I mentioned Chet in my two articles this week (73). No one seemed to notice, though. At least no one neomailed me about it...
I wonder if we need to make it more obvious, or just give it time?

Give it time. Mentioning Chet in several different ways from several different sources will have an effect. People may not notice it right off, but after awhile people will start think "Just who IS this person?" and even a few may THINK they "know". Patience, patience.  |

bwhaha.. maybe just have that chet is red.. and if you ever do want to describe him.. or draw him.. put together a bunch of neopet's main things.. like you could describe a scaley skeith tail attached to the squishy goodness that is a chia tummy.. bwhahahaa.. as you can tell.. hwk has made me insane What if people start looking up a pet called chet. Wouldn't claws make it more kougra-like? Personally, I saw it as a lupe paw, but then that's my natural bias.  I think since many Neopets have paws, people can imagine it to be just about any species they want... Why dont you do a flipper with claws...yet again may have been said before....or not...*ahem* |

Spy? He does NOT spy! THAT is a conspiracy. Oh, you may THINK that Josh is spying, but it is just rumor and innuendo. I don't know that there really IS a Josh, or Mr. Shankly. What evidence do we have? An account with Mr. Shankly attached to it. Email from some faceless person. I say it all adds up to graffitti and miscellaneous paw/hoof/claw prints. AHA! Yeah..I can imagine after it's really noticed...I can just see some idiot write an article (or a short story)explaining who Chet Flash is...and then it gets into the NT...and then our fun is ruined....because: A. they really wouldn't know who he is so they'd make up a bunch of stuff like "yeah, he's a Red Kougra who likes to spray paint his name all over people's Neohomes and is real name is George and he works for Dr. Sloth..." B. anyone reading it (besides us) would think it's all true... heh, I'm thinking too much. That'll probably never happen. Mabey if mr shlankey get into ch enough....he wont put an article like that in the nt. |

You know that if it gets too popular, some moron will most likely try (and hopefully not succeed) in doing something like that...how dare they steal our Chet Flash! I'd be so mad...ooh.... I can imagine the Neo messageboards now... "who iz chet flash?  !!!!!!!1" "why r peeps keep talking about chat flash?"   ;D It really gives you a reason to actualy get off ur but and get in the times. But mabey i shud consult this with a therapist. |

OK, i looked it up and there is an eyrie called chet and a frozen pet called Chet_flash Somebody made an account with chet_flash as a pet, then froze it. That way nobody could claim the name. All is according to plan, heh heh heh. |

Anyone's allowed to mention Chet Flash, right? I'm working on a story that I think I might even finish ( ); if I do, could I mention him? (I'm thinking it was said earlier that anyone could take part in the conspiracy, but I'm not sure.) |
