"It's nice to know there are beauties like you in a place like this."
"Oh… Thank you," Cinnamon replied with a smile.
"Ahem," Axl interrupted.
The human looked over. "Oh... nah, no idea. I'm not sure what I'm doing here myself. Might've had a bit too much to drink last night..." He waved a hand as if it was no big deal.
Before Axl could say anything, however, another human, this one a woman, walked up holding a… frying pan? "Excuse me, exactly where is this?"
The red-headed human acted as if he didn't even hear the question, continued flirting (he certainly liked the ladies), and they didn't even know his name yet! "You know, I've been thinking, and I bet you'd look much cuter if you wore something a little more feminine ♥."
Axl was about to state his opinion abut this situation, when something else caught his attention. It sounding like dogs yelping, along with sounds like thunder. "Forget that!" He said, drawing one of his pistols. "I hear something more important! Come on, Cinnamon!"
With that, he ran off, and Cinnamon followed close behind, heading toward the sound of the struggle. Axl tried not to dash too often; he wasn't sure if Cinnamon had a dash system and he didn't want her to fall too far behind. On the way, they passed two more humans and what looked like an elf, all male.
Axl arrived at the scene to find another human, this one a young female, firing lightning bolts and fireballs and canine creatures. With a well-aimed shot, he took one down that was getting close to the girl. He ran up close to her, telling her "Sorry to keep you waiting!" then fired at another dog.
As Cinnamon ran up, one of the dogs lept at her, bearing it's fangs. She punched it square in the face, knocking it out of the air. She hit it again, before it could recover. While her punches weren't all that powerful, the dog still decided it didn't want to be hit anymore and ran off.

Zelos heard the commotion at about the same time as the two robots. They ran off. He gave the woman in front of him a quick look over, deciding that she didn't look like she'd be much for self-defense.
"Sorry to leave you, my darling hunny. I'll be right back," he told her lightly, brushing the few strands of hair that had made their way past his headband out of his face and drawing his sword. He ran after the two robots; after all, he didn't know what the situation was, and it wouldn't surprise him if the two small humanoids couldn't handle it.
He quickly located the two he'd followed, as well as a third person, this one human, casting magic to fend off the dogs. Zelos narrowed his eyes at the sight. The male robot was doing fine in fighting them off; the female less so.
Stepping back and closing his eyes to concentrate, Zelos began to mutter something under his breath. A circle of orange runes appeared around his feet as he spoke. "Eruption!" he yelled, focusing the magic on the dogs nearest the female robot.
The ground below them heated quickly, then exploded, tossing a couple of the creatures into the air. Badly singed, one of them had the strength to run off; the other just lay there panting.
Zelos approached the female robot; she didn't seem to be injured, so no need for any healing. "Are you all right, my sweet cinnamon bun?" he asked her with a bit of a cocky grin.

Hungary was about to make an angry retort to the redhead, but before she could say anything else she heard the sounds of fighting nearby. The two strangely armored ones ran off immediately, and she frowned. The decision took only a second; this sounded important and she could use some more clues about where she was. She followed the others at a run.
And crashed straight into a man with blue hair and pointed ears, who was running away from the sounds of fighting. "Sorry, sorry," she stammered, staring at his startling appearance. It was so distracting that she didn't notice the other two with him until one of the men extended a hand to help her to her feet.
"Thank y..." She trailed off, taking him in for the first time. "Austria!" With a sensation of great relief, she leaped forward and flung her arms around her neck. If he was here, everything would be all right.

Rank glanced behind him, noticing that the two other men were following him. Well, that was good, he thought. He didn't want anyone getting hurt by those strange creatures.
He then focussed his attention in front of himself again, noticing even more people passing by. Two males and a female, two of whom were wearing some particularly strange, shiny outfits. He noticed they were heading toward where Larissa was, supposedly to help her fight the creatures. Friends of hers, maybe?
His train of thought was suddenly interrupted when someone crashed into him, yet another woman. Before he could really register what was going on, he heard the woman say, "Sorry, sorry..."
"It's alright," he said, though apparently went ignored. The woman was instead focussed on the bespectacled man, who she greeted with a hug. Rank blinked. "So... I assume you two know each other?"
---
Larissa was quickly finding out that while one creature wasn't so hard to handle on her own, when there were as many as there were now, she had trouble. She could hardly cast magic at one when another would jump in and try to ambush her. There were just too many...
She yelped in shock as one of the creatures leapt at her, knowing she wouldn't be able to react fast enough to take it out. She braced herself for the worst... but thankfully it never came, and instead a shot of some sort came from behind her and struck the creature, knocking it back. Larissa blinked in confusion. How did...?
"Sorry to keep you waiting!" came the voice of someone, a redhead wearing some rather odd clothes. He continued shooting at the creatures, as another person--another blonde girl, this one also wearing some odd clothes--started punching the creatures in the face.
"Wow, thanks," Larissa said with a smile, watching as yet another redhead came up and started casting some neat magic at the creatures. This was good. It was a lot easier to take on the creatures now that she had three people to help her.
Regaining her confidence, Larissa started picking off the last of the creatures with her own magic. Looked like the tides had turned now.

