There's a New Nintendo Direct out, which includes new info on Animal Crossing: New Horizons, Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore, among others. Watched it live this afternoon. After was a mini Smash Direct to. Though it just went over what was said in the Nintendo Direct with more detail. Now I'm going to disappear before I light someone on fire for needless spoilers. (they honestly anger me to no end)

For those who have Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the 2nd wave of DLC (if you bought the Expansion Pass) is now available, but they can be purchased individually. It includes 5 new locations for Auxiliary Battles and a new track, 4 stat boosting items, a new costume for the students and a new accessory for Byleth. In addition, a free update added Maddening difficulty and Goddess Tower conversations to review

(I'm aware there's a Digimon Fanclub, but I'm not too sure about bumping a thread whose last post was four years ago just for a funny observation) I got Digimon Cyber Sleuth: Complete Edition for the Nintendo Switch last week. Thus far, I'm having a lot of fun with it. That said, the English translation at times can be a little... off. In particular, there's a feature where your Digimon can send you text messages as you play through the game. Every now and then they'll ask you a trivia question, whether pertaining to the Digimon franchise or to other random subjects. Today, I had one of my Digimon ask me for the name of a Digimon that fights with twin pistols.
Easy; that's Beezlemon.
A little while later, my Digimon replies to the effect of: "That's right! Botamon is the correct answer!"
For those that aren't familiar with Digimon, this is Beezlemon. This is Botamon. Mixing up those two Digimon would be like if a Pokemon game got confused between Sunkern and Darkrai.
Methinks another round of proofreading should have been in order...

It took me a while but I’ve cleared the Blue Lions route in FE and I’m not sure why they couldn’t just merge the Blue Lions and Golden Deer plots. The Blue Lions plot also misses a very key plot detail that both the GD and BE plots have so it feels incomplete on its own.
I’ve cleared all three routes now, but since there is technically a fourth route, I’ll do that one on Maddening. Hard Mode doesn’t punish you much for recruiting everyone and training all your recruits. Maddening seems like it will so I will only recruit and train the units I find strategically useful.
I’m probably not as obsessed about obtaining every single marriage proposal scene though. I’ve gotten Male Byleth with Dorothea, Male Byleth with Hilda, and Female Byleth and Mercedes.

I noticed recently that my workplace now has big standee ads for Death Stranding. They don't just hand that floorspace out. When the first trailers hit I felt like surely this game was going to be niche, but nope, people are banking on it being a mainstream success. I'm legitimately nervous waiting to see if it's good and it does well. Like I love Kojima and at some point I got emotionally invested.

I’m totally out of ammo in The Outer Worlds. I just unloaded it all on a bunch of Mauraders and I guess I didn’t get much back from looting. Time to go find a vendor. The game’s pretty fun aside from me dying a lot.

For Three Houses players, Wave 3 of DLC is now available. I've already been spoiled on certain elements as I have not had the chance to download the DLC yet due to a poor Internet connection Jeritza/the Death Knight is now playable, but only on the Crimson Flower route. So far, from what I've read, he also has supports with his half sister, Mercedes, and Byleth. This one is a free DLC.
Anna is the other playable character, but is paid DLC and does not have any supports with characters, not even Byleth EDIT: Looks like the free update added an additional 20 save slots, along with an option to change what a character wears during battle (between Class and Monastery) As for the paid DLC, the Sauna is now accessible. Previously, you could only visit as the name shows up in the bottom left of the screen. Additionally, you can interact with the various cats and dogs by gifting them food items, but only if a quest is completed Three additional sets of costumes for the students and Byleth are available with the DLC (Servant, Summer and Evening Uniforms) as well as additional battalions.

It’s a good thing I’m about to start the Crimson Flower route. I’m probably not going to get very far into it until the final DLC pack. I’m preoccupied with Outer Worlds right now, and I might get Pokémon later. I also don’t like the character I have to support in Crimson Flower so I have little motivation.

I've just been jumping between Borderlands 3 and Outer Worlds XD Pretty much all my gaming the past few months. In Outer Worlds, did you do a melee build or a ranged build for your character? I personally don’t like close combat so I always go for a ranged build given the option. The moral dilemmas presented by various quests also allows me to make my character and the story unique. I generally don’t want my character to be an angry, intimidating killer but maybe I’ll try that in a second run.

I usually carry a melee weapon just in case, but I prefer to shoot from afar if I can help it. I'm mostly playing a character who can talk themselves out of almost anything XD So that's been fun.

I went with a character that’s good at engineering, science, and hacking because, well, I’m interested in those in real life with my day job using some of those skills. I think no matter what, my character will always be good at those xD.

Aside from Pokémon, I’m also playing FFXV. Does anyone actually enjoy driving the Regalia around? To me, it’s just annoying.

Playing FFXV is annoying in general. :'D but driving Regalia can be fun if you turn it into the monster truck version and smash through all the things. Too bad they patched the ability to drive it out-of-bounds. :< but you can still jump it into gorges and stuff for weird glitchiness. :D If you just wanna get from point A to point B, though, I recommend just fast travelling. XD
