Felicia, I hope you don't mind me asking but in a story I was going to use walkie talkies which were purchased on the space station. Would those be allowed within the Times? Ah! Therein lies an answer. Nothing says that radios and items CAN'T come from the space station. And the radio station can be housed on some level of the Space Station (Think of the coverage!). However, providing electricity to OPERATE those items might be a problem. I hope you have LOTS of batteries.

Two empty cans of prune juice strung together with a ball of blue yarn may be the best ya can hope for there... But my sis just brought up the same question-- there are computers and high-tech stuff on the Space Station-- does that mean only Dr. Sloth can have high tech stuff-- no one else?

About the non human-cross species thing...I think that only applies to humans being half Neopet, right? I'd like to think Anthros (humans with animal qualities) and furries (animals with human qualities) are still allowed.
I mean, Jeran is a Furry for example.

Hey Felicia, did you get that article of mine last week or so called Neopia In Just Under 2000 Words? It had quite a few suggestions in there about how Neopia works. I did mention phones and cars and such, but they were just to tell the reader that there were no such things. Is that okay to have that in an article?

Hmmmm..... Does Neopia have a sun? I'm sure it must. What's its name? I do have a reason for asking. I am working on writing a fiction work and I'm just shooting for accuracy.

The NT is beginning to look like a baby's playpen--nothing sharp, nothing questionable, nothing that resembles that the things in it were written or drawn by people. No phones? No computers? No cars? Bloody things, non-space station computers, and cars exist or are alluded to in Neopia.
To be honest, this really disgusts me.

The fact that Felicia is the one who's being made to tell us all these restrictions, to tell us that no, just because you want to include cars you can't be in the Times. All I can say is if I were the person making all these rules I would get my butt over here and make it dead clear that I was the one to blame and take all the rants, not let someone else do it. I don't believe in others taking the blame for my decisions. I don't care if it is a job, I still think it's low.

I have a quick question - is time travel allowed? Like, theoretically, can Bluey go back to the 1930s type era, with all the mobsters and prohibition and everything?

*sigh* So I guess this means no more explaining where humans come from/how they got to Neopia, right?
*crosses out humongous chunk of "list of things to write about"*

I think my stomach just ate itself. I think that I have just been retroactively shafted. In the Golden Juppie, it is hinted at that where ever Morgan is from, it's not Neopia. I'm trying to understand the implications. Is it eight months of work down the hole? I'm trying so hard to figure a way around all this, but I just don't know. I've already had to write out a male Faerie character who had a lot of plot attached to him, but I could live with that.
How, how, how, am I supposed to continue this comic? I honestly feel physically ill at this point. Can someone show me some light? (This is to say... I have an ending in mind, I don't think it's what people would expect. But how do I get around where Morgan is from, and the posibility of her going back?)
Please, someone help me. I can't just throw this away.
(I hope that I didn't sound like I was mad a Feli, as this is most certianly not the case. She has been a great help to my on many occasions, and has offered wonderful support to all of us.)

Did anyone ever difinitively answer how we get to Faerieland? Eyrie taxi? If so, what does that mean--some kind of carriage pulled by Eyries, or people riding on Eyries' backs?
If we aren't allowed to have cars, are we allowed boats?
I always pictured Neomail being delivered by pneumatic tube and I mentioned that in a story. Is that allowed?
Thanks for being so patient with us, Felicia! I, for one, really appreciate it. You're the only staff member who's ever actually offered to explain anything, as far as I know.
