Guys, I'm at 50k! I made it, I win NaNo in 11 days. =DDDDD Still have ways to go plot wise, but 50k in 11 days, I thought I'd be lucky to make the 50k in the month, I can't believe I made the 50k already. I'm hoping that maybe I'll finish the entire novel this month though. Wow, that is super impressive. Congrats! |

I find those really help when I'm lacking the motivation to push myself along. Or may just start skipping along from scene to scene that you already have in your head, writing the strongest ones, even if it is out of order, and then tying them together later? Nah, NTWF record has to be the insanity Fj0rd and I did back in '05, when we decided to partake in the lovely NaNoWriDay. I oughta dig up that thread. Novels you write when you're 12, in a day... are something else all together. *looks apprehensively at the closet where the dreaded diary which contains my novel from when I was 12 is hidden* I know that feeling, I still can't read the dreaded thing from my 12 year old writing days.
