Making pets with boobs(is that a bad word here?) is within reason depending on how tnt draws it! Just draw a stuck out chest without details xD
Or make girls lips poke out more...but then it'll look like their always ready to kiss someone...ugh no!
Another ideal that would kill the neo artist is to make boys and girls diffrent shades of whatever color they are!
Light shades for girls and dark shades for boys!

0_o Maybe on some pets, but that might also look seriously weird... I don't really like the lip thing, either...
To be honest, I think if they really want to make them look different, they should just draw them in different poses. The eyelashes are just... annoying. As in, instead of making the pets look like girls, they make them look 'girly', which isn't really that great...
Maybe they could make putting eyelashes on an option?

You know, you all are making me feel almost guilty for having long, dark, eyelashes in real life.

Having different colors for girls and boys would be rather unfair. What if someone wanted one shade but the opposite gender? :/ I much prefer eyelashes to puffy lips. ; As for girls having a chest, it wouldn't be outside reason in that sense, but that would really make them stand out as being anthro... and I'm still not sure how the whole anthro/quad thing will be dealt with, if at all. Maybe they could give the males and females different body shapes? ... Actually, the eyelashes are probably fine.

I know femals can have the shapes of eyes with eyelashes without having eyelashes there like a longated diamond and guys can have that wideish ovalish or square shape to their eyes!

Oh, sorry, Nimras. The eyelashes just look really fake and obvious to me, hence my suggestion that there be 'false eyelashes' that are optional to add.
I agree that big lips would definitely be a bit creepy.
The eye-shape thing might not work, since neopet eyes aren't the same as humans', but it also might. Or other differences, just to make the pets look more masculine/feminine. Or no difference would be good too.

I think no difference would be better. The only way I can tell the difference between male and female animals is usually...well, a highly obvious way. One I doubt Neo would ever include But I guess, as the clothing feature makes them all quite cartoonish and cute, the eyelashes can't hurt much. As long as this is for the clothing feature ONLY.

Well, I guess they could make the male pets look slightly more muscular or something... but then they'd have to redo the clothes to fit. *shrugs*
I don't mind the eyelashes so much though.

Wow, can you imagine the guys and gals having different bodies or poses?? Dude, that'd double the amount of drawings for each item of clothing! Please people, think of the artists!

As much as it would be nice, that's not for Neopets artists to do. xD That's for you guys to come up with - I believe all pets are usually envisioned as being different, so you have to be able to picture yours as unique. There's no way this system is going to give everyone exactly the features they want, so creativity will still be invaluable when you're coming up with a pet design. There's only so much the artists can do.
*shrug* Actually, I've been playing around, and all in all, I don't really mind the eyelashes. I could easily get used to them; in some cases, like my Aisha Tyra, I actually think she looks funny without them. They're cartoony, like Neopets' style. Not much wrong there. I think it will take a while for everyone to get used to though.

I was thinking of the artists, sorry if it wasn't clear. What I meant was, if they really want to make them look different (which I definitely don't think they have to), it would be better to just draw two poses for each gender.
