So, I went on neo and found that I'd been logged out. I tried logging back in, but it told me my password was bad. I was able to reset my password just fine, but I still couldn't log in. It turns out I've been frozen.
I can only assume I was frozen for my own protection, because (aside from that drama a few years ago) I've never done anything to even deserve a warning or silencing.
I really don't know what to do. Will I get another chance if I don't include the right info in a ticket, or will my account be gone forever? I'm really panicking here. I'm shaking all over, and I can barely think straight. I feel like someone's just died. I don't know what to do.

Submit a ticket with all the information you can. They'll need the birthday and current/original email for sure, but anything you can include seems to be helpful, especially NC purchases. If you leave anything off that they need they'll just ask you for it in my experience.
I'm so sorry that happened to you, I hope you have good luck getting your account back.

Alright, thanks. That takes a whole lot of pressure off of my mind. ^^;
I don't remember what birthday I used for that account. I made up a completely random date because my mom told me not to give my real one. I think it was in February and 1992. but I can't remember the exact day. Hopefully that won't matter. >>;

A guide was actually recently made and stickied on what to do in scenarios like this, if you'd like to check it out. Hopefully it can help you get your account back, I'm sorry this happened to you

Oh god. That sucks.
This happened to me a few years ago, and I did get back in with time and patience. Last I was up on account security, it just all depended on how much reliable information you could put forward. Things like hidden tower purchases, what was in your SDB, books read, NC purchases, NC trades--basically any info that isn't visible to the public.
Do you have access to the e-mail attached to the account? If so, I would go change your pass on that, too, as it may be how any scammers actually got in. On top of that, in my case, after one month TNT closed the support ticket and sent me an e-mail requesting more information, and when I provided it I got in. So you're potentially going to need some way for them to contact you.

I'm so sorry Just remember it's a lot better to give them accurate info after a few days, rather than sending a ticket now that's full of (incorrect) guesses. If you can't remember your birthday, tell them what you do remember and about what your mom told you to do. It sounds like you're in shock which is understandable, so take some time to calm yourself down until you're ready to think. Try and remember all the quirks about your account that aren't immediately obvious - all the emails you've used (knowing the original is key), all the PINs you've used, any NC or Premium you've bought (receipts are good!), trades (NP and NC) and pet transfers you've done, if you've submitted any Art Gallery or NT entries recently that didn't get accepted maybe mention those because they might still be kicking around in the system. Any and all unique things only you (not the public, not whoever was in your account, just you) would know. As Breakingchains pointed out, make sure to fill out the email form on the ticket with an email you actually use. They very well may wish to contact you that way. Good luck! It won't be an easy task but at the end of the day, if you were frozen for your own protection then TNT does want to give your account back. Them being firm about wanting certain info is just them wanting to make sure they're giving it to the real owner and not the thief.

Man, seems like this is happening to a lot of people lately—happened to me about a month ago. :/ But yeah, just fill out a ticket with as much information as you can and hope for the best.

Oh, Geo. :S I'm so sorry, dude. Can you use your submission history as a means of proving who you are? You'd know what was or was not rejected and the like...

I don't think I can, I don't normally save those but I listed my first entry and my most recent entry. I also gave them my original deactivated email that I used to register my account. The only thing I'm unsure was if there is an underscore or not...but the actual email and domain I know.
I don't remember NC and I didn't purchase any this year. I do remember my premium subscription and confirmation number. I sent as much as I can and frantically updated the ticket as I remembered more things.

Also in this club with two accounts. Rottweilerchika will be resolved pretty quickly as I remember the NC card I redeemed on that account like nine years ago and I remember the email associated with the account.
I just pray my hyonaknoll account is returned to me- I'm like 73% certain I remember which email that one was signed up with but it was during a time my sister ticked off a hacker and he kept stealing all my yahoo accounts. (You remember the Kha0s dude? That one.) So it's one of five possible accounts and it'd be easier if I had EVER purchased NC on that account, but man, Alice is serious about account security. XD I guess that's actually a good thing for all of us.

I was told my account was hacked by someone that observed my account on the AC posting obscenities. I updated that ticket with this info and also a bit more about locations where my IP addresses usually map to. I don't travel much so anything outside of where I live and work is suspicious. I hope they can use this to realize that I wasn't posting bad things.

Just last week I heard of someone else getting hacked and the exact same thing happened with obscenities on the AC. Really shady to do stuff like that so accounts get frozen for bad behavior rather than for the user's protection. I imagine TNT handles accounts that were frozen for breaking the rules differently than they do for hackings. Best of luck convincing them.

I'd imagine they would have to look at past behavior. I don't even post on the AC ever. I have warnings on my account from many years ago that weren't for obscene language but offsite links. So hopefully they can figure this out.
The status of the ticket is now WIP.
