I found my favourite band shirt at the bottom of my laundry basket and I'm really excited to wear it cause I haven't in like two months and the album art is really cute.
Also, I have a four day school week instead of a five day one because of family day (president's day if you're from down south)!

After being sick and sore for weeks, culminating in fever/dizziness/vomiting two nights ago, I've finally bounced back and am able to get things done around the apartment.

...Someone on Youtube uploaded every Rossini overture from Cambiale di Matrimonio to Guilliam Tell?!?!?!?! Even the repeats?!?!?!?!
AWESOME!
(And there are thirty-nine of them, meaning twenty were missing from my library (less, actually, since I purposely omitted repeats (Rossini copied himself a lot (I now have four nested parentheses, and that makes me even happier.))))

A few weeks ago, my professor encouraged me to write a poem after I confessed that I was inspired and connected to a poet named Wordsworth.
Today I showed it to him.
My English professor, who is more than double my age, is a learned man....was impressed by my work. He called it "arresting"!
This thrills me to no end. I've been fond of this professor since last semester but now...now I have a reason to stick in his memory.
I'm going to think about copyrighting and publishing it..

Somehow (according to my brother) I got a redirecting trojan on my computer (was redirecting my online college class site to Zeebox). Good thing is, he got it fixed, and it turns out that I didn't have to worry about missing any of my class assignments at all.  |

My favorite cat disappeared for like three days in our new neighborhood, and I was really freaking out. The shelter hadn't seen him, I'd asked around town, and we're right next to some pretty deep woods plus there's a ton of dogs in this neighborhood.
So I woke up this morning and was washing a coffee cup when I felt something rub against my leg and I looked down and he was right there. Apparently he popped up on our porch last night while I was sleeping. I just, like, took one look at him and then couldn't stop crying.

I went to a geekconventionthing today.
And
I sort of maybe fangirled. xD
They had a wonderful Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth cosplay duo. I got my photo taken with them. =D
(also managed to buy a minion plush, which you can usually only get from crane machines. That was cool too).

My neighbor plowed our sidewalk. ^__^ Nice surprise when you go out expecting to have to shovel everything and discover one of the more laborious/annoying parts has been done. =D
