I haven't been here in forever, but I had to dust off my account to celebrate getting into the Times for the first time in ten years! I kind of don't want to spoil the impact of my comic, but let's just say the Beauty Contest isn't the only place for protest art now,
(Also, if I got a trophy does that mean it'll be in the one going live later today, or is it the two weeks out one? Because I'd LOVE if the comic was still topical but I know that might be too much to hope for lol)

Uhh, this is the original version of my comic that has already been published in the Illusen Day issue x’D I messaged Stone letting them know that this comic is already in the Times and that I submitted a continuation of my current series last week in the hopes I can avoid a repeat entry. I got a Stackpath page after submitting my neomail, so I’m a little worried whether it sent successfully, so I may see if I get any messages tonight and if not, try again after that.

Heyyy, an acceptance letter for a comic, I haven't seen one of these in forever =D
It also answers some tiny questions about how things are currently done, because it's the first part of a series and I never actually drew the rest of the series. Gonna need to buckle down and get part 2 done now. It's intended to be pretty loosely connected, anyway, sometimes I just stitch thematically connected gags into a comic series.

Congrats Hunty, glad you were able to get in! :3 And yeah, I’ve been submitting my series parts one at a time as well. At least for now, that seems to be the way they’d like it done.
Yesterday I got an acceptance on the comic I had actually submitted for this issue, so I’m glad they were able to see it. Just gotta hope now it’ll be the only comic of mine that shows up lol.
But I’ve been seeing others on the neoboards experience a similar situation where old and outdated submissions of theirs are suddenly being accepted, so I’m hoping their entries can be sorted out too, else this NT may see some repeats.
