year's mafia poster, too, but this one is absolutely gorgeous! ((And the credits are fantastic - the string of camera tags and Bardsley's "role" are especially awesome!
((Also, Color Clash <3 I should go back and read that, I remember your and Icons' team posts being hilarious))
