I want to take into account the GW continuity, which will require a bit of modification. And I'm also trying to work out a way to make a "map" of the Manor - at least so far as the Manor can have a map. XD; |

A-nyway, it's been nearly a month since the subboard was created and you lot still don't have a headquarters to speak of, which isn't really fair to anyone who wants to join your guild. So question: is anyone gonna do it soon, just to have the place filled in, or should this thread just get moved to CoC and someone can edit any info you deem necessary into the first post? As it is now, all active mages seem to be waiting on someone else to get it done, and I can assure you that you'll never get it done that way.

I was under the impression that Ikkin wanted to do it, which is the only reason why I haven't stepped up and made it myself. I remember Sarn offering to create it too... but I don't know at this point. I guess I can make a thread and then anyone can poke me to edit things in...
EDIT: Mage Manor created but just as a placeholder for now. I'm gonna need help with the actual into post and stuff, especially from people who have participated in GWs and other roleplays, because I haven't. ^^;

Well, she can edit my post, or even create a new thread and delete mine when she's ready... because to be honest the fact that the mages didn't have any sort of presence in the center of civilization was starting to bug me a bit, and I do feel better with a placeholder. ^^; |

Back on 'em days when GW1 ended and the new Pirate RP started, Rider went MIA. There wasn't anyone who'd give orders and decide things in the roleplay, and that just can't end well on a ship. So I just stepped forth and said 'you guys now has vicecaptain, take it or leave it'. Kept it up during the whole seven months of the RP, because Rider never showed up, and it was a pretty darn fun RP in retrospect.
What I'm saying is, sometimes you need to step forth over any apparent boundaries, both so that things would keep rolling and so that whoever people are waiting on at the moment wouldn't feel guilty for making everyone wait. A guild needs an acting leader.
