Nokua felt around in her pockets for some kind of medicine... before remembering that she had nothing that would bring Eny back to conciousness. She didn't know what to do, they might have to get going soon, and Nokua wasn't quite strong enough to carry her younger sister. So, finding nothing else to do, Nokua pulled Eny up to her, resting the young girl against her... She started to sob.

Clay throws his animal putty (only owned by animal gems) in the air, and it covers him. It soon clokes him, and he approaches Mai. The second he touches her neck, she screams to everyone.

Jade jumped as she heard Mai scream. She looked towards her and saw nothing unusual. "What in the seven seas is wrong for you to scream like that, Mai?" she asked, looking puzzled.

Sorry for the messed up post, and thanks for changing yours, Misslynx. I'm back now.
Me and Misslynx were PMing, and we were thinking of taking this on the NTWF chat sometime, for a speedy session of RPing, but we don't exactly know what time/day we should do it... Any suggestions?
EDIT: Oh, yeah, I didn't mean to make Mai jumping at Brandon, I meant to put Nokua. Sorry!

However, when she did notice, she immediately tried to pick her younger sister up. She managed to half-drag Eny, but couldn't move fast enough to get away from the girl... That, and she had dropped her staff. |

Sorry for the messed up post, and thanks for changing yours, Misslynx. I'm back now. ((Bleh, it's nothing.)) Desperate situations call for desperate measures, thought Jade. I've only tried this once, and I'm not sure if it'll work, but I definitely hope so.She closed her eyes. "I call upon the god of aqua. Jehn-Rahg, send me the pearl sword!" the rod in Brandon's hand started shaking and emitting sparks, and a sword appeared in Jade's hands. It wasn't a normal sword. The handle was made in pure silver, and it was covered with carvings. The blade was made of crystal, and long, thin rod of pearl ran through the middle. Jade opened her eyes, and raised the sword in the air. She muttered a few words, and a tunnel of blue and golden light formed around it. Tunnels of light soon appeared around Whitney, Clay and Mai, freezing them in place. Jade waited for a few minutes, and took a deep breath. She yelled at the top of her lungs, and soon the blue and golden light engulfed everything. When it dissipated, Jade was holding on to the sword not to fall. "Did, did it work?" she asked, breathing heavily. |

Clay and Whitney's gem turned white again in an instant, and both fell from the pain. But for some reason, it didn't effect Mai. Mai jumped at Whitney, and she quickly rolled over from her spot. Mai kept on attacking people randomly, like as if she had gone completely mad.
NOT TO SILLYBATTY: Oh yeah, about animal putty, I gues Eny has it, too, being a bird element and all.

The sword vanished, causing Jade to nearly fall. She made an effort not to collapse from giving away almost all her energy, and held on to a nearby tree so she wouldn't fall to her knees because she felt so weak.
"I can't do anything else for now." she said to the others. "I took too much energy out of myself, so you guys could come back to your senses." she added, looking at Clay, then at Whitney. "How do we get Mai back to her normal self?"
((Er...is Clay still cloaked?))

She wanted to help whoever these people were, but she didn't want to leave Eny's side. She looked over at where her staff was, and concentrated... It started to vibrate, and eventually rolled over to her. Nokua propped Eny against a tree, and stood up, staff in hand. She stood in a defensive position, back turned to Eny. If anyone attacked Nokua or Eny, the elder sister would be ready. |

Jade saw a girl with a staff stand up. She was too far to notice if the girl had an element or not, so she guessed that she did, and she was very powerful, since she had a staff. "Please! Don't hurt Mai! She's not usually like that!" she cried, hoping the girl would listen.

Nokua stood still. A girl with light blue hair was telling her not to attack? She wasn't going to attack...she was defending herself and Eny.
Suddenly, Eny's eyes opened. Her eyes were pupilless, and were glowing with bright white light. She walked past her sister and towards the clearing...

Jade's eyes widened as Mai appraoched her. She didn't notice the kid as she tried to back up from Mai, stumbling on bushes and trees a few times. "Oh no..." she muttered. She was already weak enough. If Mai attacked her, it was over. No more Jade, and no more pearl sword.
((Here's one of my other crazy ideas. *blocks her ears to avoid hearing everyone complaining*))
The pearl sword was one of the six destiny swords. The other were: ruby, emerald, opal, diamond and onyx(not the pokémon). Each sword was wielded by the possessor of an element, and all of them had an equal power. The possessor of the fire element wielded the sword of ruby; the one who had the element of wind had the diamond sword; the one with the power over nature had the emerald sword, and so on. Each of them helped to balance the power of the gem sword so it wouldn't spread chaos all over the planet. If one of them was broken or damaged, the gem sword would overpower and the earth of today would be history.
