LOL. These cards are providing me endless amusement  I found the one I was talking about before, Senet Switch: "Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can move one monster on your side of the field to an adjacent unoccupied Monsted Card Zone". T__T I don't get it. That whole show should just get fired for that episode *fumes* Disrespecting the god cards! I think Yami only summoned it about twice. Once in Doma, when he did use the chant--a different version--and once in the final duel, where I think he used the chant as well. But he used a different chant than Marik. XDDDD Poor Yami. 1.  Really? Maybe they're....shpants. Shants? Shoe-pants! XD 2. Wow. I think I may have noticed that one but I'm not remembering which episode. EDIT: I found the link to part of the GX episode with Ra. It is very originally named 'Rah, Rah, Ra'. -_- www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Rt3-s9qudkWhat I find funny is that Pegasus actually mentions how the cards used to strike down the rare hunters, but then they kind of forget all about it. |

OMGWHATDIDTHEYDOTOIT?! D: And the rock music. It buuurns. And. Agh. You do not say 'diss' and 'Ra' in the same sentence. it's just WRONG. The old series had this... mystical-ish feeling to the God cards and all that. This... um, doesn't  because there is nothing mystical about the word 'diss'. |

I miss the ancient...like you said 'mystical-ish' feel to the God cards. And, in fact, to the whole series.
Doesn't help that none of the characters appear. *cries* Well, okay, Pegasus about twice, Kaiba...once? and half of Yugi's face. I think the Paradox brothers are in their too. Why the Paradox brothers and not Bakura or any of the Ishtars? I had so many favorite characters in this show, I'd love to see some of them return.

...n-no Bakura...? ;_; ...no Marik either...? ;_; x2 I share your pain T___T Actually, I'm glad they didn't appear, they don't deserve to be associated with the dreck that is YGO: GX. XP Speaking of such association how dare they use "YuGiOh" in the title, when the show doesn't include and isn't related to Yugi, or any of the other characters from the original. ... On a non-GX-bashing topic, I was wondering if anyone has seen YuGiOh: The Shadow Games? (for anyone who doesn't know, it was the very first series of YGO, made by TOEI animation. It was never dubbed or released outside of Japan) Its soawesome! If you're a YGO fan, I highly reccomend watching it. Only the first 10 episodes are subbed, but its still great to watch, even if you don't know what they're saying. Yami Yugi is awesome XD I love his voice. "YAMI NO GAME! ^_~" and Anzu (Tea) isn't as annoying as her Duel Monsters (dub) self You can laugh yourself silly at the sheer ammount of lime green that is in that show. (kaiba's hair, Bakura's eyes, skylines, inside Yugi's house, buildings, inside the hospital...etc.) and just the overall awful colours XD Yugi's Grandpa wears pink, Bakura's hair is this awful aqua blue...and Mokuba has dark blue hair with lime green highlights ) Not to mention, that the intro music is so PWN. Its too bad it wont ever be dubbed, but I think there's a good reason for that. The show is kinda violent (try to count the number of times Yugi, Jounouchi and Honda get the junk beat out of them XD) and there's no way they'd be able to edit that out and end up with an episode that makes sense XDXD If you want to watch it, This person has all of the episodes ^_~ |

It's nice to see an eviller side of Yami Yugi...I guess that's what the dubbed version was trying to get at with Waking the Dragons. Tea's a neutral point with me. I like her a lot, but the friendship speeches...are a bit much. xD I like the violence And the Spirit of the Ring is as cool as ever. I always liked the YGO episodes where there wasn't much dueling. Although evil!green-haired!Mokuba is creepy. |

Tea's friendship speeches are just too much XD I want to slap her silly when she starts them. XD Is it bad that I laughed when... It looked like Yugi was hit by that car? XD;; Don't get me wrong, I love Yugi. XD I think I just laughed because its something that SO would've been edited out of any dub XDXD and yes, Mokuba was very creepy...what was with that pimp outfit he had? ;; (man, I tend to make such long posts XDX So much to talk about.) |

