Not sure if this is just for the clothes or what but how do you like them so far? www.neopets.com/~MaddyMaybe because it's a mutant it looks weird but scorchio is ..ugh...I'm not likeing that too much but I love some of those robot pets! o__o The mutan Hissi is look too cute for a mutant o__O Edit: I saw the other scorchio and it looks muuuch better ^^ *hugs it* it's just the mutant scorchio that looks weird for some reason. |

I guess some pets look better as girls and some look better as boys but I always thought it would be so cute to tell boys from girls for all pets and not just royals! ^^

Ack! I don't like the look of the Darigan aisha there... the personality is completely different (not to mention the random adding an extra toe on the front paws. x.x) If they do revamp aishas, I hope they don't touch my Darigan one. *clings to Dibbah*  I must say I do like the way the alien aisha looks without the suit, though... Aww, the grey pets seem to lose a lot of their charm when they just have the standard pose of the other pets. |

I don't think so. Just today they released the pink lutari and the other day they released a new krawk color. Why release new color if you are just going to revamp anyway?

 Ok her wings are grosser then normal (all huge and thick limbed), missing claws are no fun! but her head looks cute... @___@ as long as this change is for clothes only I won't* throw a hissy fit |

Yeah, I figure they'd only do this if you want to customize your pet. After all, I think they're trying to reduce the pet bodies to the fewest possible, to make it easier to fit clothes. I mean, it'd be a pain to have to draw a t-shirt an additional time for every grey pet just because they're hunched over or wringing their hands. If you like the special poses of the special colors, you don't have to give them clothes or whatnot.
Personally, I love a lot of the revamps. Most notably the Korbat, Draik, Usul, and Grarrl.

I finally tried it out on my Kyrii and OH MY GOSH. His eyes and the top of his hair are MISSING 0_0 I'm just going to go back to playing around with karina and Janichen, kthx... that eyeless stare is downright creepy...

I'm not really sure about the new Shoyru. Maybe I'm just used to the old one, but this design seems even cutesier than before. I know, people who have issues with "cutesie" shouldn't create Shoyrus in the first place. xD But they seem to have gotten a bit chubbier and stockier (sort of like the tiny plot Shoyrus). It makes my character's design look even more irredeemably anthro-like. Ah well. My idea of Kiyoshi's appearance isn't identical to the Neopets image one way or another, so as long as the image is fresh, clean, and updated, I'm happy. ^_^

I have one thing to say: Eww.
Okay, to be fair, not all of them are bad. But in my opinion, there are too many redesigns that are worse and far too few that are better. The eyelashes, bad. The fact that they all have to have their hands out like they're holding something, bad. The fact that all colours in the species have the same pose, bad. I am not a fan of the new designs, not at all. All in all, I do not approve.

I think these are just revamps for the new clothing feature, as others have already said. I find the Kiko disturbing. It's the little things, like bigger eyes and not-perfectly-round bodies and longer arms, that make the differences. But I wouldn't change how I draw her based on that, so I could get used to it. The Kiko's been due for a revamp for a while anyway, I guess. I wouldn't use the Quiggle revamp because it'd mess up my Quiggle's personality. The new Quiggle's mouth isn't even open. D: The grin is too small!  I kind of wish there was an option on having the eyelashes or not, or maybe a different way of showing male or female (but I can't think of what would work, within reason). Overall, though... I think the revamps look rather nice. :3 And since I think it's all going to be an option, I'm not worrying. |

Uhm.
I'm pretty sure these are just for the customize thing. I hope they are, anyway. The style is just too "cute" for my liking. Some of them do look good like that, but still... And the eyelashes... ugh. I'd rather they made males and females the same than did that.
