You take every stats, which mean:

Strength -
Intelligence -
Dexterity -
Accuracy -
Hit Points -
Magic Points -

And divide the 125 allowed points between all categories, depending on what kind of fighter you want. If you want a Magical one, put more points on Intelligence and Magic Points than anything else. If you want a physical, offensive, fighter, Strenght and Accuracy may be your best call. Etc, etc.

My character could be described as a Defensive/Speed character. She is not very strong, since she relies more on her Physical Defense(HP in this case), and also because she relies on speed, in order to get more hit/dodge more easilly. Also accuracy, as the more time as does manage to hit, the more she can make up for the handicap of her low strenght.

Here are her stats:

Strength - 15
Intelligence - 15
Dexterity - 35
Accuracy - 25
Hit Points - 20
Magic Points - 10
