Don't forget the official website! ^_^ . . . And, Yoko Shimomura did it again. The Re:CoM version of 'Dearly Beloved' is so beautiful. It reminds me of the innocence of the universe . . . and my kindergarten and grade school days. X3 I could just listen to this song all day! Isn't there going to be a list of who's going to voice who, or is that only usually found out at the end credits? :/

Well, I don't know. >.> I have it in the Complete Soundtrack set, but I don't know if they ever released it individually XD Oh well. I'm wondering who will/is doing the music for Birth By Sleep. Really, really hope it's Yoko Shimomura or Kaoru Wada.

I'm guessing it'll be whoever did the music for the Birth By Sleep trailer, although I don't know who that is. Also, this is a fairly uneducated guess, so it has a good chance of being wrong.

Yoko Shimomura did the music for the BBS trailer, and I'm pretty sure she's doing the music for the full game, too. She did both KH and KHII, so there's no reason she wouldn't do BBS as well. ^^ As for voices, they sometimes come to light before the game is out, though I'm not entirely sure how or when that would be. =/ Marluxia better have a deep voice like in the Japanese version, though. XD

XD Yes. Marluxia definitely needs a manly voice, because he is SO much more manly than anyone gives him credit for. XDDD I do, however, hope Vexen gets a better voice than he did in the Japanese.... ^_^;

I think Vexen had a great seiyuu. *totally did not just look that word up* >_> As for Marluxia... he's a botanist with a thing for roses, his hair is long, puffy, and PINK, and his name is, well, "Marluxia". I think it's only natural that people don't think of him as being the most masculine guy around.

His seiyuu (yes, I copied that word >_>) does give a certain . . . Vexen aura to, well, Vexen. :/ I'm just worried about English!Vexen, though. :/ I hope he doesn't sound like some wannabe Einstein weirdo. :/ And yes, Marluxia DOES need a masculine voice. He doesn't deserve the gay credit he gets. Neither do any of the KH characters. :/ *runs away from yaoi fangirls*

Oh, right. If I didn't make this entirely clear in my earlier post, I agree Marluxia needs a masculine voice, as long as they don't overdo it. (For example, Mr T. voicing Marluxia might turn out as comical)

I'm just hoping he doesn't sound like Hojo does in the FFVII compilation. xDDD (Hojo's English voice reminds me of what you'd get if you tried to make an English version of Japanese Vexen, for some odd reason o_0; )

Also, the name “Unbirth” is an interesting enemy name choice. *Coughs and zips lips*

I was watching Corico play the Deep Jungle level (she had a really hard time defeating the invisible chameleon XD) and as I watched her play, I just realized that the Heartless were in the form of monkeys. XD
Which brings me to my question. Do animals also get attacked by Heartless? If they do, do their Heartless take form of the animals they used to be? Or are the Heartless just styled that way just to fit the world? XD Just asking. Also, no one told me there was a musical version of Kingdom Hearts II!

Depends on who you ask and your views on animal sentience/souls, etc.
Although, since Scar was said to be a Heartless in KHII, I'm guessing that in KH canon they can, although their forms are harder to ascertain.

X33 If it's normal animals turning into Heartless, I guess there's precedent for that - Scar - but if there are worlds of Kingdom Hearts where there are non-sentient animals, maybe those animals wouldn't turn into Heartless... Also it's interesting, because when people turn into Heartless, they don't look like Heartless-people the way there are, say, Heartless-monkeys. Or perhaps it's the latter, that when the Heartless invade the world they adapt to it. Maybe Shadows are the lowest, "basic" form but they can evolve into more powerful forms and adapt to their surroundings. Or maybe it's the fault of MAD SCIENCE. *imagines* "Vexen." "Yes?" "There are Heartless monkeys in the laboratory." "Yes." "Why?" "Because I can." "What in the name of nothing are you going to DO with them?" "... good question."

I've been thinking of joining for a while now, but I'm been putting it off and... whatever. I'm here. In response to this post: Interesting point. *imagines* "Vexen." "Yes?" "There are Heartless monkeys in the laboratory." "Yes." "Why?" "Because I can." "What in the name of nothing are you going to DO with them?" "... good question." It said somewhere (in one of the KH:FM only Ansem Reports, if I remember correctly) that "Emblem Heartless" were made to act like regular Heartless. (That's how the MCP was able to create Heartless.) So really, the only Heartless that were formed from someone losing their heart are Shadows, Neoshadows, Xehanort's Heartless, Scar's Heartless, and possibly Darkside.
So, even though that Mad Science thing was a joke, it really was how all of the other heartless were formed. (Which includes the monkey heartless. Xehanort and his pals had a twisted sense of humor.)
Here's the Ansem Report. (Relevant parts are underlined)
Of course, my sources may be completely inaccurate, but I can't look it up because I don't have my PS2, and the information MAY just be on Final Mix, which I don't have anyways.
