What is he up to? thought Jade. She watched the light engulf everything and tried to block her ears to avoid hearing Brandon's horrible screech, but forgot she was just a soul. She suddenly felt pulled towards where her body was, like when she got to the intruder's corpse. She felt her hands and feet again, and soon felt every part of her body. "What? I'm materialized again?! Well that's good to know." she said, happy to hear her voice again.

"Please... help..." he mangaed ot say.
The ocntents of his stomach felt like they were being churned by the wrath of the sea.

"Oh no, this is bad. Really bad." Jade said. "Moki, come here!" she added, the cat instantly obeying. She knelt down and looked at Brandon. "Moki, do you think you can help?" she asked. The cat nodded, and went closer to Brandon. It rubbed on him, and leapt over him a few times. "Moki, be serious!" exclaimed Jade. The cat nodded and meowed once, and Brandon started to glow in a shade of blue. "Thank you, Moki." said Jade. "I'm sorry, but that's all Moki and I can do. You should feel better in about an hour."

Nokua watched the events unfold before her, still crouching in the bushes nearby. She looked over at Eny, a worried expression covering her face.
What was wrong with Eny? Her eyes... they held nothing ((expression wise))... Nokua shook her younger sister hard, seconds before Eny fainted. Foolishly, Nokua called out to her sister, no longer aware of the scene in the clearing, "Eny!"

The Shadow Lord just got beaten, and they discovered that Jan's pod was missing. The speed twins and Jade just got controlled by some kinda dark thing, and Brandon overused his light powers to stop them. Now he's sick and that's about it. Brandon only heard the "better in an hour" and saw the cat jumping around.
I dont know if Ican take an hour... he thought glumly.
shakily, he rose to his feet, trying to overcome the pain.
