No, just a few. For a small team like BV though, that's a significant blow to their neoboard presence. TY has also suffered a round of unfair freezings yesterday (seems like JS are running whatever is freezing these people every Friday, so with any luck we've seen the last of them).
Old TNT did this as well - it was a mistake they never really recovered from as it caused them to be more cautious dealing with AC cheaters through fear of catching legit players again, effectively allowing ACGs to gain the strangle hold they did.

I've pretty much been unable to play YYB at all; for some reason the game just stutters and freezes whenever I try. Might be the ads or something? I haven't really been on Neo for ages.

Have you tried playing it in low quality? I don't have the links right now ( I'm on my phone) but it helped me on my slow and old laptop.

I guess it's times like this that I'm glad I don't have the time or energy to try for all star.

I do wonder what's the exact thing which marks a player suspicious of cheating. Maxing out all the games? A stretch, it's possible to do. Consistent high scores for all their games? Once again, they just don't send in low scores. I max out Yooyuball and Shootout Showdown, though I don't really both much with the other two and also I send in any score I get as long as it isn't too low (I've sent in plenty of 9s in Yooyuball (stupid Darigan Yooyu) and also plenty of games where the opponent scored on me). If I was on a team that was winning this year would that be enough to prove I'm not cheating or just because I maxed out YYB and frequently get high scores am I susceptible?

Well, Staff Tournament prizes are out, only they're the extremely useless prizes from last year. Don't claim them @ the moment as it's more than likely a glitch

JN made a post about it saying it was. Though apparently it has been taken down. It was also only counting your first round score.

EDIT: JS said the prizes will be released on July 1st.

Brightvale and Tyrannia's situation kind of makes me confused. One minute they could be in the top 3 and then later, they become last, to just return to the top spot before flopping again. Are they continuously being nerfed? The rest of the teams are pretty stable.

Probably. The cheaters most likely stockpiled extra accounts to use in the event of getting frozen. Which is why you see the wave pattern. Low scores = nerfed accounts, higher scores = a fresh batch of accounts, which then get nerfed and continues the cycle.

Does anyone know if SOTAC and Stealth members got hit like the regular players? (a simple yes or no would suffice if they don't want too many details getting out, since I know Stealth in particular is, well, stealthy about their members and such)

Wow, it's pretty unfair to freeze the account of legit players. And what's worse, the elite players are aiming for Double all-star, which puts them at am even higher risk. Does Stealth have any posts on the AC Board? I've never seen any Stealth member communicate before.

There are a couple of SOTACs on the Tic-Tac (or something similar-sounding) board, although I can't see it 'cause my account is silenced. They do post there, so you could check to see if they've been frozen or not. 

Edit: On another note, I forced myself to play until I leveled up a rank. Proud Rank 12 player now xP

I think JS doesn't have a clear way to tell which accounts are cheaters. They know which teams have cheaters based on scores, but they can't tell the humans from the bots. In the past, maxing all the games was a good metric because only a few crazy, legit players would quad-max... along with all the cheaters, but now it's actually pretty doable for the average player from all reports. Hence why there are so many legit users getting frozen. JS certainly don't have the manpower to look at the history and user behavior of every account playing for the infected (for lack of a better word) teams, so they just freeze everyone.

I don't think Stealth members openly talk about being in Stealth on the boards, and they don't hang out with their chosen team the same way SOTAC does. The only contact I've had with Stealth was with their recruiter after I reached all star for the first time.

Is quad-maxing the only "you're cheating" requirement? In that case maybe legit players should just focus on one or two games and play the other two sparingly.
