If you liked the in-'bloid roleplaying during Spirit Weeks, and you either want more or think that it wasn't organized enough, then this is for you. This is an unofficial Spirit Weeks roleplay. The rule: If you participated in Spirit Weeks, you must play as someone, anyone, that you impersonated. If you did not participate in Spirit Weeks, you must play as someone that fits the second (movie, video game, etc) third (gender bender: someone who's the opposite gender of your main persona) or fourth (NT/NTWF story characters) impersonation themes. (If you really want to RP your own persona, you might be able to consider them of the fourth theme. However, I suggest at least using a different character as a second character in the roleplay.) Please refrain from using a large number of characters. It's confusing, it takes time, and it may reduce the overall quality of your posts. Bear in mind, since this will be a major crossover, your character will likely have no idea what's going on at the start. So you don't have to do a whole lot of reading up if you join in late. Some people have mentioned that they don't really want to RP with unfamiliar characters. So I ask that you include at least description of your characters, in spoilers, in the post you introduce them in. You don't have to, but it would be appreciated. My (starting?) characters: Name: Axl From: MegaManX (7, 8, Command Mission) Race: Reploid (robot with very human thoughts and feelings) Gender: Male Main weapon: A pair of pistols. They fire off small bursts of energy and are capable of autofire. Referred to in-game as 'Axl Bullets.' Other weapons, abilities, etc: Has a dash ability, due to boosters in his feet. The same boosters allow him to hover in the air for a few seconds. He can enter a stealth mode that renders him virtually undetectable. However, he can only do this for a short period of time and it needs to be recharged after use. A particularly unusual ability of his, is that sometimes (more often, and I think for longer than stealth, at least under certain conditions) he can shape-change into someone else if he has something from them (referred to in-game as DNA, I think of it as a sample). He takes on the attributes and abilities of who he is shape-changed into. Description: (From Command Mission manual: "He's an S-Class Hunter along with X and Zero. He balances his youthful personality with controlled aggression. He's traveled to Gigantis alone to search for the secrets surrounding his birth.") I'm not sure what a good word is. The first things I thought of were 'spunky' and 'confidant.' My sister suggested 'cocky.' He seems to enjoy battles. Lightly armored, he relies more on agility than strength in battle. Name: Cinnamon From: MegaManX (Command Mission) Race: Reploid (robot with very human thoughts and feelings) Gender: Female Main weapon: She mostly just punches people. She's not that good at it either. Other weapons, abilities, etc: She can take on an 'Iron Maiden' form that boosts her stats temporality. This ability needs to be recharged after use. One of her signature abilities is that she can heal her fellow Reploids. She can heal two or three at a time, and include herself as one of those three. Another, unique ability that she has is that, with the proper materials, she can make items that can enhance Reploids' speed, armor, fire resistance… stuff like that. Description: (From Command Mission manual: "She's a warm-hearted nurse Reploid who regards Professor Gaudile as her father. Lovingly cared for in the laboratory for her whole life, Cinnamon is out of touch with the world. She always goes her own way, but her inner core is solid…") When not currently in the middle of a battle or anything, she's often cheerful. Doesn't like letting people getting away with, say, beating her friends mercilessly. Less of a fighter, more of a healer. I may add another character later. I guess we'll see. ---------- The sky was cloudy. The sun was just setting. The streets were quiet. Well mostly quiet. Within a run-down district, a character ran, breathing heavily. He had blue eyes, red hair, and armor that was mostly in dark shades. A blue, jewel-thing on his head was pulsing; an indication that he had taken quite a bit of damage. He turned a corner and used his boosters to dash. Hopefully, if he kept this up, he could lose the pursuers. A few more dashes, another corner, a jump over a fence, yet another corner. They couldn't keep this up… could they? If he could get enough distance… He was now in an alleyway, glancing down each corner. After skidding to a stop, he went down an alley that had hide-ables. As quickly as he could, he headed for a spot that seemed more obscure. He heard a squeak as he got there, which came from… …Cinnamon? The nurse's green-colored eyes were wide with fear, and she was covering her mouth. She was probably expecting some of those people that were chasing him. Before she could say anything, he quietly shushed her, then crouched to hide next to her, trying his best to be quiet and cover any glowies that might give him away. As Cinnamon followed suit, he held a pistol in one hand, just in case he had to use it. The pursuers turned the last corner they'd seen him take. So many places he could have turned now… In order to cover more ground, they split up. Maybe he was still in the area. The two Reploids waited and listened, hoping they wouldn't be found. As the footsteps grew closer, they held their breath. A few tense moments passed, seeming to take forever. But the footsteps finally faded into the distance. They waited a few minutes to be sure that those people would be gone before doing anything. Cinnamon watched as her friend checked the immediate area. "It's clear." As she came out of her hiding spot, Cinnamon asked "Axl, who are they?" "No clue," her friend, Axl, replied. "But whoever-they-are didn't seem to like me." A few sparks flew from his side and he winced. "Axl! You're hurt!" "Thank you, I didn't notice," he replied sarcastically. As Cinnamon began to heal him and energy streamed into him, he continued with "Yeah, they got the drop on me, but I'll be ready for them next time." Once Cinnamon finished healing him, and the pulsing faded into a constant glow, he turned and asked her "Do you have any idea where we are?" Cinnamon shook her head. "Have you seen any of the others?" She shook her head again. "No." Axl sighed. "Well, I'll try to contact them later, but for now we let's look for somewhere safer." He looked up at toward the roof of the building next to him. "Have you ever climbed a wall before?" Cinnamon paused. "…No." "Come on, it's easy. I'll go up first, just watch me. If it's safe, I'll signal. Then just do this." He began jumping up the wall, grabbing the ledge as he came to it. Supporting himself, he cautiously peeked over the wall. ((No, I don't know who's chasing them or what the setting is. Let's find out together! ))

