Chris looks at this odd guy. "Ehh... No I don't. Do you need help getting up there?"

"Um... Yes please. A very strange rock jumped in my way..."
Marcus lifted his hand to Chris, "I'm Marcus, by the way."

Chris grabs his hand and helps him up. "I'm Chris."
((Anyone else out there?))

((Sorry, I'm taking a theory course and there's so much homework it's eeeevvvvviiiiiilllllll ... the weekend was never so good!))
((Oh yeah, I was reading the book which has Haplo, the character my character is based on, and HIS DOG DIED!!!!!! WAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!! I was so sad!!! But Laewyn's dog is alive. Which is good. =) Sorry, I am a loser.))
Laewyn eyed the newcomer suspiciously. After a quick glance, she saw nothing unusual about him, except for his extremely confused expression. She held out her hand, and said "I'm Laewyn." She wondered if he would notice the bandages, but she had her story worked out if he did.

I glared at Shagai for no more than an instant, then looked at the newcomer. "Hello, Marcus." I said as politely as I could. "I'm Tara."
Again, you're telling your name to people you don't even know. Hey, for all I know, one of them could be an assassin. Better get on their good side, just in case. You know I could just beat them up if they get dangerous. I'm powerful. I sighed and fought the urge to slap my companion in the back of the head. You egotistic person.

Marcus nodded, "Nice to meet you, Laewyn, Tara."
His puzzled look stayed, "These people confuse me. One minute I'm on the ground, and the next I meet a bunch of people. Who are walking through a forest. In the middle of nowhere. Or maybe it's somewhere that I don't know."

Chris glances at Marcus's face. "Are you lost or something? You look like you have no idea how you got here..."

"Oh... Well I, er, wandered into this forest and... Er..." He stopped for a second, "Yeah. I'm lost."

(( W00T4G3! I taught you that word! =P ))
Laewyn hid a smile at how clueless Marcus was. She noticed he looked vaguely familiar. "Where are you from?" She inquired of the newcomer.

(( W00T4G3! I taught you that word! =P )) ((Lol...You might be doing most of the conversing when I'm online, it doesn't mean I'm not listening. =P)) I heard Shagai emit a low growl. I am not egotistic. I'm telling the truth.Just because you're telling the truth, it doesn't mean you have to rub it in that you're powerful. I know that already.I'm just reminding you...Again, I fought the urge to slap my friend. Instead, I stepped on his tail. He growled and glared at me. "What was that for?!" he asked. "Someone here doesn't know your name." I faked an excuse. "Alright, alright..." muttered Shagai. He looked up at Marcus. "I'm Shagai." You annoying little brat. That isn't why you stepped on my tail, is it? You were just angry because I was being 'egotistic'. Oh, gee, Shagai, you're so smart.

((Lol...You might be doing most of the conversing when I'm online, it doesn't mean I'm not listening. =P)) ((LOL. Oh by the way, egotistic is the adjective to describe someone, but the ending of a verb (is it the participle or something? I don't know), but it's to be egotistical. Is that an adverb? I think so...)) Laewyn observed the argument between Shagai and Tara with amusement. In the back of her mind, she wondered who would win. It was obvious they were having some sort of argument in spirit, even if it wasn't out loud. "Is your tiger - Shagai," she added quickly; she didn't want to get on the bad side of a tiger like that, "always so different from you in your views?"

"So Marcus. Are you good at fighting?" Chris asks paying no attention to their argument.

"You mean all of the time." said Shagai. I sighed. "Oh whatever..." I muttered.
