It's super great! I love it! It's great to see Neopets in their original, animalistic style and take a bit of a break from the anthropomorphic shift.
Love the lakeside view behind them. I wonder if its based on a real location? 
The kid's expressions are pretty much spot-on. (Parlebb's is my favorite. XD) Though, my only gripe is that it kind of looks less like Arthur's smiling and more like he's squinting in pain, as if Parlebb nudged him really hard.
But other than that, it's great!