((Uuuuhh... I've never roleplayed as a character that isn't my own before, so if I'm doing a horrible job, tell me, okay? ^^;; I tried not to spoil anything in his description, so...)) Name: Zelos Wilder From: Tales of SymphoniaRace: Human Gender: Male (debatably)Main weapon: A sword or dagger Other weapons, abilities, etc.: In addition to his sword skills, Zelos can use some elemental and some healing magic. Description: Zelos gives the impression of one who takes nothing seriously; he is constantly joking around and seems concerned with little more than hitting on every female within range. However, he is actually a much more serious and perceptive person than he lets on, and, although he acts like an idiot, he is really highly intelligent. ---------- In an alleyway, hidden from the sun, a tall red-haired man leaned against a wall. His vest was open, unbuttoned due to the heat earlier in the day; his gloved left hand ran along the flat of the blade he held in front of him, occasionally touching the edge lightly as if testing its sharpness. His mind was not on the fiddling his hands were doing with his sword, though his eyes stared, a bit unfocused, at it. He was brooding over something; it was anyone's guess what. He started when he heard voices, slightly distant, from over a wall. Sheathing his sword with a practiced air, he looked up, craning his neck to see if there was anyone there. No one was visible, though that was to be expected with a wall in between them, and the voices were quiet enough that he could not make out what was being said. Strolling over to the wall, he listened, managing to make out the last few words of the conversation. Seeing a head peek over the wall nervously, he gave a careless wave. "Hey." His voice was rough from hours of silence, and he cleared it carefully before continuing. "No clue who you are, but there's no one over here 'cept me." What was this thing? It talked like, and even looked a little like a human, but it clearly wasn't... Brushing away these thoughts, he gave a trademark carefree smirk. "So, who's your lady friend I heard? I think I'd like to meet her."