"Wow, thanks."
"No problem." By now Axl had taken out a second pistol and started taking out dogs twice as efficiently. At one point, as Axl shot at one dog, another one came up and bit his leg only to have one of its teeth chip, and the rest didn't do much. A quick shot took care of that one.
"Are you all right, my sweet cinnamon bun?"
Cinnamon seemed unfazed by the exploding dogs, as if she'd seen things blow up in front of her face thousands of times. She pointed her arms at a pair of dogs and fired a couple of missiles from them. "Yup! Thanks!"
Before too long, the group had run out of dogs that were trying to hurt them. Axl turned to the girl next to him. "Are you okay?"

"Doctor?" Owen asked, "why would you be afraid of a doctor?"
"Why are you afraid of him?" Jack mused.
"Him? Jack, what are you two on about?" Tosh said.
"He's just an old friend I used to travel with,"
"Time Agent?" Ianto asked. He was aware of very little about Jack's past though he did know of this term, even if he didn't really understand what it meant.
"No, Time Lord. How do you know him? Why are you afraid of him?" Jack would not reveal the whereabouts of the Doctor until he got some answers. Slowly, hoping that this would result in more co-operation, he lowered his Webley. The team followed suit.

Curly slowly lowered her gun, but only slightly, still eying the group suspiciously. Time Lord? What could they mean by that...? At times like this, Curly wished she had her full memory. Maybe there was something in there that could be useful.
Due to the obvious lack of anything of the sort, she opted for: "I don't know him, personally." Her expression grew fiercer as she added, "But he's killed dozens of my children -- and if you're his friends, you should prepare to die!" She pointed her gun at them again; obviously, if they were old friends of the Doctor, they were dangerous.

"I don't know him, personally." Her expression grew fiercer as she added, "But he's killed dozens of my children -- and if you're his friends, you should prepare to die!"
Jack would have raised his gun again had not Gwen put her hand on it and given him the kind of look that only the Welsh could.
"You've got a good figure for someone whose had dozens of children, but then so do I. You say the Doctor killed them?" Jack asked skeptically, "I don't think thats possible for him." He thought for a moment. "The Doctor I know would rather be saving the universe with a pretty girl on his arm and his sonic," here Jack paused and sniggered, "screwdriver."
"Sounds like you Jack, only without the woman and I think yours is a sonic blaster, much more macho," cackled Owen with all the lack of timing he could muster. Tosh hit him.
Suddenly, the sounds of a battle raged. This whole thing was getting very confusing and the team wanted to go and see what was going on, to help if they could but none of them wanted to turn their backs on the strange woman while she was still threatening them.

"The Mimigas are my children," she corrected, still glaring. She didn't bother adding that she was a robot and couldn't have children. "What do you mean, it's not possible? He kills the Mimigas like..." she trailed off, looking almost heartbroken. "Like animals..."
She eyed them seriously. "I'm not even sure what a screwdriver is. But you'd better watch out around the Doctor. He's dangerous."

Hungary smiled at the blue-haired man, hooking her arm into Austria's. "That's right. Austria is my husband." She leaned her head against his shoulder, gratefully. "I'm glad you're here."
"It's good to see another familiar face," Austria agreed.
"Hungary-san! Hungary-san! I'm here too!" Italy bounced forward into view, waving ecstatically.
"Ita-chan!" Hungary had never quite abandoned the feminine nickname she'd given to him as a child, when she'd mistaken him for a girl. "It's such a relief to see you! How did the two of you get here? And who is this?" She indicated Rank.
"We don't know on either count," Austria said, pushing up his glasses. "In fact," he added, glancing at Rank, "we've just met. I don't believe we had a chance to introduce ourselves yet?" He extended a hand formally. "My name is Austria," he said, "and this is my wife, Hungary."
"I'm Italy!" the other nation chimed in, waving at Rank now. "Thanks for helping us get away just now." He glanced over his shoulder. "Where's your friend? I hope she's okay... those things were scary."

