Reviews for Little Orby are always appreciated. I know that art doesn't look like all that much, but it is by far the most ambitious comic art I have ever attempted.

I always look to see if there's a "Spooky" comic - first thing whenever I get to the comics section. uhm. a little out of order. I'm procrastinating and it's a long weekend for me, which means I'm reviewing everything on that lis. SPOOKY - ghostkomorichu I just wanted to comment on Komori (he's the glowing one, right?)'s "fainted" pose. It makes me so happy to see his legs sticking up so awkwardly - I think it's really cute. heh. Little Orby - Tashni Your art is improving! I think so, at least. I audibly "aww"d at that last scene. Poor little Orby...! Maybe you could have made his eyes well up with tears, but it's just fine without. And I think that font really suits the Faerie Queen. |

Brothers'n'Sister - Twisted Luck (Paint Brush Luck) II - Kamikatze - Wow, that's one ticked off Neopian! Very nice artwork. I only worry that there's too much talking, it distracts from the humor of the final couple panels.
Spooky - Like Psycho said, the passed out Korbat is so funny and cute! The final pic of a casual Von Roo was good, too. For some reason I find his facial expression perfect.

I also love the banter between the two lab workers. You can tell that they just do the minimum amount of work it would take to keep them out of trouble.

Spooky-Heh, good joke. I like where this is going. Still not you're funniest joke, but I'm hopeful. ^^ Art's good as always.
Little Orby-I'm not sure I understand this one-is Orby wishing to go back to the Space Station? If so, it's good. Not your funniest comic either (I'm partial to the Altador Cup one ^^) but still good overall.
Some Kind of Sandwich?-Wow, this one's funny. Nice job, Ish. ^^ You've got a very sarcastic voice, I like that (and envy it too. XD) Good ending, and all in all a strange but oddly compelling story. Seemed to be like something you'd tell a friend or something. XD Good job. ^^

I love the descriptions for where they live… Managing to make it real, yet still remain obvious that you’re not on Neopia anymore. Though I do kind of wish it was made a little clearer what exactly they’re cadets off… Pilots? Engineering?

Comics for now, short stories providing I have the time tomorrow. ^_^ Brothers'n'Sister - Twisted Luck (Paint Brush Luck) II - KamikatzeI quickly went and read the first part of this comic, though I didn't find it as funny as the joke should have been, I feel. Moving on to this comic, I found it was much funnier than the first. I did notice a few tiny details that you missed, however - in the second and fifth panels, part of the wall is white, and in the first two, the triangle behind the picture's wire is also white. Aside from that little bit, I found the art was beautiful - and the Neopian at the end! Well...Sloth will be having nightmares for quite some time. ^_^ Very nice job overall! Little Orby - TashniWow, Tashni, I feel this is your best artwork in the Orby series yet! Very nice, indeed! And Fyora is just beautiful, very enchanting! ...yet, I found her text somewhat hard to read... I loved the joke, I honestly did, though whereas Psycho "aww'd", I burst out laughing! LOL! Really, it was great! But...I don't understand the thought-bubbles of the Space Station. However, I still loved this Little Orby! Good job. A Spooky Halloween pt 2 - Komori*laugh laugh laugh* ... *gasp gasp gasp* ... *must...breathe...must stop...laughing* That was great, Komori! The artwork was, as usual, awesome (I simply wish I could think of an original way to say that  ). The image of Komo lying there fainted was heartbreaking, and yet, at the same time, hilarious. I can't wait for next week's comic! |