Yay RP. *makes an attempt to jump in* I'm just gonna use your layout for the character descriptions if you don't mind, Omni. XD Name: Rank From: Technically Puzzle Star Sweep (a Japanese puzzle game), but he didn't really have much of a character in that and I fanon'd the heck out of the storyline, so you could say he's from my fanfic. Race: Yosei (elves, basically) Gender: Male. Don't let the ponytail fool you. XD Age: Seventeen Weapon: Doesn't have one. He's not really a fighter, though he could probably defend himself somewhat if he needed to. Description: Described in the game manual as "intelligent and calm." Also a bit on the flirty side. :3 In my fanon, he's also the Sweep Master, meaning he's the champion of a game called Star Sweep. Which he's likely not going to play at all in this RP, so that detail probably won't matter much, but hey. Also, just as a note, the place he's from is kind of lacking in technology or magic, so anything of the sort would probably be rather confusing to him. XD Name: Larissa Jeniver From: One of my games-in-progress, ever-so-originally titled Larissa's Great Adventure. Race: Human Gender: Female Age: About ten Weapon: Sesrina's Wand. Which--as if the name isn't obvious enough--is a magic wand that is said to have once belonged to Sesrina, a powerful sorceress that lived long ago and protected the land from evils. Description: Larissa is, simply put, energetic and adventurous. She fights monsters with the wand she found in a mysterious cave, although she hasn't really figured out how to use the wand's power to its fullest potential quite yet. EDIT WAY LATER: Added ages to the character profiles, since there seemed to be some confusion over that. XD; --- Rank was not in Kansas anymore. Well, not that he was ever in Kansas in the first place, but you know what I mean. What was this place? It certainly didn't look like any place he knew of on Yosei Isle... so he was most likely on a different island altogether. How far from home he could only guess. But how did he even get here in the first place? He couldn't remember ever leaving... in fact, he couldn't even remember what he was doing the last time he was on the Isle, much less remember any unusual happenings that could have brought him here. But why not? What was going on? His ears twitched upon hearing a particularly strange sound. Fighting was what it reminded of, but with some particularly dangerous-sounding noises thrown into the mix. He had no idea what the sounds were, but he wasn't really willing to find out the hard way. There must have been somewhere safe he could go... somewhere he could hide while whatever was causing the sounds passed by. His eyes came across a stack of crates. Those would do. Glancing briefly in the direction the sounds were coming from, spotting some vague figures in the distance that seemed to be coming closer, he made a dash for the crates, hiding behind them and waiting for the fighters to pass by. The first figure he saw was a quadruped of some sort, with dangerous-looking claws, fangs, and other assorted features that indicated that the creature was not friendly. The creature, however, appeared to be on fire. A fact that the creature did not much enjoy. Suddenly, a lightning bolt flashed through the air, though instead of coming from the sky, it came from behind the creature. The bolt struck the creature, causing it to howl in pain then fall over, unconscious. Rank stared in surprise, seeing a second figure come up behind the creature, supposedly the one that caused the lightning. Though she didn't really look like someone dangerous enough to cause lightning. She was a young girl, wearing maroon clothes with a purple cloth tied around her waist. Her blonde hair waved behind her as she ran up to the creature, examining it. In her hand was some fancy trinket, symbols written all over it, which Rank didn't know how to interpret. "Phew! I think I got it..." the girl said, panting softly. "These things are all over the place!" After a moment of consideration, Rank decided to take his chances and step out from behind the crates. "Excuse me," he ventured, hoping to get the girl's attention. The girl turned her head, noticing the Yosei. "Whoa, I don't think I've seen blue hair before. Are you from around here?" Though a little puzzled by the girl's comment on his hair, Rank replied, "No, actually. In fact, I'm not even sure how I got here at all..." "Really? Me too!" the girl chirped, wandering closer to Rank. "I was trying to see if I could get back to Nikoho, but I can't even remember where I came in. This place is really confusing!" "Hmm... so I guess I'm not the only one who mysteriously ended up here," Rank realized. "What is this place then, and why are people coming here without even remembering about it?" "I dunno. Some kinda magic, maybe?" the girl said with a shrug. "Anyway, if we're both trying to get home, maybe we can help each other out! You can help me get back to Nikoho Town, and I can help you get back to... uh... wherever you're from..." "Yosei Isle," Rank said. "And sounds like a good idea. I'd rather not be wandering around here by myself, at any rate, especially if there are more of those creatures around..." "Yeah, there's a lot of those things. But don't worry! I can fend 'em off with my wand!" The girl struck a pose, wielding her trinket threateningly. "By the way, my name's Larissa. What's yours?" "Rank. Nice meeting you, Larissa." Rank glanced around, trying to see if he could spot any more of those creatures around. Or any life in general, really. "Now if we're both here, I wouldn't be too surprised if we find some other people who have ended up here, as well. Maybe we can find some more people who can help us out." "Let's keep our eyes out, then!" Larissa chirped, and started wandering further down the road. Rank followed after her, making sure to be on the lookout for any unusual activity. ((...Yeah, I dunno what the creatures are either, but hey, I figured I should advance the plot somehow. XD New characters, feel free to run into Larissa and Rank if you wish.))

