Well Cyborg isn't exactly stupid Fraze. If someone didn't realise the Hunty/Fraze flirting, it would be like if someone got ran over by a herd of hippos and didn't notice. XDDDD <3 you, Cyborg. Also-- So did Leraye just turn his entire band of loyal followers into another gem? And then escape? Poor demon fleet. And poor us. XD And I'm all in favor of ending this with a Disney-style duet between Fraze and Hunty! Who's with me?

Nevermind the duet, this is headed towards a ballad x3 Well Cyborg isn't exactly stupid Fraze. If someone didn't realise the Hunty/Fraze flirting, it would be like if someone got ran over by a herd of hippos and didn't notice. Well, if you got ran over by a herd of hippos, you'd notice it for only a very short time xD 'cept there's still a difference between noticing and commenting on what was said tete-a-tete. Adjectives such as 'quietly' are used for a reason n'all.

Should I include a timeskip in my next post (which will likely be coming sometime today), or will we just keep going where (or rather, when) we are now? All we've got left is denouement, really, and I'd like this thing to end on a bang rather than a fizzle.

I'm ok with time skipping over to when time is back in order. I mean hey, a time skip would actually make sense with the plot line anyways XD. Gotta get the time-line back on track to be ahead a few hours now don't we?

Considering that there's probably nothing left for us to do outside besides stare at the empty spaceships, it'd only make sense, methinks. There's such a thing as storytelling pacing. Probably what killed the show for a while back there, in fact.
*should probably reread the whole thing to dig out all the loose ends, it's too easy to let in a load of plotholes when having a roleplay of a single day - plus a couple looping hours - stretch out across nine months* Yeeg. D'you guys know that we have GW2 beat in duration?

Do we really? Oh, ye gods. Yeah, best to finish this thing up quickly then.

Say, I was thinking of having Ethan show up as one of the people searching the ships. (His implants allow him to notice things more easily.) Do you think there'd be anything of note besides the cake?

Bloodied daggers maybe from the fight that broke out. Anything else is up to you.

I've brought this up with Hunty and one or two other people, but I'd like to mention it here as well.
The two of us have kind of monopolized the RP, and it's looking like it'll stay that way for a while, at least until this discussion is over. I realize the plot is winding down and we're in the middle of denouement, but is anyone feeling slighted or excluded or anything? I'd rather not step on any electronic toes.

Hey, we could very well burst through the door and crash the party if we wanted to, or go off on our own little tangents, nothing is stopping us, so no, no electronic toes squashed here.

Exactly. ... Out of purely idle curiosity, is that door soundproof? >_>

Probably. It was once a conference room for secret stuff, and on that note is also non-bust-through-able unfortunately.

Well, it's probably not locked. Locking a door for a conversation is a passive message in itself and no matter how nice and innocent the actual conversation might be, having it behind a locked door is just begging for general nudging and comments a la 'hur, hur, hur'. I like to think Hunty's smarter than that xD
'course, I've always had a bit of an issue posting shortly after my latest post, so if none of the rest of you posts your own tangents in the middle of the Soul-Baring ConversationTM, chances are I'll constantly postpone mine >> There were a number of plotlines to be wrapped up, in fact. The issue of stealing the book still hasn't been patched up, we haven't organized our trip back to the planet, there might still be angry meepits from the Realm roaming the HQ, the time-skip probably still hasn't straightened out and we all have temporal clones out there somewhere, the demonships need to be utilized... your Cap'n is a busy woman here and would appreciate all those things getting sorted out without her supportive yelling. I won't even get to sparkleGoosh and the imprisoned Speck and the Keng/Cy story cos they depend on the activity of the people in question.