Finally, those creatures were gone. Larissa let out a sigh of relief, falling to her behind from exhaustion. She wished we could figure out where those things were coming from... maybe she'd be able to stop any more from coming out.
"Are you okay?" asked the redhead with the shiny clothes.
"A little tired, but I'll be fine!" was Larissa's reply. "Thank you all for coming to help me out, by the way! What are your names? I'm Larissa!"
---
"I see," Rank said in response to the woman. Married... he admittedly wasn't expecting that. Not that he was objecting, of course.
"I don't believe we had a chance to introduce ourselves yet?" the bespectacled man said, reaching out a hand in greeting. "My name is Austria, this is my wife, Hungary."
"I'm Rank. Nice to meet you all," Rank replied, shaking Austria's hand. In response to Italy, he added, "You're welcome. And you mean Larissa? I think she's still fending off those creatures..."
Except now the fighting sounds had stopped. Rank glanced back in Larissa's direction, noticing that the creatures seemed to be gone now, and instead there were the three people he had seen pass by earlier. He supposed this meant they had managed to take care of those creatures.
"Actually, it looks like it might be safe now. Perhaps we should check on them?" He decided to wait a bit before heading back there, mainly to see if Austria, Hungary or Italy had any objections. Also because he wasn't fully sure it was safe yet, and he didn't really want to go back there under the assumption that it was safe and get attacked because of it.

Zelos pushed in front of the robot. "My name's Zelos. But you may refer to me as 'The Great Zelos Wilder'," he told Larissa, and the others. "It's always nice to meet a beauty like you ♥," he added, directing his comment toward the blond girl only. She was very young and pretty, he thought, giving her an automatic look-over.
((Gah. Short. D: Sorry.))

"I would like to thank this Larissa myself," Austria agreed, starting over in their direction. Hungary sighed and followed him, not particularly relishing another encounter with the annoyingly flirtatious redhead. Of course, it might be nice to see his face when she introduced her husband.
As soon as Austria spoke, Italy bounced forward ahead of them and grabbed Larissa's hand enthusiastically in both of his. "Thanks for saving us back there!" he exclaimed. "Those things were really scary! What's your name? I'm Italy! Y'know, you're really pretty! Where are we? Is there any pasta here?"
Austria sighed as he approached. "Feliciano, calm down."

It had hardly been five minutes since they met, and already Axl was disliking the red-headed human, who just shoved him to the side and started telling Larissa about how beautiful she was (does he do that with every girl he meets?), and called himself 'great.' At least they got a name out of him this time; 'Zelos.'
The young(?) human that they'd passed earlier bounced up to the group. "Thanks for saving us back there!" he said to Larissa. "Those things were really scary! What's your name? I'm Italy! Y'know, you're really pretty! Where are we? Is there any pasta here?"
"Feliciano, calm down."
"Italy? Some sort of nickname? It's just that, last I checked, humans aren't named after countries. Anyway I'm Axl."
"And my name is Cinnamon. Nice to meet you!" She gave another bow. Once she stood straight again, she added "I never met a human before today, but here there are so many!"
"We may want to find somewhere safer before we continue introductions. There's bound to be more of those dogs around, and I was chased by some strange people earlier."

((...Did I forget to mention that Larissa is, like, ten? Meaning it disturbs PFA slightly that anyone would try to flirt with her? But no matter...)) "Thanks, uhhh... Great Zellow Wildhair. Are you sure I have to call you that? It's kinda long..." Larissa grinned sheepishly. Long names were really hard to remember. Before she could continue with that train of thought, another person came up to her--this one a brown-haired guy apparently named Italy--and started barraging her with questions. "Ummm... no problem, Larissa, thanks, don't know, not sure. Did I miss anything?" Larissa said, giving a puzzled blink. She certainly seemed to be the center of attention today. The shiny people introduced themselves, as Axl and Cinnamon respectively. To them, Larissa added, "Nice meeting you, too!" "We may want to find somewhere safer before we continue introductions. There's bound to be more of those dogs around, and I was chased by some strange people earlier.""We were just heading to that alley back there when you showed up," Rank said as he joined the rest of the group. "We could probably head back there if you'd like somewhere safer." Noting the people he hadn't introduced himself to yet, he added, "And before you ask, my name's Rank."