"Hey, Cinnamon! There's someone here, but they seem friendly! Come on!"
Cinnamon walked up to the wall and, putting her hands to it, attempted to climb like Axl had earlier… and failed miserably. She tried a couple more times, falling down as she did before.
Oh boy… Axl thought. I can't carry her up here. …Then again, it was a wall, not a building. "You know what? Why don't you just walk around?"
Deciding Axl was right, Cinnamon walked to the edge of the wall and looked around the corner. After a second she walked out into plain view of the stranger. "Um… My name is Cinnamon. Hello," she said with a Japanese-type bow.
Axl jumped down from the wall before introducing himself. "And I'm Axl." He waited for an introduction before saying "By any chance do you know who those people chasing me were? Or where we are?"

Er. I might not end up actually using Russia, but I'll put his profile here anyway because it took me too long because he was the only one of these I actually ended up impersonating, even though Austria was planned. Name: Russia, or Ivan Braginsky - formally USSR but no one calls him that. From: Axis Powers Hetalia Race: Nation (or, human personification of one) Gender: Male Main weapon: He doesn't really use a weapon all the time, but he's probably proficient in firearms. And I'm sure that metal pipe he always has with him could be dangerous... Other weapons, abilities, etc: None really, aside from being Russia. Description: He's always smiling and at first glance looks innocent, but he's also cruel and pretty much insane. Has an unnerving habit of stalking people and terrifies nearly everyone he knows. The exception is his little sister Belarus, who stalks him and creeps him out immensely even though he has some amount of brotherly affection for her. He hates winter and cold weather and snow, even though they've been useful in the past for him, and his dream is to live somewhere warm and filled with sunflowers. Name: Austria, or Roderich Edelstein From: Axis Powers Hetalia Race: Nation (or, human personification of one) Gender: Male Main weapon: Doesn't carry one. Other weapons, abilities, etc: He's an excellent musician. Description: Austria is a refined, elegant aristocrat. He's more interested in music and the arts than in war and other Serious Business, although he was more hotheaded when he was young. Married to Hungary. Name: Hungary, or Lizaveta Héderváry From: Axis Powers Hetalia Race: Nation (or, human personification of one) Gender: Female Main weapon: Her frying pan Other weapons, abilities, etc: Good at combat Description: A pretty, feminine young woman at first glance, but actually she is quite the tomboy with a very violent temper. (She even thought she was a boy when she was very little.) She's head over heels in love with Austria, her husband, and she doesn't get along with Prussia. If anyone dares threaten Austria, she'll retaliate with no mercy. Name: Italy Veneziano, or Feliciano Vargas From: Axis Powers Hetalia Race: Nation (or, human personification of one) Gender: Male Main weapon: None Other weapons, abilities, etc: Good at painting and cooking Description: He's the grandson of the legendary Roman Empire, but he isn't threatening at all. On the contrary - he's happy-go-lucky, a bit ditzy, a bit of a coward, and completely useless when it comes to a fight. He's hyper and cheerful and drives his allies Germany and Japan absolutely nuts. He is obsessed with pasta and pizza and, really, food in general. The first thing Austria noticed when he woke up was that Hungary was no longer beside him. The second thing he noticed was the ground underneath his back, all hard and lumpy and certainly not the mattress he'd fallen asleep on. He was on the edge of a forest that he didn't recognize; it wasn't his house, he knew, and it wasn't Hungary's either, but beyond that he couldn't say. When he stood up and looked through the thinning trees, he could see a town on the other side of them. He also noted that he was wearing his coat and glasses rather than the nightclothes he'd slept in. How interesting. Of course, the town would be the logical place to start if he wanted to find out where he was. Before he could move, however, a twig snapped behind him. He turned around. "Hungary?" It wasn't, but it was a familiar face. Austria barely had time to register this before Italy (the younger Italy, Northern Italy) crashed into him and knocked him to the ground. "A-a-a-austria-san!" Italy stammered, as surprised as he was. He scrambled off of the older man in embarrassment and pulled him up. "Quick, quick, you have to run!" Austria did not really know what to say to this, but when he heard the snarling and saw the first creature emerge from the trees there was suddenly no explanation needed. "We'll head for the town," he said, pointing, and the two of them began running as fast and hard as they could, their dangerous-looking pursuers bearing down behind them.

