No need to bite me, I was only poking fun. If this topic is somethnig really hits nerves, I ask that we please keep it to the Banter Board. :/
Anyway, I think this particular line of discussion needs to end now.

Are you lot watching it YouTube or something? Because if I find out the US is receiving it at the same time as us I will be LIVID! I realise it's selfish, but it's one of a tiny handful of things worth watching that we receive before the US, and I would quite like to enjoy that tiny little bit of glory we Brits receive. We have been emasculated a lot over the years anyhow, and any victory remains a victory. Also, if the spoiler box isn't working, someone PM me and I'll try to rectify it ASAP, as it does contain spoilers. For some reason my comp isn't showing the boxes lately, so I can't tell from this end if it's working! Well... if nothing more, the idea of The Master turning everybody into himself stands true to the idea that he loves himself more than anybody else. Unfortunately the rest of The Master is really messed up... this sort of primative... animalistic version with the superpowers just doesn't work for me.
I also guessed the identity of Timothy Dalton in advance. I couldn't place the voice, but knew it wasn't Brian Cox (the Ood Elder), and then when his face appeared it was obvious he wasn't just a narrator, and that meant an important role (an actor like him wouldn't be a small role, he once played James Bond after all!). Not sure what to make of this Time Lord return though... can't decide if it's a good move or a bad one. Although it does mean a return for the Daleks, as I would guess the entry and exit of Dalek Khan and Davros broke the lock on the Time War, and released both Time Lords and Daleks. I guess it's a way to bring them back again.
I will also confess to being quite glad to see Russel T Davies leave. Kudos to the man for bringing The Doctor back, and for writing some good stories, but I've been finding his ones growing a bit stale and I am quite glad to see him step down. That sounds cruel, but I don't want it to be.
Anyhow, onto the good stuff: Wilf being back was some top notch stuff, as I do like Bernard Cribbins. The Doctor feels a bit depressive now, but I guess that suits the situation (The Master has already knocked four times). Donna, much as I dislike Catherine Tate, was good to see again as the character was good, despite the distaste for the actress. I am left wondering what'll happen to her now, as she remembers things. Is it time for the prophecy of Dalek Khan to come true?
In all, I'm quite looking forward to seeing how things pan out in Part Two, but I wasn't exactly impressed with Part One. It was enjoyable, but nothing special. A bit like The Waters of Mars really in that respect. Excuse me? Gezz, I hate waiting 6-8 months to see my favorite show, forgive me for taking away your glory! Gezz, and I admire you brits. What are you talking about anyway? most shows here are either crap or copies of your shows! Forgive me for sounding bad, but you should think before typing things like that. I also find it hard to see how seeing a show at the same time takes away glory too. Even if we did, with the time difference you will see it first unless we want to see it really early (For a new show)

I resent the accusation that I do not think before I type. I thought it through long and hard, and decided it still needs to be said. Perhaps you should think on the subjectivity of "crap", and also remember that it has been many long years of this, before so much "crap" was about.
I had thought of a long, scathing selection of things to put here, but I've decided that rather than let you lot fuel the fire and then whinge when it burns, I'd leave one last comment instead:
Sod the lot of you.
ps. I thought that one through too.

Awww, guys, please don't fight As Killix said, the discussion of this should end. After all, the US still broadcasts the Doctor Who finales one day after they appear in Britain. Actually, I'm pleased about this, because I was not available to watch on Christmas Day (that would have been something to explain to the family... "Sorry guys! Have to pop out for an hour. Um, important business. With the television.") and I'll be out of state on New Year's, so I'm glad I can watch when I come back ^_^ Actually, I have a whole lot of Doctor Who to watch, since for Christmas I got not only the fourth season DVD, but also I got a ton of oldschool Doctor Who DVDs, all with Tom Baker - the Hand of Fear, Genesis of the Daleks, and like three more that I can't remember the names of right now! Sooo excited. Does anyone have any recommendations for other good episodes I should try to get my hands on?

Ooh, you guys! I have finished my Doctor Who shoes! One bit got messed up when I sprayed them with sealant stuff, and I have to fix that, but mostly they are done. I've worn them a couple times and got some good reactions. ;D I really should take pictures so I can put them on my Deviantart.

Add me to the list, I love the Doctor Who series. xD But it sometimes freaks me out that all this gross stuff happens on screen with all the alien monsters going BOO!, and yet small British children watch the show too. And love it. <3

Can I join too? I've gotten addicted to Doctor Who relatively recently (despite the fact that I live in Britain. >>) and am already in love. <3 Currently watching the old series too. (Might think of a spiffy title later.) And Pacmanite, I think that's the charm of it, the fact. It's enjoyable because it's terrifying and I think little kids secretly enjoy that. :3 Oh and if anybody wants to watch every single episode (except the lost ones. xD ) you can find them here. Mind you, the quality for some episodes isn't great. >>

Pacmanite, the show's the reason behind the term 'behind the couch/sofa', especially when it came to the Daleks.

Yeah, I think there is some sort of strange enjoyment a lot of younger kids get out of being scared. When I was a lot younger, I wouldn't have been into stuff like that, but now I understand it a little more. (Although I was never creeped out by cemeteries until watching Doctor Who. And it's not the dead people that scare me. )

It is always a little creepy walking by. xD Doctor Who was the only thing ever to make me sleep with the lights on. Ever. >>
