I've received a handful of cards over the past few weeks, and I'm just now getting to posting about them all lol.
Allison Yours came first! Very cute card and photo inside, I love your sloth's name haha. Thank you! :3
Nimras Love the dog puns and little 3D details they added to the card =D Thank you as well for the Neo TCG card, I've never had one of these before =0 It and the beautiful holder it came will be going right on my little Neopets shelf~
Carolyn Ooo it is a beautiful card, agreed that the scene would fit perfectly for Terror Mountain! I love the message and little doodle inside as well, very cute <3 And bonus Pokemon cards and ornament as well?? =0 The Faerie Pteri sticker is especially gorgeous! Thank you so much!
Birdy So many stickers, and a ton of them still ready to be used! Thank you, they will do well in my sticker stockpile that will inevitably come in useful in the future :3 The mountain sticker is also a cool addition, I think it's neat including a more personal touch like that! I also love all the guitar related stickers and notes on how much of a dork Audo would be at Christmas time haha. Thank you! :3

Ginz ❤, your card came today! I love the "Joy" theme, outside and in! And to you or anyone else who may wonder if it's "too much" to get me a card with "Joy" on it, I assure you it is not. Now, this also doesn't obligate you to get me a card with "Joy" on it, but maybe I should explain why it means so much to me. So, first of all, even though I may be a bit biased, I've always liked how my first and middle names sound together. But beyond that... My dad LOVED middle names. He would call his wife Tricia Ann (short for Patricia. She goes by Pat, and my dad is the ONLY one who ever called her "Tricia.") He called my brothers Mark Timothy and David Jeffrey. And of course, me, Allison Joy. But it was a term of endearment, not a sign that we were in trouble. To us the sign of being in trouble was the use of our LAST name. So my middle name took on even more significance once Dad passed... it's kind of a legacy that he's passed on. Now when I sign up for new websites, I will often use AllisonJoy as my username. So no, I will never tire of cards associated with my middle name. And that's your sappy story for the day.

Nimras The puppy card is adorable!! <3 It made me smile a lot and I showed it excitedly to my dog even though she can't see, but I can tell she approved. My husband was also very amused at the Feliz Navidog pun, hehe. The beautiful envelope with cherry blossoms is very beautiful too! Is it the kind that's gifted on Chinese New Years? I also adore the Shoyru Plushie card, it's super cute! I'm so excited to have a Neopets TCG card now! And the d20 sticker is, of course, awesome! Thank you so much for sending such cool and thoughtful goodies in addition to your lovely card. <3 Yes, that's a red envelope! They're most famous for New Year, but they can be given for a bunch of occasions and holidays, or even if you're just visiting someone!

A few cards came in while I was away in New Jersey and two came in today, yay! Twillie- I love the American Goldfinch. Seeing as I just moved from New Jersey and that was my state bird... it's a nice touch of home. Plus, those 3-D stickers are really rad--love the Hummingbird as well. Here's to many great adventures in 2024. Huntress - Ahh I love the postcard with the sparkles, the doodle, and I think it's a tower of... cinnamon rolls? Wonderful as always, and a Happy New Year to the kiddos as well. Birdy- Oh my goodness, you've upped your sticker game this year, haha. Your cards never fail to brighten my day. That Naturalist Rally sounds like a wonderful time! It reminds me of Bioblitzes but on a much larger scale. If you're there this year, feel free to PM me some nature photos I look forward to it~ Pixie- Gosh, I love this card. The way that you added the sparkly background makes it a lovely art piece for my Duck Shelf(tm) (patent pending). I'm happy to be your friend as well. Lovely message, awesome Pokemon stickers, and birbs. What could be better?

Huntress and Fraze, I got your card the other day. I used Google Translate to try to translate the card, and I'm curious as to how close it got... Going to try to add as attachments.

Thaaat is actually an excellent translation (dang, is this really how good Google has gotten? there goes my job security). Apparently it's from a 1915 poem/song and I've seen it on our Christmas cards on more than one occasion.

While we were away in Japan, some cards dropped into our mailbox! We finally got them and read them. ^^ Birdy Thank you for the adorable stickers, and the beautiful sunset stickers especially. We also loved all the stickers on the envelope and inside the card. Basically, yay stickers! But the card itself was really cute too. :3 Ginz ❤ We were amazed to find your card had arrived before March! =O It was really sweet to read, thank you. We hope you can be at our wedding too, somehow. Also the card was lovely. The design was gorgeous, and the message was welcome.

Carolyn - I owe you an apology because this is a very belated notice, but your card got here I think a little over 2 weeks ago now. I had a bit of a rough start to the year, having caught a cold I took a while to recover from, but then it just kept slipping my mind to post, I'm sorry! Better late than never, though, so now you know it got here safely. <3
Thank you so much for the lovely card and message, and all the other cool goodies you included, I feel spoiled! The handmade Christmas ornament is gorgeous, and I put it up on my tree right away! I know in some places people take down their Christmas tree right after the 25th (which makes me sad!) but I'm Mexican, and here it'd be a crime taking it down before Three Kings Day on January 6th at least. This year I actually decided I'm leaving it up until February 2nd, Día de la Candelaria, which is a catholic holiday I've never actually celebrated myself, but I feel culturally justified to leave it up until then! All that to say the ornament has had its time to shine, and it will still get a few more days (not to mention future years!) Thank you as well for the Neopets stickers and the TCG and Pokemon cards! They're all so cool and I was really excited to get them! <3
Birdy - Your card arrived today! Thank you so much! <3 I absolutely love how both the envelope and the card are packed with stickers, and how they're all so cute and festive. Definitely made me smile! Also, omg, the wax seal is the cutest thing!! I opened the envelope from the side so it would remain intact, I definitely didn't want to risk ruining it. The card is gorgeous and I love that you wrote on it in pink, my favorite! Thank you also for even more stickers! I'm very excited to use them, though I'm thinking of saving them for the next swap... if I put them on cards for other NTWFers, does it count as a three-way swap? I'll be sure to mention they're from you if I do, haha! World-traveling stickers, that sounds fun! Anyway, thank you again. It made my day. <3

Ooo, it's here - the pokemon-stickered card with its pretty Japanese stamp from Thundy and Celestial . The card got promptly abducted by the kids and carried around the house, eventually landing on the hallway bench where Amy went and loafed down on it. So it has been very thoroughly appreciated. Not gonna lie, the line "hopefully the dark post-Christmas days are not treating you too badly" hit me because we've frankly had a pretty miserable week fraught with illness and child-juggling and falling behind on absolutely everything until I forcibly dragged the entire family out to the store today to touch grass or die trying. And when we came back in after all of that, we found this card in the mailbox. I'ma take this as a good omen as well as the ongoing reminder to continue the grass-touching for the sake of everyone's sanity C: also, thank you for the stickers! and the flower drawings! and the good meetup juju (got some skyscanner notifications set up, yes we do)

Birdy, you will be happy to know that your replacement card arrived safe and sound. I don't know if you went to the post office and told them this, or if you were sending them vibes, or what, but the envelope had a giant stamp on it that says "non-machinable." So... you know. Even USPS didn't want the same thing to happen this time! And the stickers!! So many stickers. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but you totally gave me stickers that spell my middle name...