Zelos gave the newcomer a very quick appraising glance. Like its companion, it seemed almost human... but not quite. Well, at least it seemed female; no sense in letting it know how freaky it was.
Abruptly ignoring the first robot, Zelos gave a flamboyant bow in response to the female's respectful one, getting back into character. "Well hello there, my spicy hunny ♥," he said, extending his hand. "It's nice to know there are beauties like you in a place like this."
As if only now noticing Axl's question, he turned to him in a bored, leisurely manner. "Oh... nah, no idea." Looking a little more serious, he added, "I'm not sure what I'm doing here myself. Might've had a bit too much to drink last night..." He waved a hand dismissively.

Hungary was not pleased. She'd woken up to find herself, not curled up in bed beside her Austria, but sprawled in some alley in some entirely unfamiliar town. It wasn't like any town that belonged to her or to Austria, that was for sure.
She was walking aimlessly through the streets, trying to figure out where she was, when she heard voices. Peering around the corner, she spotted a red-haired man talking to... well, she supposed it was a man and a woman, although that was some seriously bizarre armor they were wearing.
Hungary shrugged, hefted her frying pan in one hand (she had, for some reason, woken up with it, and it was comforting to have something large and heavy to hit with if necessary) and strode up toward them confidently, clearing her throat. "Excuse me," she said. "Exactly where is this?"
---
Austria was somewhat surprised at how fast Italy was going. The boy had never been the most athletic person he'd met; then again, of course it wasn't like Italy to dawdle when there was danger behind him. He'd seen that often enough already, and pitied poor Germany at having to put up with it. (He'd told himself it wasn't his fault that Italy wasn't more competent, but he still couldn't help wishing that he'd trained him a bit more harshly. Perhaps then he'd have some sense.)
They reached the town quite soon, but the creatures didn't slow. Austria scowled and tried to pick up the pace. Italy was starting to stumble. Neither of them was armed.
He turned a corner and found himself face to face with a pair of young people, a boy with striking blue hair and pointed ears and a blonde girl who looked much more normal. There was no time, however, to think about their appearances. "Better run," he gasped, panting. He was not athletic either. "They're coming!" He pointed behind him, his hand trembling from exhaustion.

Zelos jumped a little at hearing a voice behind him, though he quickly covered it up, turning smoothly around to face the owner of the voice. "Hello, beautiful," he said in his silkiest voice, smirking slightly. Unlike the other two, this one looked truly human, and certainly was quite the specimen of one. Now that was more like it. "Are you lost?"
Surreptitiously, he eyed the frying pan with a bit of nervousness, praying to the goddess that she wasn't planning to hit anyone with it, remembering a girl who was all too likely to do just that sort of thing.
((Gah, short post...))