XDDD I so want to see that scene in YGO. Maybe they'd add a 'No kitchen appliances were harmed in the making of this episode' tag. There's only maybe one or two I like. I didn't mind her mini-speech in the final episode. But otherwise...yeah, I want to slap her too when she starts them. No, I laughed then too. I laugh at most YGO violence. Like in Waking The Dragons dub, when Joey was supposed to punch Yami but it got censored out, so it's like....Joey's hand moving! Yami on floor! Waitasec, what just happened? ;; I can't remember how they did the whole 'Bakura got his arm cut' thing in the dub. I'm going to go try and find that. I know in the manga they showed the blood and the cut and the knife and everything. Yu-Gi-Oh deserves long posts Not like I'm obsessed or anything. |

Whaaaaat? That stinks! I wanted to see that part....mehhh.
Yeaaah. And it was a raw steak XD And all those parts in Memory World/Ancient Egypt when the blood was edited out--Tristan punching Bakura, Bakura trying to rip out Akunadin's Millennium Eye...
Bakura gets too little screentime already!

Yami gets punched!I remember seeing on Gaia, someone with an animated gif of Joey actually punching Yami over and over again, but I can't find it again. XD Actually, I remember seeing Bakura getting punched by Tristan. hmmm *think* I agree that Bakura doesn't get enough screentime! XO Winnerand more winner XDXD One of the best episodes ever. Anyone care to play the YGO drinking game? (with soda) ^_^ -Take a drink if people take the card game a 'little' too serious. -Take a gulp if Malik's voice scares you more than his Yami. (*plugs ears* actually, they're both pretty bad XD) -Drink every time they show Ryou not wearing that ugly sweater. (Sorry, Ryou...but that thing is hideous XD) -Chug the whole bottle if Tea gets through an episode without making any comment about friendship. (Doesn't count if she's not in the episode) -Down three bottles if Tristan gets a scene BY HIMSELF. (XD) -Take a sip if Yami Yugi and Yugi are the same height (They seem to Mario Error that a lot) -Take a drink when you notice that when Yami Yugi thinks, he sounds like Yugi. (its confused me a few times XD) - Take a big gulp for each gun that has been edited out of a shot. -Take a sip every time Dartz calls Leviathan, "Leviathin" (Maybe he's on a diet) -Tiny tiny sips every time you spot something lime green. (WARNING: Do not do this while watching YGO: TSG) -Drink half the bottle every time Yugi gets the snot beat out of him. (YGO: TSG...Seriously, how many times do they have to beat the poor little guy?) -Laugh yourself silly every time you notice that they've calculated the LP wrong, drawn the wrong monster in the scene, or made incorrect statements about monsters. (Yami Yugi: OH NO! The Dark Magician is my best Magic Card! *snickers*)

I loved that episode. It's one of the few I've got on tape.
XDDDDDDDDDDD Loving the drinking game. So playing it tomorrow with soda.
-Drink every time Mokuba gets threatened and/or kidnapped. (So far he gets kidnapped what, 6 times? Pegasus, Pegasus again, Umbra and Lumis, Noa, Yami Bakura...)
-Tiny sip every time something is said about 'The Heart of the Cards' (Which SO exists....really. I AM A BELIEVER!)
-Drink every time Kaiba comments on something to do with money.
-Take a drink every time Bakura is promptly ignored. (Ex: Battle City: I'm going to beat you, for Mai and Joey! ....what about Bakura? ;_;)

There's been another time niggling at the back of my mind all day, and now that I actually have to write it, I can't remember >_< They probably thought it was just dumb kids watching the show so they could get away with it. XDXD There were tons of times when they've drawn the wrong cards on the field, and I can't remember them all. D=
There was this ONE time...holy Ra. XDXD It was so funny. They were showing the 5 Exodia cards, and they were all talking about Exodia, and the cards went up on the screen in position to form Exodia....and....and. Watch for it, because Exodia has a right arm, head, left arm, left leg and left arm....hey wait! XDXDXD
Yeah, they drew a left arm card in place of where his right leg card should be. XDXDXDXD
It was in the Noah arc, in the virtual world...I think.
They've calculated the LP wrong on several occasions, I can't remember which one it was. XD
and I just love when they flip a card over and it has the wrong attack and defense points on it XDXD
