What do I do?
I've never had this happen before. I don't know what to do.
This is my oldest account...my MAIN account and it's suddenly gone!
I was on it yesterday and all I did was play that Trudy game! I didn't do anything!
...what do I do! Please help!

First of all, calm down.
Secondly, send Neopets support a ticket with as much account information as possible to try to restore it.
*hugs* I am sorry your account got disabled but I promise, it is not the end of the world. <3 You can still get it back. Hopefully Neo-support will be cooperative.

(Apologies for the late reply, my internet went out at the worst possible time.) Shh. *pats you* It's okay, you're okay. This is not the end of the world. Account info as in...anything you know about your account that only you can know and people cannot glean from your userlookup. Old passwords, old emails, stuff you have in your SDB, stuff you have in your inventory, amount of NP you have in the bank...basically anything you can use to prove that you are the owner of the account. Send a ticket to Neopets Support with that information and they will restore your account. Most likely a hacker got into it and it was disabled for that reason, not because of anything you did. |

When my account was hacked, the only thing neopets really cared that I knew was my original email that I used to make the account. I had to do a LOT of guessing, but that was what did it in the end!

Don't worry too much about items yet. Old e-mails, passwords, neofriends, and your pet records (which ones you've created, adopted/abandon, transferred) are more important, if you can remember those. Once you get your account back you can work out what happened with your items/points, and support can check your logs.
Once you get a ticket in, you might want to post the ticket number on the "Ticket Response Waiting Board" on the Help Chat, if you can. I did that and got a pretty quick response. (Granted, I posted at noon and my ticket had already sat for a week.) Even if you don't get one quite that quickly, it's still nice to be able to talk with other people in similar spots.

Welp. Looks like my main account is gone.
I got a status update and they want the original email. And I can't remember it AT ALL.
The class at school that it was made under that email has long gone. So I won't be able to get the email even if I asked the school for it.
Not to mention they most likely won't have those email records from way back in 2003.
Well, guess it was fun while it lasted. I'm gonna go be sad now.

If it has a school-specific domain, that's even better, since then you can at least show a highly specific domain name (rather than something like gmail or yahoo). |

It seems strangely epidemic currently... My dad got locked out on 8th of October, and right now I can't access my account, though I did play Trudy earlier. *sigh* *returns to the shadows to lurk some more*