Rank and Larissa's trip down the road was thankfully uneventful, for the most part. At least, they hadn't encountered any more of those creatures yet. Larissa decided to take the chance to strike up a conversation. "So what's it like on Yosei Isle?"
"Hmm? Well, it's a pretty big place, really," Rank replied, "with a wide variety of sights to see. Forests, cities, mountains..."
"And there are lots of people there, huh?" Larissa chirped. "Do other people have blue hair like you?"
"Yeah. Often in different shades, though... some light blue, some dark blue, some..." Rank's voice trailed off, and his ears perked up a little. "Did you hear something?"
"Huh? Something like what?"
"I'm not sure, but I think I heard someone--"
Before he could finish that sentence, a bespectacled man appeared from around the corner, almost crashing into Larissa. The two stared up at the man, who had an exhausted look on his face, as if he had just been running for a while. Pointing behind him, he gasped, "Better run. They're coming!"
"They?" Rank wondered, glancing behind the man. Sure enough, he saw another man, this one younger than the first, being chased by some creatures like the one he had seen earlier. What were these creatures, and where were they coming from?
Larissa noticed the creatures as well, narrowing her eyes. She held up her wand, and stepped around the man that almost crashed into her. "Better stand back! You don't wanna get hurt!"
Saying this, she waved her wand in the air, making a fireball fly through the air. The fireball collided with one of the creatures, causing it to screech in pain. The attack only slowed the creature a little, however, and there was the matter of the other creatures as well.
Rank, having no real skill in combat himself, hoped that Larissa would be able to handle the creatures herself, and started looking around for some shelter. "Come on," he said to the bespectacled man, "we should find somewhere safer!"
He then dashed back in the other direction, wondering where he could take cover. Didn't they pass an alley earlier...?

(Bear with me, I've never RPed before so I may not be very good at this, feel free to correct me if I get something wrong) For those of you who know of my characters, I know Tosh and Owen are dead but I loved them so much I had to bring them back! Name: Captian Jack Harkness From: Torchwood Race: Human (51st century) Weapons: Skill in all firearms and hand-to-hand but prefers a World War II Webley. Special Abilities: Jack is sort of immortal. He can die but he is always resurrected though it is very painful and he is disorientated for a while afterward. He can also recover from near fatal injuries but only if they would kill him. He also has a Vortex Manipulator which can 'space hop' him through time and space though it is currently broken. Description: Jack is playful and witty, he is quick to take action and sees abstract solutions to problems. He also has a darker side that is ruthless and he has no qualms about sacrifice for the greater good, even if it isn't him. Name: Gwen Cooper From: Torchwood Race: Human (present day) Weapons: Skill in all firearms and small hand-to-hand Description: Gwen is inquisitive, loyal and brave. She provides a mod to Jack's dark side, helping him to see the good side of things. Name: Owen Harper From: Torchwood Race: Human (present day) Weapons: Can use guns, not a good shot Special Abilities: He is a doctor, a very good doctor. Description: Owen is vulger and shallow, he is a player with the women but he does have a soft side for the other team members even though he does insult them and is a bit of a jerk. Name: Toshiko 'Tosh' Sato From: Guess:D Race: Human (modern day) Weapons: Her brain Special Abilities: Tosh is a computer wiz and can understand complicated things quickly. Description: Tosh is caring and has a crush on Owen. She is insecure but also brave and is usually the voice of reason when Gwen gets a hot head. Name: Ianto Jones From: Torchwood Race: Human (modern day) Weapons: None though capable of defending himself. Description: Ianto is quiet and unassuming though he is very smart and quick witted. His role is usually as a butler type figure though he does far more then that but takes little credit. He is the most reliable member of the team. Jack sprinted around the corner, his coat flying heroically, just the way he liked it, and came to an abrupt halt. The Weevil was cornered and it knew it. The creature scrabbled frantically at the block wall behind it and looked around for an exit. When none presented itself, it turned its ugly face to the tall man who was advancing with a grin on his face. "I have anti-Weevil spray, Weevil tranquiliser and a gun hidden somewhere you don't wanna know. You're also cornered with no way out," he said, puffing, "I'd surrender if I were you." The Weevil snarled angrily. "Yeah," countered Jack, "I think you're an ugly git too so I guess we've got something in common. I'm just glad its not genetic," The rest of the team came skidding around the corner but stopped and watched from the roadside as their Captain advanced. The Weevil roared, baring is sharp fangs and charged at Jack who raised his gun and was about to fire. Everything went white. Suddenly they were somewhere else. Toshiko gave a frightened squeek while Owen swore foully. "Where are we?" Gwen asked no one in particular. It was still an alleyway but it was no longer night in Cardiff, it was broad daylight and the overflowing rubbish bins had been replaced by large wooden crates and barrels. The attacking Weevil had also vanished. Ianto poked his head cautiously around the corver...

