Kinda with you, Allyson =/ I think I started this the wrong way. Part of me is very tempted to just restart, it's only three-thousand words... ...Actually, I'm getting a better idea now. It'll still involve a little chopping, but I think it'd make so much easier, it'll be worth it. Besides, I'm usually a couple thousand words ahead by the end of the month...shouldn't be a big deal, I imagine. I'm very glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. xD It's incredibly tempting to just start all over, but at the same time, I don't want to ditch almost five thousand words, because I barely have time for this as is. >.>; I'll probably just wait and rewrite when I'm finished. Ah well. All in the NaNo spirit. ^_^ |

Hello everyone. I'm new to the off-site NTWF forum.
I'm doing NaNo this year. It's my first time doing it. I've got 7,093 words so far. I'm surprised I've gotten that.

WELCOME AZARA! That's a very nice head start. Thanks Tashni! Yeah, I'm trying to write as much as I possibly can everyday so I might actually reach 50,000 or over. I know there's the whole '1667 words a day' thing but I'd prefer to be ahead just incase something happens and I don't get to write for a week, like camp, which will disturb my writing.http://www.proboards.com/v4images/tongue.gif |

I'm a bit behind for the day, but I'm enjoying my story so far so I think it balances. So far my main character has met a girl who's crawled from a random hole under the bed, been told she has to help save the world, and then lied to her parents about a college trip to get away for a week.  I need my sleep though. Lots of class tomorrow, but I should have time in between a few of them that I can use for story writing.  |

Hi Azara, it's great to see another forum newbie (like me) here at the NaNo-section. Current word count: 3201. Not that much but at least I like what I wrote, so I won't have to do some major re-writing or even start over |
