"That's a(n) ________ if there ever was one."

Thanks Dan. =D I wondered if you guys ever went through the dead accounts, but I'd never heard anything about it before. Still, though... I know we don't attract as many members as we used to, before the retirement of Patjade's neomail invitations... but 400 is a big decrease. Hmm. "That's a(n) ________ if there ever was one." What in the world does this phrase mean? =/ It means that the thing in question is a prime example of ________. :3 So, "My old character is a Mary Sue if there ever was one" means that my character is a particularly shining example of a Mary Sue.

Why do people need to use wheelchairs long term/permanently?
I'm writing a story about someone who needs a wheelchair, so I just wanted to learn a bit more about the WHY.

If they've damaged both of their legs, there's no way for crutches to support them, I think. When I broke my right leg, I ended up putting most of my weight on my left--there was a special way to go up the stairs, for example, that involved stepping up with the left, then pulling up the crutches and my right leg.
So, yeah, heavily dependent on the left leg. ^^;
...Um, that's probably not the answer you were looking for. xD Various reasons, I guess:
- Spinal problems. Paralysis. - Very badly damaged legs. - A long-term illness could make one weak enough to be incapable of walking.

Yeah, that tends to make walking difficult.

About 3 weeks ago I think. I don't really get what they do. :B

...Does anyone know what this song is? >.>; www.angelfire.com/extreme3/lord_glower/galaxia.htmlI stumbled upon this site years ago (back in the day that I thought having music on my Neopets user lookup would be cool), and I always liked this song. This is the only place I've ever heard it, though, and I'm curious to hear what it sounds like in its non-midified form. It might be from an anime, given the other songs on the website, but since I'm terribly unschooled in all things anime, that hint doesn't help me. xD;

What can I do with an extra working iPod?
I already have 2 (one nano and one classic).... But I'd like to upgrade to an iPod touch. I don't need 3 iPods, in fact I don't even use my nano anymore.
So instead of selling it online at sites like eBay etc. Would the apple store take in a 2 generation old iPod? If so, how much could I get for it?
Thanks :3

Where does the name "cell phone" come from? (Down here, they're called mobile phones, and the reason for that is pretty obvious...)

(Down here, they're called mobile phones, and the reason for that is pretty obvious...)"Cell" is short for cellular, since mobile phones operate on a cellular network -- which according to Wikipedia is just a radio network made up of a bunch of individual "cells". :3

Is it abnormal for painkillers to not dull pain all the way?
Context: For the past week I've had a very bad sore throat from a virus, so bad I could not swallow without intense pain. Tried all the home remedies like hot tea and honey but none of them had much of an effect, so I went to the doctors and they gave me Tylonel 3. So while I can eat and drink more or less normally now, I still get pain when I swallow--it feels rather than actually nullifying the pain, the painkiller makes me too "high" to care about it much. Is that normal?

Does taking ibuprofens such as Advil, Aspirin, etc., makes your heart beat faster/harder?
I always notice my heartbeat being really strong after taking them... I don't know, it's strange. XD
