unless i get bitten by a rattlesnake before I go to sleep or my parents come upstairs to tell me that they're kicking me out and giving my room to a vagrant, i can honestly say that I've had my first fantastic day in a really long time.

I met a lady whose son likes Pikmin, so I gave her the couple of Pikmin toys I bought at a con and she says he'll love them. =D

I was hanging out today with friends, one guy and one girl (hereafter referred to as "He" and "She"), and we were talking. At one point, She makes a comment about something "for ever and ever."
Me: Hallelujah, hallelujah
...
Me: (Deadpan) And he shall reign for ever and ever.
She: King of kings!
Me: (Singing) For ever and ever. Hallelujah, hallelujah!
She: (Singing) And lord of lords!
And at this point, He starts singing (and miming) the violin part (he doesn't sing, but he plays the violin), and we finish off the Hallelujah chorus. It was awesome.
Also, I was hanging out today. With friends. And we were talking. I almost feel not quite so socially awkward!

Had a chill day to counteract all the crazy. Drinking tea, eating fresh dates (fresh dates! What a world! They're in the rutab stage and just oozing with sweet juices), and writing letters to my neighbors in Animal Crossing. I ripped some CDs, finally ported by book list from Librarything to Goodreads, and basically just tooled around the house. It feels nice to have days like this.
