Shad and Saura: A Week in Bogshot - Part One by ssjelitegirl
Yey, another Shad and Saura story! “"He's in a witch's hut and what does he do? That's right, he drinks from the cauldron of some glowing icky stuff. Nice. Well done, Shad.” Hee! I hope this has repercussions later on in the story. Clopsy is a nice touch. Can’t wait to see how they end up after that chapter ending. *grin*

Dusk in Tyrannia: Part One by alkuna_
Oh, Tyrannia; a world that’s often ignored. Having lived with that kind of linguistic difficulties, I could totally feel for Dusk. It will be interesting to see how she deals with the rest of the culture clash. *grin*

The Gallion Ranchby pacmanite I really like the art style here – simply, yet conveys the characters frustration. *grin* And it’s funny ‘cause it’s true.

Thanks for the review. Yes, the line about how he was going to shed his "pathetic Eyrie form" was supposed to let you understand his transformation to a Korbat. Don't worry, I did my research there. *laughing* I have to admit, I used to think he looked like an Eyrie in the flashbacks in the first Meridell plot, myself. Then I saw an enlarged screencap and realized that what I had thought was the end of a beak was in fact a goatee. This still cracks me up. I didn't read "A Weak Heart" until after seeing your comment about having done your research, so I was exceedingly confused for a while because I thought you intended it to fit in with the plots. I was spinning all these odd theories about how maybe you meant for Maelstra to be Ambition (of the Three), and for him to go from Yellow Eyrie to Shadow Eyrie to brown (well, white with brown ruff) Korbat, become ruler of a far-distant land, and put on an act to gain everyone's loyalty there, while secretly waiting for Maelstra's machinations to send Meridell into famine and direct the knights to Darigan to capture the Orb and plunge them into devastation, so that they could then go looking for it, take Darin's revenge, and he could pretend to become corrupted..... I couldn't place Kayla, who'd come to Meridell about the time the Citadel started attacking, so I decided this Kayla must be some predecessor of Lisha's Zafara pal. Then I read Nimras's review and realized that I was being a doofus! It is a clever idea, well executed, and I agree with her about how deftly you showed Maelstra's characterization and her place in Faerieland, and what she's like when she is and isn't being crossed.

Underwater "Fishing" by gliderames
Whoa, another fishing comic. I like the detail; especially the Draik! One does wonder about those plugs that keep coming up…

The Adventures of Zezzer! by peri0neo
*squnts* Is that last thing the Garrl spits out the power negg eraser the Lupe was talking about in the first panel? If so, a cute bit of irony. I really like how the Lupes stars stayed consistent… no ‘orbiting’. *grin*

Shoyru Squadron: Agents of Faerie by the_darkjedi
You mean… they weren’t concentrating firepower to begin with? I thought that… Sorry, too much strategy stuff for Nimras. I like how you divided up the panels, it really makes it seem more fast paced and unplotted with that diagonal cut.

The Adventures of Leona and Kaa: Lunch anyone? by _ob1_kenobi_
The poor Spyder! I do wish the characters had changed positions between the panels though, they seem so static when they don’t move. I really like the shading on the Techo though.

Ways to Destroy a Pesky Owner by zipperaward
Heh, that reminds me of my mother in law’s “Sit down so I can hit you!” she aims at my 6’3” husband. It would be nice to see exactly why the Mynci wants out though… I like the use of multiple shades in the coloring of the sky and the grass. Nice touch.

have to agree on the static one though, sometimes it works, depends on the joke, it kind of worked here, not so well as slight movemnts would though

To Be Unnormal Or Not to Be Normal by danish_demon
Hehehe, gottta love the effects of the Lab Ray. You don’t have to put that “I got into the Times!” comment at the bottom… *mumbles about pet peeves* I really like Mint’s eyes, they convey the right expression each time. *grin*

Thank you for the reviews, Tay and Nimras! I really appreciate it! Nimras - The Grarrl spits out a Veespa in the final frames Although him spitting out a Power Negg eraser would've been funny!

Swoot Thanks for the review Speaking of the avatar, I'm just one away :3 Wish me luck! When reading through it, I even thought to myself that it was a bit short for an article of mine, especially when I tend to drone on and on (haha ) but nonetheless, thanks for the review! =]

Oh yeah, if possible, I'd like to get my comic "To Be Unnormal Or Not to Be Normal" added to the reviews list. Thank you ^_^ Ack. I can't believe I haven't added your comic. Sorry. ^^; I'll edit the post now. Haha, Belle, I'm glad you liked it. This has been my first piece in a LONG time, since the Christmas issue to be exact. School's been overwhelming, and I'm hopeful that I can recover from it over this summer. ^^ Anyways, I first got this idea from a Storytelling competition where it mentioned Thyora as her mother. I noticed the "-yora" suffix, and it all kind of came off from there. ^^ I started it not thinking it would become the enormously huge piece of work that it now is. It took me roughly three days to start and finish. I didn't realize just how enormous it was until I was done with it, but I realized the limit on articles was 50,000 words so I didn't think much of it. I knew it would be daunting, but I figured it would fit the whole "encyclopedia entry" better if it was all in one piece. As for the facts... Well, I made up a TON of it. It was fun, though. =D I tried to make sure I included things that were prevalent in today's Neopia, like Thyora's Tear and the Hidden Tower and all that, so that it wouldn't become too much like a boring history lesson. ^^ Anyways, I'm really glad you liked it. =D Thanks so much for the review! Just three days? I'm impressed. pXD And, your imagination must've been working overtime with everything you've put in. ^^ I can't wait to see what you come up with next. p;) Swoot Thanks for the review Speaking of the avatar, I'm just one away :3 Wish me luck! When reading through it, I even thought to myself that it was a bit short for an article of mine, especially when I tend to drone on and on (haha ) but nonetheless, thanks for the review! =] You're welcome. ^^ And, just one away? Congrats in advance, then. p:)