((Since I also impersonated Curly, I decided to join in as her as well...)) Name: Curly Brace Race: Extremely humanoid robot Gender: Female Weapons: She can use more or less any gun, but carries her own machine gun Abilities: Her machine gun is powerful enough to propel her into the air. She also can create a protective bubble around her for a short period of time. Description: Curly is bright-spirited and very determined, sometimes almost too determined. She will fight to the point of destruction to prevent wrongdoing or protect those close to her. Whatever the circumstance, she is usually optimistic, often to the point of bubbliness. Curly also has amnesia and does not remember who she was or what she was doing until a short time ago. Curly hit the ground with a thud, wincing as she fell on top of her machine gun. She climbed to her feet, looking around warily. What in the world was this place? She'd just been hovering to the top of the Labyrinth when her surroundings had changed, she'd lost concentration, and fell... She looked around more carefully. This definitely looked nothing like anywhere she'd ever seen on the Island. What were these buildings even made of? She advanced through the narrow space carefully, keeping an eye out for any signs of life. She wondered if there were other people here... and if there were, did they know where they were? She bit her lip. She needed to get back to the Island; that robot she'd met and the Mimigas needed her. She started as she heard voices, and approached more carefully. From a distance, she eyed the group: three men and two women, most likely humans, though they didn't look quite the same as the ones who had come to the Island. Hefting her gun to point it in their direction, in case they were dangerous, she spoke. "Where are we, and who are you?"

Hungary crossed her arms impatiently. "Yes, as a matter of fact. I've never been here before in my life. It would be a nice start, though, if you could tell me where 'here' is." She rubbed a hand across her eyes; she was tired, as if she hadn't gotten much sleep. More than anything she wanted her nice soft bed and Austria, and the fact that she couldn't have either was beginning to irritate her.
---
Austria was startled at the fireball, but he realized there was no time for explanations. He followed the blue-haired man through the streets, looking over his shoulder to make sure Italy was still with him. The young man was, and didn't look half as tired as he should have been. He was even smiling, as if he thought this was rather entertaining. Austria scowled. Italy never had taken anything seriously. He was too used to Germany coming to the rescue in the nick of time, but Austria doubted that would happen right now. No one was coming to save either of them, and he doubted that the creatures would accept a cordial surrender.

Zelos raised an eyebrow just slightly at her irritable tone. This one didn't seem like someone he wanted to mess with. "Whoa, no need to get like that, babe," he said, making a 'calm down' gesture with his hands. "I'm not sure where this is either, to be honest. Maybe Meltokio slums... although the goddess only knows what I'd be doing there," he added more seriously, his eyes not once leaving the beautiful woman in front of him.
After a moment of silence, he beamed at her and commented, "You know, I've been thinking, and I bet you'd look much cuter if you wore something a little more feminine ♥."

Ianto froze.
"Captain," he said.
Jack and the rest of the team looked around and then drew their weapons in unison, pointing them at the newcomer.
Jack took a few steps foward and inspected her. She seemed to be humanoid but with a slightly metallic feel about her.
"Captain Jack Harkness," said Jack by way of introduction, "and who are you? You must be from Patroval. I dated a Patrovalian once but he was too hard."
Ianto couldn't help but grin even though he was the only member of the team not to have bought a gun along to the Weevil hunt. He wasn't yet regretting it.
Gwen stepped foward next to Jack.
"I think we should all just put the guns down, don't you Jack?"
Jack looked like he would dearly have loved to keep his weapon at hand but he nodded and looked to the stranger. She would have to put hers down first.

Curly bit her lip. "I'm Curly Brace," she said levelly. She looked over the humans. They looked a bit different than the ones she'd seen on the floating island, somehow...
Curly shifted her grip on the machine gun, ready to shoot them or launch herself into the air if they turned out to be with the Doctor.
"I'm not really sure where I'm from..." she continued. "Or who you are; but if you're with the Doctor, you're going down!"
She watched the human, waiting for him to put down his gun. She could take a beating if she had to, and she certainly wasn't going to put her gun away until they did the same with theirs!
