My sister bought Kingdom Hearts 2.5 remix today (which is basically a collector set for the final mixes of Kingdom Hearts II and Birth By Sleep as well as Re:Coded.) She's played KHII before but never BBS, so she asked me what character to play first since I told her you had to play them in a specific order to get the best story experience. Me: Play as Ventus first. He's the one who looks like Roxas. Her: Why isn't he just called Roxas then? Me: Because he's not Roxas. Her: Then why does he look like him. Me:  That's a spoiler and I'm not telling. Her: ...Where they just lazy with the character design. Me: Noooo, there is a canonical reason for it. It's even foreshadowed in 358/2 days if you're paying close attention. But it'll become clear later in the game. For now, I'm not spoiling. Her: Uuuuugh! |
